1Micro-light-emitting diodes with quantum dots in display technology显示文摘Micro-light-emitting diodes(μ-LEDs)are regarded as the cornerstone of next-generation display technology to meet the personalised demands of advanced applications,such as mobile phones,wearable watches,virtual/augmented reality,micro-projectors and ultrahigh-definition TVs.However,as the LED chip size shrinks to below 20μm,conventional phosphor colour conversion cannot present sufficient luminance and yield to support highresolution displays due to the low absorption cross-section.The emergence of quantum dot(QD)materials is expected to fill this gap due to their remarkable photoluminescence,narrow bandwidth emission,colour tuneability,high quantum yield and nanoscale size,providing a powerful full-colour solution for μ-LED displays.Here,we comprehensively review the latest progress concerning the implementation of μ-LEDs and QDs in display technology,including μ-LED design and fabrication,large-scale μ-LED transfer and QD full-colour strategy.Outlooks on QD stability,patterning and deposition and challenges of μ-LED displays are also provided.Finally,we discuss the advanced applications of QD-based μ-LED displays,showing the bright future of this technology.Zhaojun Liu Chun-Ho Lin Byung-Ryool Hyun Chin-Wei Sher Zhijian Lv Bingqing Luo Fulong Jiang Tom Wu Chih-Hsiang Ho Hao-Chung Kuo Jr-Hau He 2020Light(Science & Applications)2020,9,1:12
2Enabling End-to-End Communication Between Wireless Sensor Networks and the Internet Based on 6Lo WPAN显示文摘In the paradigms of the Internet of things(Io T), sensor nodes could collect the data through the Wireless sensor network(WSN), and could be managed and accessed by human users through the Internet. There are many challenges remain. Taking advantage of IPv6,IPv6 over Low-power personal area networks(6Lo WPANs)implemented on resource constrained devices makes the connection possible and easier. This paper is contributing on constructing architecture of the end-to-end communication system based on 6Lo WPAN gateway, which enabled convergence of IPv6 network and low-power wireless networking, featuring encapsulating 6Lo WPAN adapter layer in a Network adapter driver(NAD) of personal computer. 3Secure P2P topology based on a multidimensional DHT space mapping显示文摘Distributed search and routing algorithms based on the DHT(distributed hash table) protocol have attracted considerable attention in structured P2P(peer-to-peer) research as a result of favorable properties such as distribution,self-organization,and high scalability.Compared with a traditional C/S(client/server) network,the probability of peers initiating malicious behavior increases dramatically because of their self-governing and dynamic characteristics,which also make it harder to satisfy the peers' security required by DHT.In this paper,we propose a new secure DHT protocol based on a multidimensional mapping mechanism.This mechanism maps peers to a multidimensional space by dividing the identifiers into groups.Moreover,a series of secure methods and routing algorithms are provided to achieve secure DHT in smaller spaces.Compared with state-ofthe-art approaches,the theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the multidimensional mapping mechanism can effectively improve the average success rate of a resource search by inhibiting malicious behavior.SUN ZhiXin LUO BingQing CHEN YaDang BU Kai 2013Science China(Information Sciences)2013,56,5:1
4Luminescence of carbon nanotube bulbs显示文摘Carbon nanotube (CNT) bulbs made of decimeter-scale double-walled carbon nanotube (DWCNT) strands and films were fabricated and their luminescence properties, including the lighting efficiency, voltage-current relation and thermal stability were investigated. The results show that the DWCNT bulb has a comparable spectrum of visible light with tungsten bulb and its average efficiency is 40% higher than that of a tungsten filament at the same temperature (1400―2300 K). The nanotube filaments show both resistance and thermal stability over a large temperature region. 5Application of pet G-trn P sequence to systematic study of Chinese Cupressus species显示文摘Chinese Cupressus L.includes five species.The molecular phylogenetic relationships of the Cupressus species and Chamaecyparis L.were determined by comparing 417─479 bp of chloroplast petG-trnP intergenic spacer sequence.In PAUP*analysis,Platycladus orientalis was used as the functional out group.By using the maximum likelihood method 1077 trees were examined and the result showed that one tree had a best score of-Ln=2232.47.The phylogenetic tree clearly showed that Chamaecyparis nootkatensis was diverged from other Chamaecyparis species.Based on the results,together with evidences from other aspects,we consider that Cupressus funebris and Chamaecyparis nootkatensis should be placed in the genus Cupressus.The use of cpDNA intergenic spacer petG-trnP in Cupressus was also discussed.MU Linchun WANG Li YAO Li HAO Bingqing LUO Qin 2006Frontiers in Biology2006,1,4:0
6Hepatic DDAH1 mitigates hepatic steatosis and insulin resistance in obese mice: Involvement of reduced S100A11 expression显示文摘Dimethylarginine dimethylaminohydrolase 1(DDAH1)is an important regulator of plasma asymmetric dimethylarginine(ADMA)levels,which are associated with insulin resistance in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).To elucidate the role of hepatic DDAH1 in the pathogenesis of NAFLD,we used hepatocyte-specific Ddah1-knockout mice(Ddah1HKO)to examine the progress of high-fat diet(HFD)-induced NAFLD.Compared to diet-matched flox/flox littermates(Ddah1f/f),Ddah1HKO mice exhibited higher serum ADMA levels.After HFD feeding for 16 weeks,Ddah1HKO mice developed more severe liver steatosis and worse insulin resistance than Ddah1f/f mice.On the contrary,overexpression of DDAH1 attenuated the NAFLD-like phenotype in HFD-fed mice and ob/ob mice.RNA-seq analysis showed that DDAH1 affects NF-kB signaling,lipid metabolic processes,and immune system processes in fatty livers.Furthermore,DDAH1 reduces S100 calcium-binding protein A11(S100A11)possibly via NF-kB,JNK and oxidative stress-dependent manner in fatty livers.Knockdown of hepatic S100a11 by an AAV8-shS100a11 vector alleviated hepatic steatosis and insulin resistance in HFD-fed Ddah1HKO mice.In summary,our results suggested that the liver DDAH1/S100A11 axis has a marked effect on liver lipid metabolism in obese mice.Strategies to increase liver DDAH1 activity or decrease S100A11 expression could be a valuable approach for NAFLD therapy.Xiyue Shen Kai Luo Juntao Yuan Junling Gao Bingqing Cui Zhuoran Yu Zhongbing Lu 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,8:0
7Research on the Model of a Lightweight Resource Addressing显示文摘This paper discussed the characteristics of addressing from the perspective of Internet addressing mechanism. An Internet of things(IOT) resource addressing iteration model was defined. In the model, a direct addressing mode for active nodes and an indirect addressing mode for passive codes were proposed, which meet the requirement for multiple encoding mode. A unified IOT resource lightweight addressing scheme based on IPv6 has been proposed to implement the two addressing modes. The scheme utilized the virtual domain to solve the problem of the heterogeneous encoding. The paper implemented the addressing process from the Internet host to the sensor node based on IPv6 over low-power wireless personal area networks(6Lo WPAN) protocol.
