| 1 | 3D printing of high-performance micro-supercapacitors with patterned exfoliated graphene/carbon nanotube/silver nanowire electrodes显示文摘Micro-supercapacitors(MSCs)show great potential as on-chip energy storage devices for portable electronics.The major flaw of thin-film MSCs is their low energy density.To improve the energy density,thicker electrodes are required.However,the fabrication of MSCs with thick electrodes remains a challenge.In this work,a novel 3D printing method is employed to fabricate high-performance MSCs with interdigitated exfoliated graphene(EG)/carbon nanotube(CNT)/silver nanowire(Ag NW)electrodes.The nanowelding of Ag NW junction plays a critical role in the realization of 3D printing.To enhance the electrochemical performances of EG,phosphorus atoms are incorporated into the carbon framework with 1.7 at%.The areal capacitance of the 3D printed MSC is 21.6 mF cm^(-2)at a scan rate of 0.01 V s^(-1).The areal energy density of the MSC ranges from 0.5 to 2μWh cm^(-2)with a maximum power density of 2.5 mW cm^(-2). | LIU Lang LU JunYong LONG XinLin ZHOU Ren LIU YingQuan WU YiTing YAN KangWei | 2021 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2021,64,5: | 4 |
| 2 | Identification and expression analysis of bovine ANGPTL gene family显示文摘Encoded by seven genes, angiopoietin-like (ANGPTL) family members structurally similar to the angiogenic regulatingfactor angiopoietin are known to possess biological activities in angiogenesis and metabolism. Here we reports for the firsttime the identification and expression analysis of all the seven members of bovine ANGPTL gene family, which were designatedbANCPTL1 to bANGPTL7 in order. The seven bANGPTL genes consist of 4-9 exons, span 3800-43000 bp and are located ondifferent chromosomes. The deduced amino acid sequences of the members all possess an N-terminal coiled-coil domain and aC-terminal fibrinogen-like domain, both characteristics of angiopoietins. Phylogenetic analysis showed mat the 32 identifiedANGPTL homologs from 9 species could be classified into two major groups. Real-time quantitative PCR (Q-PCR) analysis revealedthat the bANGPTL family members have different expression patterns. This study will be helpful for investigation on thebiological role of the bANGPTL family in this economically important species. | 16 | Metabolic engineering of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens for efficient production ofα-glucosidase inhibitor1-deoxynojirimycin显示文摘Owing to the feature of strongα-glucosidase inhibitory activity,1-deoxynojirimycin(1-DNJ)has broad application prospects in areas of functional food,biomedicine,etc.,and this research wants to construct an efficient strain for 1-DNJ production,basing on Bacillus amyloliquefaciens HZ-12.Firstly,using the temperature-sensitive shuttle plasmid T2(2)-Ori,gene ptsG in phosphotransferase system(PTS)was weakened by homologous recombination,and non-PTS pathway was strengthened by deleting its repressor gene iolR,and 1-DNJ yield of resultant strain HZ-S2 was increased by 4.27-fold,reached 110.72 mg/L.Then,to increase precursor fructose-6-phosphate(F-6-P)supply,phosphofructokinase was weaken,fructose phosphatase GlpX and 6-phosphate glucose isomerase Pgi were strengthened by promoter replacement,moreover,regulator gene nanR was deleted,1-DNJ yield was further increased to 267.37 mg/L by 2.41-fold.Subsequently,promoter of 1-DNJ synthetase cluster was optimized,as well as 5′-UTRs of downstream genes in synthetase cluster,and 1-DNJ produced by the final strain reached 478.62 mg/L.Last but not the least,1-DNJ yield of 1632.50 mg/L was attained in 3 L fermenter,which was the highest yield of 1-DNJ reported to date.Taken together,our results demonstrated that metabolic engineering was an effective strategy for 1-DNJ synthesis,this research laid a foundation for industrialization of functional food and drugs based on 1-DNJ. | Xujie Li Meng Zhang Yu Lu Ningyang Wu Jian’gang Chen Zhixia Ji Yangyang Zhan Xin Ma Junyong Chen Dongbo Cai Shouwen Chen | 2023 | Synthetic and Systems Biotechnology2023,8,3: | 0 |

| 18 | Delamination failure analysis of G10 insulator in electromagnetic rail launcher显示文摘The electromagnetic(EM)rail launcher G10 insulator is prone to delamination damage during launch,which affects the service life of the insulator.Through the secondary development of ABAQUS®commercial finite‐element software,an EM‐structure coupling launch dynamics model considering projectile‐barrel coupling is established.The simulation indicates that the transverse swing of the projectile changes in a sine‐like law,and the time of the upper half wave corresponds to the pulse width of the impact force pulse waveform.The stress concentration occurs on the inner surface of the insulator where the contact‐impact occurs,resulting in impact damage.The midline of the insulator inner surface bears a large compressive strain under the action of pre‐tightening force,and the insulator is compressed oscillatingly under the influence of the timevarying load of the rail during launch.Under the condition of repeated launch,the launch package repeatedly impacts the insulator,and the alternating load of the rail is cyclically loaded on the insulator with impact damage,which will cause the compression fatigue of the insulator and the expansion of impact damage crack.They are the main reasons for the delamination failure of insulator,and the experimental analysis is carried out.This study provides a method to study the delamination failure mechanism of the insulator,and provides guidance for improving the life of the insulator. | Xinkai Hu Junyong Lu Sai Tan Bai Li Jiawei Zhang | 2023 | High Voltage2023,8,5: | 0 |
| 19 | Theoretical model of lithium iron phosphate power battery under high-rate discharging for electromagnetic launch显示文摘Due to the large error of the traditional battery theoretical model during large-rate discharge for electromagnetic launch,the Shepherd derivative model considering the factors of the pulse cycle condition,temperature,and life is proposed by the Naval University of Engineering.The discharge rate of traditional lithium-ion batteries does not exceed 10C,while that for electromagnetic launch reaches 60C.The continuous pulse cycle condition of ultra-large discharging rate causes many unique electrochemical reactions inside the cells.The traditional model cannot accurately describe the discharge characteristics of the battery.The accurate battery theoretical model is an important basis for system efficiency calculation,precise discharge control,and remaining capacity prediction.To this purpose,an experimental platform for electromagnetic launch is built,and discharge characteristics of the battery under different rate,temperature,and life decay are measured.Through the experimental test and analysis,the reason that the traditional model cannot accurately characterize the large-rate discharge process is analyzed.And a novel battery theoretical model is designed with the help of genetic algorithm,which is integrated with the electromagnetic launch topology.Numerical simulation is compared with the experimental results,which verifies the modeling accuracy for the large-rate discharge.On this basis,a variety of discharge conditions are applied to test the applicability of the model,resulting in better results.Finally,with the continuous cycle-pulse condition in the electromagnetic launch system,the stability and accuracy of the model are confirmed. | Ren Zhou Junyong Lu Xinlin Long Yiting Wu Lang Liu Yingquan Liu | 2021 | International Journal of Mechanical System Dynamics2021,1,2: | 0 |
