1A comprehensive review of integrative pharmacology-based investigation:A paradigm shift in traditional Chinese medicine显示文摘Over the past decade,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has widely embraced systems biology and its various data integration approaches to promote its modernization.Thus,integrative pharmacology-based traditional Chinese medicine(TCMIP) was proposed as a paradigm shift in TCM.This review focuses on the presentation of this novel concept and the main research contents,methodologies and applications of TCMIP.First,TCMIP is an interdisciplinary science that can establish qualitative and quantitative pharmacokinetics-pharmacodynamics(PK-PD) correlations through the integration of knowledge from multiple disciplines and techniques and from different PK-PD processes in vivo.Then,the main research contents of TCMIP are introduced as follows:chemical and ADME/PK profiles of TCM formulas;confirming the three forms of active substances and the three action modes;establishing the qualitative PK-PD correlation;and building the quantitative PK-PD correlations,etc.After that,we summarize the existing data resources,computational models and experimental methods of TCMIP and highlight the urgent establishment of mathematical modeling and experimental methods.Finally,we further discuss the applications of TCMIP for the improvement of TCM quality control,clarification of the molecular mechanisms underlying the actions of TCMs and discovery of potential new drugs,especially TCM-related combination drug disco very.Haiyu Xu Yanqiong Zhang Ping Wang Junhong Zhang Hong Chen Luoqi Zhang Xia Du Chunhui Zhao Dan Wu Feng Liu Hongjun Yang Changxiao Liu 2021Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2021,11,6:18
2Stabilization of stochastic Hopfield neural network with distributed parameters显示文摘In this paper, the stability of stochastic Hopfield neural network with distributed parameters is studied. To discuss the stability of systems, the main idea is to integrate the solution to systems in the space variable. Then, the integration is considered as the solution process of corresponding neural networks described by stochastic ordinary differential equations. A Lyapunov function is constructed and Ito formula is employed to compute the derivative of the mean Lyapunov function along the systems, with respect to the space variable. It is difficult to treat stochastic systems with distributed parameters since there is no corresponding Ito formula for this kind of system. Our method can overcome this difficulty. 3Optimized Technology for Residuum Processing in the ARGG Unit显示文摘The influence of feedstock property on operation in the FCC unit was studied to identify the cause leading to deteriorated products distribution related with increasingly heavier feedstock for the ARGG unit. In order to maximize the economic benefits of the ARGG unit a string of measures, including the modification of catalyst formulation, retention of high catalyst activity, application of mixed termina-tion agents to control the reaction temperature and once-through operation, and optimization of catalyst regeneration technique, were adopted to adapt the ARGG unit to processing of the heavy feedstock with its carbon residue equating to 7 % on an average. 5Dense dislocations induced ductile SnTe thermoelectric semiconductor over a wide range of temperatures显示文摘Most inorganic thermoelectric semiconductors are intrinsically brittle,restricting the application of ther-moelectric materials.Therefore,developing ductile thermoelectric materials is crucial to thermoelectric technology applications.In this work,single-phase SnTe bulks with dense dislocations were prepared by melting quenching combined with spark plasma sintering.The resulting SnTe thermoelectric materials exhibited a large compressive strain of∼7.5%at room temperature,originating from high-density pre-existing mobile dislocations.The initiation of localized slip bands and preferred slip system were also identified by first-principles simulation.Detail microstructural characterizations reveal that the thermal activated dislocation emission and migration lead to higher compressive strains at intermediate tem-peratures.At 673 K,the deformation mechanism changed from dislocation mediated to grain boundary mediated plasticity,resulting in an ultra-high compressive strain of∼42%.In sum,new insights into the mechanical behavior of SnTe thermoelectric material over a wide range of temperatures were provided.This work offers the dislocation engineering strategy to design ductile thermoelectric materials for flexi-ble electronics and energy systems.Houjiang Yang Xiege Huang Bo Duan Luoqi Wu Hongtao Wang Xiaobin Feng Maoyuan Jiang Guodong Li Ling Zhou Pengcheng Zhai Qingjie Zhang 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,13:1
6Robust Dissipative Control for Nonlinear System with Sector Input显示文摘Based on the quadratic supply rate, the problem of robust dissipative control for a class of uncertain nonlinear system with sector nonlinear input is discussed. The uncertainty is described by bounded norm. It is shown that the robust dissipative control problem can be resolved for all admissible uncertainty, if there exists a storage function such that Hamilton Jacobi inequality holds. 7Red, green and blue aggregation-induced emissive carbon dots显示文摘As one of the most promising fluorescent nanomaterials, carbon dots(CDs) have been extensively studied for their fluorescent properties in solution. However, research on the synthesis of multicolor solid-state fluorescence(SSF) CDs(from blue to red) is rarely reported. Herein, we used o-phenylenediamine, mphenylenediamine and p-phenylenediamine with dithiosalicylic acid(DTSA) in the solvothermal reaction using acetic acid as a solvent to obtain aggregation-induced emissive(AIE) CDs of red(620 nm), green(520 nm), and blue(478 nm), respectively. XPS spectra and TEM image show that with the red-shift of luminescence, the particle size and content of C=O of the CDs gradually increases. Finally, based on the non-matrix solid-state multicolor luminescence characteristics of CDs, the application of white light LED devices is realized.
