1Effects of Diet on the Volatile Flavor and Nutritional Ingredients of Common Octopus(Octopus vulgaris)显示文摘Cephalopods are important economic shellfish that have been developed extensively in the coastal water of various countries. Octopus vulgaris is a large-scaled economic cephalopod that is mainly cultured in South China. This study explored the effect of different diets on the volatile flavor and nutritional ingredients of O. vulgaris. Four diets were tested in four groups: Group A(fish(Scomberomorus niphonius)), Group B(crab(Helice tridens tientsinensis Rathbun)), Group C(clam(Mactra veneriformis)), and Group D(squid(Loligo japonica)). Octopus muscles were sampled after 36 days of feeding, and volatile flavor substances(VFSs), fatty acids(FAs), and amino acids(AAs) were detected. Results showed that the VFSs, FAs, and AAs of octopus in the four groups were obviously different. The sum of volatile ketones and aldehydes was higher in Group B than in the other groups, which could present much more flavors. All groups were abundant in unsaturated FAs, including eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid(DHA). In terms of content and variety, the FAs in Group B were more beneficial to human health than those in the other groups. The content of each AA in Group B was basically higher than those in the other groups and was significantly higher than that in Group D(P < 0.05). 2Planckian dissipation and non-Ginzburg-Landau type upper critical field in Bi2201显示文摘Resistivity and Hall effect measurements have been carried out on a micro-fabricated bridge of Bi2201 single crystal at low temperatures down to 0.4 K under high magnetic fields.When superconductivity is crashed by a high magnetic field,the recovered 'normal state' resistivity still shows a linear temperature dependence in the low temperature region.Combining with the effective mass and the charge carrier density,we get a linear scattering rate 1/τ=αkBT/h with 0.77 <α <1.16,which gives a strong evidence of the Planckian dissipation.Furthermore,our results reveal a new type of temperature dependence of the upper critical field,H_(c2)(T)=H*■,which is totally different from the expectation of the Ginzburg-Landau theory,and suggests the existence of uncondensed Cooper pairs above H_(c2)(T) line.Qihao Zang Zhengyan Zhu Zuyu Xu Shichao Qi Haoran Ji Yiwen Li Jian Wang Huiqian Luo Hua-Bing Wang Hai-Hu Wen 2023Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2023,66,3:0
3A test method for analyzing the deformation of landslide model显示文摘In order to study the overall deformation of geotechnical model conveniently,the worksite of landslide bridge foundation reinforced by the front and rear row anti-slide piles in Chenglan railway was taken as an example.On the basis of shaking tabe test of a 1/40 reduced scale model,the landslide deformation caused by vibration waves was monitored through burying self-made phosphor bronze strips in soil.Combined with the horizontal and vertical coordinates of the bending strain points on the phosphor bronze strips,the digital matrix was converted by applying Renka Cline random matrix generation method,and the two-dimensional contour plots were drawn based on it.The results showed that the two-dimensional contour plots reflected the basic law of landslide deformation reasonably,and it revealed the evolution process of landslide deformation and failure.The research conclusions were consistent with the test phenomenon,which met the basic requirements of overall deformation analysis of landslide model.This proposed method can monitor multiple cross sections and was practical for model test.Da Lei Mingjie Chen Zhihao Xu Bin Luo Guanlu Jiang Kai Fan Qihao Zhou 2021Earthquake Research Advances2021,1,3:0
4High-Performance Ru_(2)P Anodic Catalyst for Alkaline Polymer Electrolyte Fuel Cells显示文摘Exploring efficient and economical electrocatalysts and understanding the mechanism for alkaline hydrogen oxidation reaction(HOR)are crucial to facilitate the development of alkaline polymer electrolyte fuel cells(APEFCs).Herein,Ru_(2)P was synthesized and used as an anodic HOR electrocatalyst for APEFC,achieving a peak power density of 1.3 W cm^(−2),the highest value among Pt-free anode electrocatalysts reported under the same conditions.Fromthe density functional theory(DFT)calculations and experimental results,it was found that besides the optimized hydrogen binding energy,the enhanced adsorption strength of oxygenated species(OH*)and the reduced work function of Ru_(2)P contributed to the enhanced HOR performance.The normalized exchange current densities of Ru_(2)P/C were 0.37 mA cm_(ECSA)^(−2) and 0.27 mAμgRu^(−1),respectively,both approximately three times higher than those of Ru when conducted in the rotating disk electrode(RDE)system.Our work provides a new pathway for exploring highly active Pt-free HOR electrocatalysts and expanding the family of anodic electrocatalysts for APEFCs.Yuanmeng Zhao Fulin Yang Wei Zhang Qihao Li Xuewei Wang Lixin Su Xuemei Hu Yan Wang Zizhun Wang Lin Zhuang Shengli Chen Wei Luo 2022CCS Chemistry2022,4,5:0
