1Simulation of the Earth' s gravitational field recovery from GRACE using the energy balance approach显示文摘Based on the measurement principles of GRACE satellites, the observation equations are set up using the energy balance approach. The Earth's gravitational field complete up to degree and order 120 is recovered applying the preconditioning conjugate gradient iterative approach by numerical simulation. 2NMR experimental implementation of threeparties quantum superdense coding显示文摘In this study, we report an experiment realization of quantum superdense coding (QSDC) between three parties using nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). The experimental results have shown that in terms of the QSDC schemes between multiparties proposed by Liu et al. and Crudka et al., three-qubit QSDC can transmit three bits of classical information by sending two qubits only. 3Excitation Frequency Effect of Differential Capacitance Transducer for Equivalence Principle Test显示文摘We discuss effects of the excitation frequency in an ac bridge differential capacitance transducer for the equivalenceprinciple test on the frequency-dependent characteristics of a practical operational amplifier, the thermal noise limitation, and stray-immune. 4NMR experimental realization of seven-qubit D-J algorithm and controlled phase-shift gates with improved precision显示文摘In this study, we report the experimental reali-zation of seven-qubit Deutsch-Jozsa (D-J) algorithm and controlled phase-shift gates with improved precision using liquid state nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). Theexperimental results have shown that transformations Uf in the seven-qubit D-J algorithm have been implemented with different pulse sequences, and whether f is constant orbalanced is determined by using only a single function call(Uf). Furthermore, we propose an experimental method tomeasure and correct the error in the controlled phase-shift gate that is simple and feasible in experiments, and can have precise phase shifts. These may offer the possibility ofsurmounting the difficulties of low signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) in multi-qubit NMR quantum computers, morecomplicated experimental techniques, and the increase ofgate errors due to using a large number of imperfect selec-tive pulses. 5Giant Valley Coherence at Room Temperature in 3R WS_(2) with Broken Inversion Symmetry显示文摘Breaking the space-time symmetries in materials can markedly influence their electronic and optical properties.In 3R-stacked transition metal dichalcogenides,the explicitly broken inversion symmetry enables valley-contrasting Berry curvature and quantization of electronic angular momentum,providing an unprecedented platform for valleytronics.Here,we study the valley coherence of 3R WS_(2) large single-crystal with thicknesses ranging from monolayer to octalayer at room temperature.Our measurements demonstrate that both A and B excitons possess robust and thickness-independent valley coherence.The valley coherence of direct A(B)excitons can reach 0.742(0.653)with excitation conditions on resonance with it.Such giant and thickness-independent valley coherence of large single-crystal 3R WS_(2) at room temperature would provide a firm foundation for quantum manipulation of the valley degree of freedom and practical application of valleytronics.Luojun Du Jian Tang Jing Liang Mengzhou Liao Zhiyan Jia Qinghua Zhang Yanchong Zhao Rong Yang Dongxia Shi Lin Gu Jianyong Xiang Kaihui Liu Zhipei Sun Guangyu Zhang 2019Research2019,,1:2

9Nutational Oscillatory Effect of the Test Body in Space Equivalence Principle Experiments显示文摘The significance of quadrupole gravitational force is discussed for test mass in equivalence principle (EP),and the angular moment acting on a cylindrically symmetrical body due to quadrnupole force is calculated, which will result in nutational oscillatory effect. The oscillations contain a perturtbation with the same, frequeney of EP violation signal, which is mitigated by two different methods as in Galileo Galilei (GG) mission and μSCOPE. In GG the sensor for readout is sensitive to differential forces in the orbital plane perpendicular to spin axis of test cylinders. In order to mitigate tile nutational oscillatory effect, test mass should be rapidly rotated with the spin axis. However, in μSCOPE,the readout sensitive axis is the Symmetry axis in the orbital plane. 10Batch fabrication of MoS_(2) devices directly on growth substrates by step engineering显示文摘Monolayer molybdenum disulfide(MoS_(2))has emerged as one of the most promising channel materials for next-generation nanoelectronics and optoelectronics owing to its atomic thickness,dangling-bond-free flat surface,and high electrical quality.Currently,high-quality monolayer MoS_(2)wafers are primarily grown on sapphire substrates incompatible with conventional device fabrication,and thus transfer processes to a suitable substrate are typically required before the device can be processed.Here,we demonstrate the batch production of transfer-free MoS2 top-gate devices directly on sapphire growth substrates via step engineering.By introducing substrate steps on growth substrate sapphire,high-κdielectric layers with superior quality and uniform can be directly deposited on the epitaxially grown monolayer MoS_(2).For the substrate with a maximum step density of 100μm^(−1),the gate capacitance can reach~1.87μF∙cm^(−2),while the interface trap state density(Dit)can be as low as~7.6×10^(10)cm^(−2)∙eV^(−1).The direct deposition of high-quality dielectric layers on grown monolayer MoS2 enables the batch fabrication of top-gate devices devoid of transfer and thus excellent device yield of>96%,holding great promise for large-scale twodimensional(2D)integrated circuits.Lu Li Yalin Peng Jinpeng Tian Fanfan Wu Xiang Guo Na Li Wei Yang Dongxia Shi Luojun Du Guangyu Zhang 2023Nano Research2023,16,11:0
11The clinical phenotypes and genetic characteristics of seven epilepsy patients related to heterozygous DEPDC5 variants in China显示文摘Objective:DEPDC5 together with NPRL2 and NPRL3 forms the GATOR1 which plays an important role in the the mechanistic target of rapamycin(mTOR)pathway.Deregulation of mTOR signalling has been associated to various neurological conditions,including epilepsy.Variants in the gene encoding GATOR1 complex,especially in DEPDC5,have been implicated in the pathogensis of several focal epilepsies.While there was little report on the electroencephalogram(EEG)feature of DEPDC5 related epilepsy,we decided to investigate the specific EEG pattern and the prognosis of DEPDC5 related epilepsy.Methods:The records of 546 epilepsy patients with unknown causes who were admitted in Xijing Hospital and underwent whole exome sequencing(WES)from 2015 to 2019 were retrospectively reviewed.Finally,the clinical data of these 7 patients with DEPDC5 variants were collected in this study.We analyzed their clinical manifestations,EEG and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).Results:Seven DEPDC5 variants,including six novel mutations,were identified in seven individuals with focal epilepsy.Among these patients,one had family history.Four showed specific interictal EEG patterns,periodic-like sharp waves or spike waves,were found in four patients.Five out of seven patients(71.4%)were well-controlled by anti-epilepsy drugs while two patients with sleep-related hypermotor epilepsy had either drug resistance or relapse of epilepsy.Conclusion:DEPDC5 variants were related to focal epilepsy in patients with or without family history.The EEG abnormalities of DEPDC5 related epilepsy were heterogeneous among different patients,while periodic-like sharp waves or spike waves might be the most characteristic interictal EEG pattern for DEPDC5 related epilepsies.In this study the prognosis of DEPDC5 related epilepsy was similar to other epilepsies.DEPDC5 variants may not predict the prognosis so far.Zihan Wei Luojun Wang Xiaozhi Qiao Ying Zhang Chao Liu Yanchun Deng 2020Acta Epileptologica2020,2,1:0
12Layer-by-layer epitaxy of multi-layer MoS_(2) wafers显示文摘The 2D semiconductor of MoShas great potential for advanced electronics technologies beyond silicon.So far,high-quality monolayer MoSwafers have been available and various demonstrations from individual transistors to integrated circuits have also been shown.In addition to the monolayer,multilayers have narrower band gaps but improved carrier mobilities and current capacities over the monolayer.However,achieving high-quality multi-layer MoSwafers remains a challenge.Here we report the growth of high-quality multi-layer Mo S_(2) 4-inch wafers via the layer-by-layer epitaxy process.The epitaxy leads to well-defined stacking orders between adjacent epitaxial layers and offers a delicate control of layer numbers up to six.Systematic evaluations on the atomic structures and electronic properties were carried out for achieved wafers with different layer numbers.Significant improvements in device performances were found in thicker-layer field-effect transistors(FETs),as expected.For example,the average field-effect mobility(μFE)at room temperature(RT)can increase from~80 cm·V·sfor monolayers to~110/145 cm·V·for bilayer/trilayer devices.The highest RTμFEof 234.7 cm·V·sand record-high on-current densities of 1.70 m A·μmat Vds=2V were also achieved in trilayer MoSFETs with a high on/off ratio of>107.Our work hence moves a step closer to practical applications of 2D MoSin electronics.Qinqin Wang Jian Tang Xiaomei Li Jinpeng Tian Jing Liang Na Li Depeng Ji Lede Xian Yutuo Guo Lu Li Qinghua Zhang Yanbang Chu Zheng Wei Yanchong Zhao Luojun Du Hua Yu Xuedong Bai Lin Gu Kaihui Liu Wei Yang Rong Yang Dongxia Shi Guangyu Zhang 2022National Science Review2022,9,6:0
13Real- and momentum-indirect neutral and charged excitons in a multi-valley semiconductor显示文摘Excitons dominate the photonic and optoelectronic properties of a material.Although significant advancements exist in understanding various types of excitons,progress on excitons that are indirect in both real-and momentum-spaces is still limited.Here,we demonstrate the real-and momentum-indirect neutral and charged excitons(including their phonon replicas)in a multi-valley semiconductor of bilayer MoS_(2),by performing electric-field/doping-density dependent photoluminescence.Together with first-principles calculations,we uncover that the observed real-and momentum-indirect exciton involves electron/hole from K/Γvalley,solving the longstanding controversy of its momentum origin.Remarkably,the binding energy of real-and momentum-indirect charged exciton is extremely large(i.e.,~59 meV),more than twice that of real-and momentum-direct charged exciton(i.e.,~24 meV).The giant binding energy,along with the electrical tunability and long lifetime,endows real-and momentum-indirect excitons an emerging platform to study many-body physics and to illuminate developments in photonics and optoelectronics.Zhiheng Huang Yuhui Li Tao Bo Yanchong Zhao Fanfan Wu Lu Li Yalong Yuan Yiru Ji Le Liu Jinpeng Tian Yanbang Chu Xiaozhou Zan Yalin Peng Xiuzhen Li Yangkun Zhang Kenji Watanabe Takashi Taniguchi Zhipei Sun Wei Yang Dongxia Shi Shixuan Du Luojun Du Guangyu Zhang 2023National Science Open2023,2,4:0

15TianmaGouteng yin attenuates ischemic stroke-induced brain injury by inhibiting the AGE/RAGE pathway显示文摘Background:Ischemic stroke is characterized by permanent or transient obstruction of blood flow,leading to a growing risk factor and health burden.Tianmagouteng yin(TMG)is commonly used in Chinese medicine to treat cerebral ischemia.The aim of this study was to investigate the neuroprotective effects of TMG against ischemic stroke.Methods:Either permanent middle cerebral artery occlusion(pMCAO)or sham operation was performed on anesthetized Wistar male rats(n=36).Results:Results demonstrated that TMG administration reduced the infarction volume and mitigated the neurobehavioral deficits.Hematoxylin and eosin(HE)staining and Prussian blue staining revealed that TMG attenuated tissue disruption and microbleeds in hippocampus tissues.In addition,TMG down-regulated the receptor of advanced glycation end products(RAGE)and p-JAK2.It also inhibited the concentrations of advanced glycation end products(AGEs),ferritin,malondialdehyde(MDA),and reactive oxygen species(ROS).Conclusion:As repetitive clinical trials of neuroprotectants targeting stroke have failed previously,our results suggested that the natural product,TMG,can probably help in the vicious cycles of ischemic stroke pathology.LUOJUN ZHENG LUAN WENG DIWEN SHOU 2023BIOCELL2023,47,6:0
