| 1 | 盐碱水和淡水养殖模式下尼罗罗非鱼肌肉品质比较显示文摘为了解盐碱水和淡水养殖的尼罗罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus)肌肉品质的差异,对不同养殖模式(淡水养殖和盐碱水养殖)下的尼罗罗非鱼肌肉的营养成分以及感官特征进行分析和比较。结果表明,盐碱水养殖尼罗罗非鱼肌肉总体感官评分高于淡水养殖。盐碱水养殖的尼罗罗非鱼肌肉粗蛋白含量为19.74%,显著高于淡水养殖,水分含量为74.83%,显著低于淡水养殖,其他基础营养成分差异不显著。盐碱水养殖和淡水养殖的尼罗罗非鱼的必需氨基酸与氨基酸总量比值分别为41.76%和41.52%,必需氨基酸与非必需氨基酸比值分别为71.69%和70.99%,2种养殖模式下养殖的尼罗罗非鱼肌肉的氨基酸组成均符合联合国粮农组织(FAO)和世界卫生组织(WHO)的理想模式,属于优质蛋白质源。盐碱水养殖的尼罗罗非鱼肌肉的不饱和脂肪酸含量为61.66%,二十碳五烯酸和二十二碳六烯酸(EPA+DHA)的含量为5.77%,n-3/n-6的值为0.57,均显著高于淡水养殖。盐碱水养殖的尼罗罗非鱼肌肉的鲜味氨基酸总量为194.43 mg/kg,甜味氨基酸总量为1 214.90 mg/kg,总游离氨基酸量为1 752.40 mg/kg,均显著高于淡水养殖。盐碱水养殖的尼罗罗非鱼肌肉和盐碱水养殖水样中异味物质(土臭素和二-甲基异茨醇)含量均显著低于淡水养殖组。综上,盐碱水养殖的尼罗罗非鱼肌肉的营养价值和感官特征明显优于淡水养殖。 | 程亚美 赵金良 唐首杰 Christian Larbi AYISI 涂翰卿 宋凌元 | 2019 | 河南农业科学2019,48,4: | 17 |
| 2 | 白藜芦醇对山羊冷冻精液质量的影响显示文摘本实验旨在研究白藜芦醇对山羊冻精质量的改善效果。用假阴道法采集8只云上黑山羊精液,用添加不同浓度(0、0.1、1、10、20μmol/L)白藜芦醇的Optidyl稀释液稀释后进行细管分装,其中不添加白藜芦醇组为对照组。在5℃平衡4 h后,将细管于液氮蒸气中预冻,最后在液氮中保存1周。37℃水浴解冻后测定精子活力、顶体完整性、膜完整性和磷脂酰丝氨酸分布等指标。结果表明:与对照组相比,10μmol/L白藜芦醇冷冻组精子直线运动百分率和质膜完整性均提高(P<0.05);10μmol/L白藜芦醇抑制了冷冻解冻后精子ROS的产生(P<0.05);而20μmol/L白藜芦醇冷冻组精子解冻后直线运动百分率低于其他各处理组(P<0.05);白藜芦醇不能缓解冷冻解冻过程对精子总活力、顶体完整性和磷脂酰丝氨酸分布的不利影响。总之,冷冻稀释液中添加10μmol/L白藜芦醇可以改善山羊冻精质量,这可能与白藜芦醇的抗氧化特性有关;但过高浓度的白藜芦醇加重精子的冷冻损伤程度。白藜芦醇是否能提高山羊冻精的人工授精效果还有待进一步研究。 | 吕春荣 李俊喜 Allai Larbi 权国波 | 2019 | 中国畜牧杂志2019,55,11: | 6 |
| 3 | EEG epileptic seizure detection and classification based on dual-tree complex wavelet transform and machine learning algorithms显示文摘The visual analysis of common neurological disorders such as epileptic seizures in electroencephalography(EEG) is an oversensitive operation and prone to errors,which has motivated the researchers to develop effective automated seizure detection methods.This paper proposes a robust automatic seizure detection method that can establish a veritable diagnosis of these diseases.The proposed method consists of three steps:(i) remove artifact from EEG data using Savitzky-Golay filter and multi-scale principal component analysis(MSPCA),(ii) extract features from EEG signals using signal decomposition representations based on empirical mode decomposition(EMD),discrete wavelet transform(DWT),and dual-tree complex wavelet transform(DTCWT) allowing to overcome the non-linearity and non-stationary of EEG signals,and(iii) allocate the feature vector to the relevant class(i.e.,seizure class 'ictal' or free seizure class 'interictal') using machine learning techniques such as support vector machine(SVM),k-nearest neighbor(k-NN),and linear discriminant analysis(LDA).The experimental results were based on two EEG datasets generated from the CHB-MIT database with and without overlapping process.The results obtained have shown the effectiveness of the proposed method that allows achieving a higher classification accuracy rate up to 100% and also outperforms similar state-of-the-art methods. | Itaf Ben Slimen Larbi Boubchir Zouhair Mbarki Hassene Seddik | 2020 | The Journal of Biomedical Research2020,34,3: | 3 |
| 4 | Impact of household transitions on domestic energy consumption and its applicability to urban energy planning显示文摘The household sector consumes roughly 30% of Earth's energy resources and emits approximately 17% of its carbon dioxide. As such, developing appropriate policies to reduce the CO_2 emissions, which are associated with the world's rapidly growing urban population, is a high priority. This, in turn, will enable the creation of cities that respect the natural environment and the well-being of future generations. However, most of the existing expertise focuses on enhancing the thermal quality of buildings through building physics while few studies address the social and behavioral aspects. In fact, focusing on these aspects should be more prominent, as they cause between 4% and 30% of variation in domestic energy consumption.Premised on that, the aim of this study was to investigate the effect in the context of the UK of household transitions on household energy consumption patterns. To achieve this, we applied statistical procedures(e.g., logistic regression) to official panel survey data comprising more than 5500 households in the UK tracked annually over the course of 18 years. This helped in predicting future transition patterns for different household types for the next 10 to 15 years. Furthermore, it enabled us to study the relationship between the predicted patterns and the household energy usage for both gas and electricity. The findings indicate that the life cycle transitions of a household significantly influence its domestic energy usage. However, this effect is mostly positive in direction and weak in magnitude. | 6 | Investigation of structural parameters and self-aggregation of Algerian asphaltenes in organic solvents显示文摘Elemental analysis, Fourier transform infrared(FTIR),1H-NMR, fluorescence spectroscopy, and surface tension methods have been used to characterize the molecular structure and the aggregation behaviors of two asphaltenic fractions derived, respectively, from an Algerian petroleum well and a corresponding storage tank deposit. Elemental analysis, FTIR,1H-NMR, and fluorescence spectroscopy were used to investigate the chemical composition and structural parameters of asphaltenes,while the surface tension method was used to measure the critical micelle concentration(CMC) in organic solvents with different solubility parameters and polarities in order to characterize the asphaltenes' aggregation behaviors.Results show that the unstable asphaltenes fraction extracted from the storage tank deposit possesses a higher polarity(higher heteroatoms content) and a lower aromaticity than stable asphaltenes from the petroleum well.The CMC results indicate that asphaltenes with high polarity and low aromaticity have a high solubility in polar solvents such as nitrobenzene, whereas asphaltenes with low polarity and high aromaticity are more soluble in solvents with weak polarity, like toluene. | 7 | Nonlinear Coordinated Passivation Control of Single Machine Infinite Bus Power System with Static Var Compensator显示文摘We propose a nonlinear coordinated control of the generator excitation and the static var compensator(SVC) in order to enhance the transient stability and voltage regulation of power system by the passivation approach. SVC is installed in the middle of the transmission line of power system and consists of a single machine infinite bus(SMIB) system. The design of the proposed controller consists of two parts. On one hand,the generator excitation controller is designed based on a backstepping controller. On the other hand, the conception of SVC control input is based on the coordinated passivation approach,which can guarantee the asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system.
