1Texture tailoring and bendability improvement of rolled AZ31 alloy using {10-12} twinning: The effect of precompression levels显示文摘In this study,the texture of a rolled Mg alloy is effectively modified through the application of precompression and subsequent annealing treatment,leading to a remarkable improvement in the bending formability of the alloy at room temperature.Precompression induces lattice reorientation through{10-12}twinning,and annealing treatment reduces the stored strain energy of the precompressed material,which results in the formation of a stable grain structure with two dominant texture components.With an increase in precompression,the tensile strain in the outer region of the bending samples is accommodated to a greater extent due to more pronounced{10-12}twinning and basal slip.As a result,the bending formability of the material at room temperature improves with greater precompression.The variation in microstructure,texture,and bending behavior in relation to the degree of precompression is discussed in detail.Jong Un Lee Ye Jin Kim Sang-Hoon Kim Jeong Hun Lee Min-Seong Kim Shi-Hoon Choi Byoung Gi Moon Young Min Kim Sung Hyuk Park 2019Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2019,7,4:5

8Redox sensor QSOX1 regulates plant immunity by targeting GSNOR to modulate ROS generation显示文摘Reactive oxygen signaling regulates numerous biological processes,including stress responses in plants.Redox sensors transduce reactive oxygen signals into cellular responses.Here,we present biochemical evidence that a plant quiescin sulfhydryl oxidase homolog(QSOX1)is a redox sensor that negatively regulates plant immunity against a bacterial pathogen.The expression level of QSOX1 is inversely correlated with pathogen-induced reactive oxygen species(ROS)accumulation.Interestingly,QSOX1 both senses and regulates ROS levels by interactingn with and mediating redox regulation of S-nitrosoglutathione reductase,which,consistent with previous findings,influences reactive nitrogen-mediated regulation of ROS generation.Collectively,our data indicate that QSOX1 is a redox sensorthat negatively regulates plant immunity by linking reactive oxygen and reactive nitrogen signaling to limit ROS production.Ho Byoung Chae Min Gab Kim Chang Ho Kang Joung Hun Park Eun Seon Lee Sang-Uk Lee Yong Hun Chi Seol Ki Paeng Su Bin Bae Seong Dong Wi Byung-Wook Yun Woe-Yeon Kim Dae-Jin Yun David Mackey Sang Yeol Lee 2021Molecular Plant2021,14,8:1
