2On the Connectivity of One-dimensional Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks显示文摘In this paper we analyze connectivity of one-dimensional Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks where vehicle gap distribution can be approximated by an exponential distribution. The probabilities of Vehicular Ad Hoc Network connectivity for difference cases are derived. Furthermore we proof that the nodes in a sub-interval [z1,z1 +Δz] of interval [0, z], z>0 where all the nodes are independently uniform distributed is a Poisson process and the relationship of Vehicle Ad hoc Networks and one-dimensional Ad Hoc networks where nodes independently uniform distributed in [z1,z1 +Δz] is explained. 6Probabilistic fault localization with sliding windows显示文摘Fault localization is a central element in network fault management.This paper takes a weighted bipartite graph as a fault propagation model and presents a heuristic fault localization algorithm based on the idea of incremental coverage,which is resilient to inaccurate fault propagation model and the noisy environment.Furthermore,a sliding window mechanism is proposed to tackle the inaccuracy of this algorithm in the presence of improper time windows.As shown in the simulation study,our scheme achieves higher detection rate and lower false positive rate in the noisy environment as well as in the presence of inaccurate windows,than current fault localization algorithms.ZHANG Cheng LIAO JianXin LI TongHong ZHU XiaoMin 2012Science China(Information Sciences)2012,55,5:1

8Exploring Application Layer Protocol Relationships in SoftSwitch显示文摘Relationships between application layer protocols in softswitch are explored in this paper.Two notions, i.e.protocol relationship and protocol grouping, are proposed, which are not clearly defined and even not paid much attention to before.On the basis of a well known protocol relationship named protocol conversion, three novel protocol relationships including protocol collaboration relationship, protocol cooperation relationship and protocol independent relationship are presented, so that protocol relationships are classified into four types.According to the functionality and purpose of each protocol, main protocols related to softswitch are divided into five groups.As to protocol conversion in softswitch, information flow trail(IFT) is utilized to facilitate problem solving.A decision rule for protocol conversion mode is proposed to guide how to choose between direct conversion and indirect conversion.A property of protocol relationships in softswitch is induced from all kinds of service scenarios of softswitch.This property summarizes protocol relationships within each protocol group or between two specific protocol groups.A merit of protocol grouping together with classification of protocol relationship is also presented.The effort of this paper pushes the protocol engineering to go ahead.Zhu Xiaomin Liao Jianxin Chen Junliang Li Tonghong 2009China Communications2009,6,4:0
9Genome-Wide Identification and Expression Analysis of the Phytocyanin Gene Family in Nicotiana tabacum显示文摘Phytocyanin(PC)is a class of plant-specific blue copper proteins involved in electron transport,plant growth,development,and stress resistance.However,PC proteins have not been systematically evaluated in tobacco plants.We determined the whole-genome sequences of the PC family in the tobacco cultivar‘K326.’The transcriptome data were used to analyze the expression of the NtPC family at different development stages and tissue-specific genes.Real-time fluorescence quantitative analysis was used to analyze the expression of the NtPC gene family under low temperature and methyl jasmonate stress.The tobacco NtPC family contained 110 members and was divided into four subfamilies:early nodulin-like protein(NtENODL),uclacyanin-like protein,stellacyanin1-like protein,and plantacyanin-like protein.According to phylogenetic and structural analyses,the NtPC family could be divided into eight structural types.Fifty-three NtPCs were randomly distributed on 22 of 24 tobacco chromosomes.Collinearity analysis revealed 33 pairs of genes belonging to the NtPC family.Gene ontology analysis showed that the PC genes are components of the plasma membrane and may participate in plasma membrane-related functions.The NtPC family contained numerous elements related to hormonal and abiotic stress responses and was specifically expressed in the tobacco prosperous,maturation,and budding periods.Tissue-specific expression analysis showed that some genes were tissue specific.The expression of NtENODL58 and other genes was significantly induced by low-temperature and methyl jasmonate stress.Thus,the NtPC gene family plays an important role in plant stress response.Peiling Wang Xiaohong Xu Yong Li Hecui Zhang Xuejie Zhang Siru Zhou Yimei Liu Yunyan Feng Tonghong Zuo Liquan Zhu 2023Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2023,92,5:0
