8Equivalent radiation source of 3D package for electromagnetic characteristics analysis显示文摘An equivalent radiation source method is proposed to characterize electromagnetic emission and interference of complex three dimensional integrated circuits(IC) in this paper.The method utilizes amplitude-only near-field scanning data to reconstruct an equivalent magnetic dipole array,and the differential evolution optimization algorithm is proposed to extract the locations,orientation and moments of those dipoles.By importing the equivalent dipoles model into a 3D full-wave simulator together with the victim circuit model,the electromagnetic interference issues in mixed RF/digital systems can be well predicted.A commercial IC is used to validate the accuracy and efficiency of this proposed method.The coupled power at the victim antenna port calculated by the equivalent radiation source is compared with the measured data.Good consistency is obtained which confirms the validity and efficiency of the method.Jun Li Xingchang Wei Yufei Shu 2017Journal of Semiconductors2017,38,10:0
9Low-Cost Beam Steering that Covers the Entire Azimuthal Plane Powered by Amplitude-Only Synthesis of a Quintuple-Dipole Source显示文摘A new amplitude-only synthesis approach in quintuple electric dipoles(EDs)is proposed to enable the regulation of power flow in the azimuthal plane.The regulation methodology is investigated analytically with double ED,triple ED and quintuple ED models.First,when the phase difference between the EDs switches,the double ED model,acting as a reconfigurable source,can work in two modes with different power flow directions,i.e.,unidirectional mode and bidirectional mode.Then,from the triple ED model,it is verified that the power flow in the two working modes can be regulated to the desired direction in the azimuthal plane with high precision by controlling the feeding amplitudes of the dipoles.Moreover,a quintuple ED model is developed to enhance the symmetry and consistency of the power flow regulation in the plane.Finally,a prototype of the azimuthal beam steering system,including digitally controlled radio-frequency(RF)frontend tuning circuits,optimized practical feeding elements,and an end-fire radiator,is designed,fabricated and measured.Both unidirectional and bidirectional modes are observed,and satisfactory single-beam and dual-beam steering performance in the azimuthal plane is achieved.Unlike most phased arrays that realize beam steering by configuring phases,the beam steering of the proposed reconfigurable source in each mode can be arbitrarily synthesized only by the amplitudes of the quintuple feeding elements,which provides a new route for realizing low-cost and multifunctional beam-steering systems.Da Yi Zhiyang Qi Mingchun Tang Dajiang Li Yilin Lang Xingchang Wei 2023Electromagnetic Science2023,1,3:0
10Dipeptides VL increase protein accumulation in C2C12 cells by activating the Akt-mTOR pathway and inhibiting the NF-κB pathway显示文摘The Akt-mTOR signaling pathway plays a central role in regulating intracellular protein metabolism,and the NF-κB signaling pathway plays a vital role in developing skeletal muscle atrophy.In this study,we took the three dipeptides Val-Leu(VL),Leu-Leu(LL),and Leu-Gln(LQ)identified from corn peptides as the research objects and proved that peptides could promote C2C12 cell differentiation and protein synthesis by activating the Akt-mTOR signaling pathway.On the other hand,the dipeptides also inhibited the classical pathway of the NF-κB signaling pathway,down-regulated the expression of two E3 ubiquitin ligases MAFbx and MURF-1,attenuated apoptosis induced by TNF-α,and thus inhibited protein degradation in cells.In conclusion,the dipeptides isolated from corn peptides showed the effect of increasing protein accumulation in skeletal muscle,suggesting the application potential of corn peptides in promoting the growth of skeletal muscle mass.In addition,this experiment compared the different characteristics of the effects of the dipeptide VL and its corresponding amino acid mixture on the Akt-mTOR signaling pathway.Mingliang Li Ying Wei Zhiyuan Feng Muyi Cai Yaguang Xu Ruizeng Gu Yongqing Ma Xingchang Pan 2022Food Bioscience2022,45,1:0
11Double crosslinked biomimetic composite hydrogels containing topographical cues and WAY-316606 induce neural tissue regeneration and functional recovery after spinal cord injury显示文摘Spinal cord injury(SCI)is an overwhelming and incurable disabling condition,for which increasing forms of multifunctional biomaterials are being tested,but with limited progression.The promising material should be able to fill SCI-induced cavities and direct the growth of new neurons,with effective drug loading to improve the local micro-organism environment and promote neural tissue regeneration.In this study,a double crosslinked biomimetic composite hydrogel comprised of acellularized spinal cord matrix(ASCM)and gelatin-acrylated-β-cyclodextrin-polyethene glycol diacrylate(designated G-CD-PEGDA)hydrogel,loaded with WAY-316606 to activate canonical Wnt/β-catenin signaling,and reinforced by a bundle of three-dimensionally printed aligned polycaprolactone(PCL)microfibers,was constructed.The G-CD-PEGDA component endowed the composite hydrogel with a dynamic structure with a self-healing capability which enabled cell migration,while the ASCM component promoted neural cell affinity and proliferation.The diffusion of WAY-316606 could recruit endogenous neural stem cells and improve neuronal differentiation.The aligned PCL microfibers guided neurite elongation in the longitudinal direction.Animal behavior studies further showed that the composite hydrogel could significantly recover the motor function of rats after SCI.This study provides a proficient approach to produce a multifunctional system with desirable physiological,chemical,and topographical cues for treating patients with SCI.Xingchang Zhao Xianzhe Lu Kai Li Shiqiang Song Zhaohui Luo Chuanchuan Zheng Chengliang Yang Xiumei Wang Liqiang Wang Yujin Tang Chong Wang Jia Liu 2023Bioactive Materials2023,,6:0
12Experimental study of oil-water interface layers dilatation rheological properties显示文摘Oil-water interface layers dilatation rheological properties have been measured with the liquid-liquid interface film pressure measurement apparatus, which was based on the principles of Langmuir film balance. Experimental results show that it is possible to form the interface-associated material caused by the attraction of the dispersion forces at the pure alkane-water interface. The type of material is sensitive to the interfacial pressure.
