1Genetic diversity in Chinese modern wheat varieties revealed by microsatellite markers显示文摘Genetic diversity of 1680 modern varieties in Chinese candidate core collections was analyzed at 78 SSR loci by fluorescence detection system. A total of 1336 alleles were detected, of which 1253 alleles could be annotated into 71 loci. For these 71 loci, the alleles ranged from 4 to 44 with an average of 17.6, and the PIC values changed from 0.19 to 0.89 with an average of 0.69. (1) In the three genomes of wheat, the average genetic richness was B>A>D, and the genetic diversity indexes were B>D>A. (2) Among the seven homoeologous groups, the average genetic richness was 2=7>3>4>6>5>1, and the genetic diversity indexes were 7>3>2>4>6>5>1. As a whole, group 7 possessed the highest genetic diversity, while groups 1 and 5 were the lowest. (3) In the 21 wheat chromosomes, 7A, 3B and 2D possessed much higher genetic diversity, while 2A, 1B, 4D, 5D and 1D were the lowest. (4) The highest average genetic diversity index existed in varieties bred in the 1950s, and then it declined continually. However, the change tendency of genetic diversity among decades was not greatly sharp. This was further illustrated by changes of the average genetic distance between varieties. In the 1950s it was the largest (0.731). Since the 1960s, it has decreased gradually (0.711, 0.706, 0.696, 0.695). The genetic base of modern varieties is becoming narrower and narrower. 2Van der Waals heterojunction ReSe_(2)/WSe_(2)polarization-resolved photodetector显示文摘Polarization-resolved photodetectors,a significant branch of photodetection,can more effectively distinguish the target from the background by exploiting polarization-sensitive characteristics.However,due to the absence of intrinsic polarized absorption properties of many materials,there is still a great challenge to develop the high-performance polarization-resolved photodetectors.Here,we report a van der Waals heterojunction(vdWH)ReSe_(2)/WSe_(2)photodetector,which performs a high responsivity of~0.28 A/W and a high detectivity of 1.1×10^(12)Jones under the illumination of 520 nm laser at room temperature.Remarkably,scanning photocurrent mapping(SPCM)measurements demonstrate the photoresponse of devices closely depend on the polarized angle of the incident light,indicating the effective polarized light detection.This work paves the way to develop high-performance polarization-resolved photodetectors based on two-dimensional(2D)materials.Xiaoyu Tian Yushen Liu 2021Journal of Semiconductors2021,42,3:4

6Effects of LaNiO_3 Interlayer on the Microstructures and Electrical Properties of Ba_(0.9)Sr_(0.1)Ti_(0.99)Mn_(0.01)O_3 Multilayer显示文摘The aim of this work was to investigate the effects of low-resistivity interlayer on the physical properties of periodic Ba_(0.9)Sr_(0.1)Ti_(0.99)Mn_(0.01)O_3(BSTM) multilayers prepared by a chemical solution deposition method. A LaNiO_3(LNO) layer was inserted into the periodic BSTM multilayer artificially to form a sandwiched configuration of BSTM/LNO/BSTM. The capacitances at low frequencies(<100 k Hz) of the sandwiched multilayer are significantly enhanced compared to that of the pure BSTM multilayer. The space charge accumulated at the LNO layer was proposed to explain the enhancement based on Maxwell-Wagner(M-W) model. However, LNO interlayer leads to an increase in the leakage current. A non-Ohmic conduction region is observed for BSTM/LNO/BSTM multilayer when the electric field exceeds 100 k V/cm. 7Effect of Ti additions on microstructure and mechanical properties of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy显示文摘Ti additions in Cu–Cr–Zr alloys are useful for achieving high mechanical properties.In this work,the influence of Ti contents(0.25 wt%,0.6 wt%,and 1.02 wt%)on the microstructure,mechanical,and electrical properties of Cu–Cr–Zr alloys has been investigated experimentally,along with thermodynamic and kinetic calculations.The electrical conductivity decreased but the hardness/strength increased with increasing Ti content.The lower electrical conductivity is due to increased electron scattering through the solution of more Ti atoms in the Cu matrix.As for the higher hardness/strength,it is mainly owing to higher dislocation density and finer FCC-Cr precipitates.Furthermore,a model considering the size distributions of precipitates is adopted to calculate precipitation strengthening quantitatively.The calculated yield strengths are consistent with the experimental ones for the alloys.The thermodynamic and kinetic calculations reveal that increasing Ti content can facilitate the nucleation of FCC-Cr but enhance its activation energy,hence hindering the growth process.The present work study can provide an effective strategy for producing copper alloys with expected performance.Chenying Shi Muzhi Ma Biaobiao Yang Yuling Liu Yushen Huang Yong Du 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,32:0
