1Sedimentary Evolution of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau in Cenozoic and its Response to the Uplift of the Plateau显示文摘We have studied the evolution of the tectonic lithofacies paleogeography of Paleocene-Eocene, Oligocene, Miocene, and Pliocene of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau by compiling data regarding the type, tectonic setting, and lithostratigraphic sequence of 98 remnant basins in the plateau area. Our results can be summarized as follows. (1) The Paleocene to Eocene is characterized by uplift and erosion in the Songpan-Garzê and Gangdisê belts, depression (lakes and pluvial plains) in eastern Tarim, Qaidam, Qiangtang, and Hoh Xil, and the Neo-Tethys Sea in the western and southern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. (2) The Oligocene is characterized by uplift in the Gangdisê-Himalaya and Karakorum regions (marked by the absence of sedimentation), fluvial transport (originating eastward and flowing westward) in the Brahmaputra region (marked by the deposition of Dazhuka conglomerate), uplift and erosion in western Kunlun and Songpan-Garzê, and depression (lakes) in the Tarim, Qaidam, Qiangtang, and Hoh Xil. The Oligocene is further characterized by depressional littoral and neritic basins in southwestern Tarim, with marine facies deposition ceasing at the end of the Oligocene. (3) For the Miocene, a widespread regional unconformity (ca. 23 Ma) in and adjacent to the plateau indicates comprehensive uplift of the plateau. This period is characterized by depressions (lakes) in the Tarim, Qaidam, Xining-Nanzhou, Qiangtang, and Hoh Xil. Lacustrine facies deposition expanded to peak in and adjacent to the plateau ca. 18-13 Ma, and north-south fault basins formed in southern Tibet ca. 13-10 Ma. All of these features indicate that the plateau uplifted to its peak and began to collapse. (4) Uplift and erosion occurred during the Pliocene in most parts of the plateau, except in the Hoh Xil-Qiangtang, Tarim, and Qaidam. The continuous uplift and intensive taphrogeny in the plateau divided the original large basin into small basins, deposition of lacustrine facies decreased considerably, and boulderstone accumulated, indicating a response to the overall uplift of the plateau. Here, we discuss the evolution of tectonic lithofacies paleogeography in Cenozoic and its response to the tectonic uplift of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau in relation to the above characteristics. We have recognized five major uplift events, which occurred during 58-53 Ma, 45-30 Ma, 25-20 Ma, 13-7 Ma, and since 5 Ma. 2Prediction of the anti-inflammatory mechanisms of curcumin by module-based protein interaction network analysis显示文摘Curcumin,the medically active component from Curcuma longa(Turmeric),is widely used to treat inflammatory diseases.Protein interaction network(PIN) analysis was used to predict its mechanisms of molecular action.Targets of curcumin were obtained based on ChE MBL and STITCH databases.Protein–protein interactions(PPIs) were extracted from the String database.The PIN of curcumin was constructed by Cytoscape and the function modules identified by gene ontology(GO) enrichment analysis based on molecular complex detection(MCODE).A PIN of curcumin with 482 nodes and 1688 interactions was constructed,which has scale-free,small world and modular properties.Based on analysis of these function modules,the mechanism of curcumin is proposed.Two modules were found to be intimately associated with inflammation.With function modules analysis,the anti-inflammatory effects of curcumin were related to SMAD,ERG and mediation by the TLR family.TLR9 may be a potential target of curcumin to treat inflammation.Yanxiong Gan Shichao Zheng Jan P.A.Baak Silei Zhao Yongfeng Zheng Nini Luo Wan Liao Chaomei Fu 2015Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2015,5,6:5
3Cloning and Expression of a Chitinase Gene from Serratia marcescens Strain C8-8显示文摘A 1692 bp long chitinase-encoding chiA gene was cloned from the genomic DNA of Serratia marcescens strain C8-8 by PCR, which was speculated to encode a 563 aa long polypeptide chain with molecular weight of about 60.9 kD.Homology analysis showed that the chiA gene sequence cloned from C8-8 shared the highest similarity with chiA sequences from Serratia marcescens strains 141 (DQ 990373.1) and 14041 (DQ 493896.1), which reached 99%.Domain analysis showed that N-terminal (23 aa) of the chiA gene cloned from C8-8 harbored typical signal peptide sequence, while C-terminal harbored the other two domains, including the PKD region (73 aa) and chitinase catalytic region (387 aa).The PCR fragment was digested with restriction endonucleases and cloned into plasmid pET28a.The recombinant plasmid pET28a-chiA was firstly transformed into Escherichia coli DH5, and then transformed into expression host E.coli DH3 to express chiA gene.The recombinant strain DH3 chiA could produce transparent hydrolysis circles on the colloidal chitin plate induced by isopropyl-1-thiogalactopyranoside (IPTG).SDS-PAGE electrophoresis analysis showed that, a protein with relative molecular weight of about 60 kD was expressed by the recombinant strain DH3 chiA, which was consistent with the except molecular weight.After initial purification, biological activity test showed that the recombinant expression product could hydrolyze chitin, which produced transparent hydrolysis circles on the colloidal chitin plates.Results indicated that chiA gene from Serratia marcescens strain C8-8 had biological functions and could be utilized as a potential biological control factor.Youzhou LIU Chuping LUO Yongfeng LIU Zhiyi CHEN 2013Agricultural Biotechnology2013,2,3:3

7Magnetic-field-driven reverse martensitic transformation with multiple magneto-responsive effects by manipulating magnetic ordering in Fe-doped Co-V-Ga Heusler alloys显示文摘Nowadays,searching for the materials with multiple magneto-functional properties and good mechanical properties is vital in various fields,such as solid-state refrigeration,magnetic actuators,magnetic sensors and intelligent/smart devices.In this work,the magnetic-field-induced metamagnetic reverse martensitic transformation(MFIRMT)from paramagnetic martensite to ferromagnetic austenite with multiple magneto-responsive effects is realized in Fe-doped Co-V-Ga Heusler alloys by manipulating the magnetic ordering.The martensitic transformation temperature Tmreduces quasi-linearly with increasing Fe-content.In strikingly contrast with the Fe-free alloys,the magnetization difference(M')across martensitic transformation increases by three orders of magnitude for Fe-doped alloys.The increased M'should be ascribed to the reduction of Tm,almost unchanged Curie temperature of austenite and the increased magnetic moment in the samples with higher Fe-content.The large M'provides strong driving force to realize the MFIRMT and accordingly multiple magneto-responsive effects,such as magnetocaloric,magnetoresistance and magnetostriction effects.Meanwhile,giant Vickers hardness of 518 HV and compressive strength of 1423 MPa are achieved.Multiple magneto-responsive effects with exceptional mechanical properties make these alloys great potential candidates for applications in many fields.Kai Liu Shengcan Ma Yuxi Zhang Hai Zeng Guang Yu Xiaohua Luo Changcai Chen Sajjad Ur Rehman Yongfeng Hu Zhenchen Zhong 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,58,23:1

9Immunomodulating Activities of Polysaccharides from ZhuQin Formula and Atractylodes in Hypoimmune Mice显示文摘[Objectives] To investigate the infrared identification of ZhuQin Formula and Atractylodes polysaccharides and its effect on immune function in immunocompromised mice. [Methods] In this experiment,the structure of polysaccharides was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The experiment was divided into the polysaccharide groups of high,medium and low dose of ZhuQin,the extraction group of ZhuQin,the polysaccharide group of Atractylodes,the positive drug group,the blank group and the model group. The model of immunosuppressed mice was established by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide. The carbon clearance index,immune organ index,serum hemolysin,spleen T and B lymphocyte transformation rate were determined. [Results]The results show that the polysaccharides have obvious absorption peaks of polysaccharides; Formula extracts and polysaccharides can enhance the immune function of immunosuppressive mice at a certain dose level,and the effect of formula polysaccharide is better than that of extract and single traditional Chinese medicine polysaccharides. [Conclusions] The results suggest that the polysaccharides of ZhuQin Formula and Atractylodes may be acidic polysaccharides containing pyran ring and furan ring. 14Epitaxial interface stabilizing iridium dioxide toward the oxygen evolution reaction under high working potentials显示文摘Proton exchange membrane water electrolyzer(PEMWE)driven by renewable electricity is a promising technique toward green hydrogen production,but the corrosive environment and high working potential pose severe challenges for developing advanced electrocatalysts for the oxygen evolution reaction(OER).Although Ir-based materials possess relatively balanced activity and stability for the OER,their dissolution behavior cannot be neglected,in particular under high working potentials.In this work,iridium dioxide(IrO_(2))nanoparticles(NPs)were anchored on the surface of exfoliated h-boron nitride(BN)nanosheets(NSs)toward the OER reaction in acid media.Highly active Ir(V)species were stabilized by the epitaxial interface between IrO_(2)and h-BN,and therefore the IrO_(2)/BN delivered stable performance at increased working potentials,while the activity of bare IrO_(2)NPs without h-BN support decreased rapidly.Also,the smaller lattice spacing of h-BN induced compressive strain for IrO_(2),resulting in improved activity.Our results demonstrate the feasibility of stabilizing highly active Ir(V)species for the OER in acid media by constructing robust interface and provide new possibilities toward designing advanced heterostructured electrocatalysts.Guoqiang Zhao Zhouxin Luo Baohua Zhang Yaping Chen Xiangzhi Cui Jian Chen Yongfeng Liu Mingxia Gao Hongge Pan Wenping Sun 2023Nano Research2023,16,4:1
15A Device Design for 5 nm Logic FinFET Technology显示文摘With the continuous scaling in conventional CMOS technologies,the planar MOSFET device is limited by the severe short-channel-effect(SCE),Multi-gate FETs(MuG-FET)such as FinFETs and Nanowire,Nanosheet devices have emerged as the most promising candidates to extend the CMOS scaling beyond sub-22 nm node.The multi-gate structure has better short channel behaviors due to enhanced control from the multiple gates.Due to the relatively more mature process and rich learning of the device physics,the FinFET is still extended to 5 nm technology node.In this paper,we proposed a 5 nm FINFET device,which is based on typical 5 nm logic design rules.To achieve the challenging device performance target,which is around 15%speed gain or 25%power reduction against the 7 nm device,we have performed an optimization on the process parameters and iterate through device simulation with the consideration of current process capability.Based on our preferred device architecture,we provide our brief process flow,key dimensions,and simulated device DC/AC performance,like Vt,Idsat,SS,DIBL and parasitic parameters.As a part of the final evaluation,RO simulation result has been checked,which demonstrates that the Performance Per Area(PPA)is close to industry reference 5 nm performance.Yu Ding Yongfeng Cao Xin Luo Enming Shang Shaojian Hu Shoumian Chen Yuhang Zhao 2020Journal of Microelectronic Manufacturing2020,3,1:0

17Blockchain-Based Light-Weighted Provable Data Possession for Low Performance Devices显示文摘Provable Data Possession(PDP)schemes have long been proposed to solve problem of how to check the integrity of data stored in cloud service without downloading.However,with the emerging of network consisting of low performance devices such as Internet of Things,we find that there are still two obstacles for applying PDP schemes.The first one is the heavy computation overhead in generating tags for data blocks,which is essential for setting up any PDP scheme.The other one is how to resist collusion attacks from third party auditors with any possible entities participating the auditing.In this paper,we propose a novel blockchain-based light-weighted PDP scheme for low performance devices,with an instance deployed on a cloud server.We design a secure outsourced tag generating method for low performance devices,which enables a kind of“hash-sign-switch”two-phase tag computing.With this method,users with low performance devices can employ third party auditors to compute modular exponential operations that accounts for the largest portion of computation overhead in tag generation,without leaking their data content.Chaincodes in blockchain network ensure the correctness of such outsourcing and prevent collusion attacks.The security analysis and performance evaluation prove that our scheme is both secure and efficient.Yining Qi Zhen Yang Yubo Luo Yongfeng Huang Xing Li 2022Computers, Materials & Continua2022,,11:0
18Blockchain-Based Privacy-Preserving Public Auditing for Group Shared Data显示文摘Cloud storage has been widely used to team work or cooperation devel-opment.Data owners set up groups,generating and uploading their data to cloud storage,while other users in the groups download and make use of it,which is called group data sharing.As all kinds of cloud service,data group sharing also suffers from hardware/software failures and human errors.Provable Data Posses-sion(PDP)schemes are proposed to check the integrity of data stored in cloud without downloading.However,there are still some unmet needs lying in auditing group shared data.Researchers propose four issues necessary for a secure group shared data auditing:public verification,identity privacy,collusion attack resis-tance and traceability.However,none of the published work has succeeded in achieving all of these properties so far.In this paper,we propose a novel block-chain-based ring signature PDP scheme for group shared data,with an instance deployed on a cloud server.We design a linkable ring signature method called Linkable Homomorphic Authenticable Ring Signature(LHARS)to implement public anonymous auditing for group data.We also build smart contracts to resist collusion attack in group auditing.The security analysis and performance evalua-tion prove that our scheme is both secure and efficient.Yining Qi Yubo Luo Yongfeng Huang Xing Li 2023Intelligent Automation & Soft Computing2023,,3:0
19Effect of Alumina Micropowders on Properties of Calcium Hexaluminate显示文摘Calcium hexaluminate(CA6) was synthesized by mixing light-weight calcium carbonate and Al2O3micropowder( calcined α-Al2O3, activated α-Al2O3orρ-Al2O3) according to the stoichimetric ratio of CA6,and reaction sintering at 1 200,1 300,1 400 and 1 500 ℃ for 3 h,respectively. Effects of the three alumina micropowders on the phase composition,microstructure and properties of CA6 were investigated. The results show that:(1) for the three Al2O3 micropowders,the reaction to generate CA6 in specimens basically completes at about 1 500 ℃; CA6generated in all specimens is planar,but the array modes are slightly different;(2) the specimens prepared from calcinedα-Al2O3 or ρ-Al2O3 shrink almost,while the specimens prepared from activated α-Al2O3 expand;( 3) the cold crushing strength of the specimen prepared from activated α-Al2O3 is the highest,reaching 42. 5 MPa when only CA6 exists(after firing at 1 500 ℃);(4) the specimen prepared from ρ-Al2O3 has the lowest generation temperature of CA6and the highest apparent porosity,reaching 70. 1% when only CA6 exists( after firing at 1 500 ℃);(5)the specimen prepared from calcined α-Al2O3 has the biggest bulk density.LIU Xiaolin LIU Kaiqi XIE Xiaohu LIU Yongfeng LUO Zhiyong 2013China's Refractories2013,22,3:0
