1Ambient volatile organic compounds at a receptor site in the Pearl River Delta region:Variations,source apportionment and effects on ozone formation显示文摘We present the continuously measurements of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)at a receptor site(Wan Qing Sha,WQS)in the Pearl River Delta(PRD)region from September to November of 2017.The average mixing ratios of total VOCs(TVOCs)was 36.3±27.9 ppbv with the dominant contribution from alkanes(55.5%),followed by aromatics(33.3%).The diurnal variation of TVOCs showed a strong photochemical consumption during daytime,resulting in the formation of ozone(O_(3)).Five VOC sources were resolved by the positive matrix factorization(PMF)model,including solvent usage(28.6%),liquid petroleum gas(LPG)usage(24.4%),vehicle exhaust(21.0%),industrial emissions(13.2%)and gasoline evaporation(12.9%).The regional transport air masses from the upwind cities of south China can result in the elevated concentrations of TVOCs.Low ratios of TVOCs/NO_(x)(1.53±0.88)suggested that the O_(3) formation regime at WQS site was VOC-limited,which also confirmed by a photochemical box model with the master chemical mechanism(PBM-MCM).Furthermore,the observation on high-O_(3) episode days revealed that frequent O_(3) outbreaks at WQS were mainly caused by the regional transport of anthropogenic VOCs especially for aromatics and the subsequent photochemical reactions.This study provides valuable information for policymakers to propose the effective control strategies on photochemical pollution in a regional perspective.Yao Meng Junwei Song Lewei Zeng Yingyi Zhang Yan Zhao Xufei Liu Hai Guo Liuju Zhong Yubo Ou Yan Zhou Tao Zhang Dingli Yue Senchao Lai 2022Journal of Environmental Sciences2022,34,1:5
2口腔黏膜早期不典型性增生等位基因缺失的检测显示文摘目的 探索用等位基因缺失检测的方法预测口腔黏膜早期不典型性增生病变的癌变。方法 用组织显微切割法提取组织并获得DNA ,以聚合酶链反应和多态性微卫星标记物分析检测等位基因缺失。 2 1个微卫星标记物对 8条染色体臂 ( 3p、4 q、8p、9p、11q、13q、14q和 17p)进行了检测。比较轻度和中度不典型性增生 ( 5 5例 )与高危不典型性增生 (重度不典型性增生和原位癌 2 3例 ;与癌组织同时存在的轻度和中度不典型增生 4 8例 )的等位基因缺失情况。增生病变 ( 34例 )和癌组织 ( 34例 )为对照。结果 等位基因缺失发生率随着病变恶性程度的增高而增高 ;增生病变仅见单个等位基因缺失 ,而不典型增生和癌组织可见多个等位基因缺失 ;轻度和中度不典型增生标本中 3个或 3个以上臂的等位基因缺失少见 ,而重度不典型增生、原位癌和癌组织 3个或 3个以上臂的等位基因缺失多见 ;轻度和中度不典型增生的等位基因缺失多发生在 3p、9p和 14 q ,而高危不典型增生的等位基因缺失可发生在除此以外的 4 q、8p、11q、13q、17p染色体臂上。 结论 早期的不典型增生没有等位基因缺失时癌变危险可能较小 ,而出现多于 3个或 3个以上臂 ,特别是在 8p、11q、13q和 17p上的等位基因缺失 。王琪 Lewei Zhang Miriam P.Rosin 2003中华耳鼻咽喉科杂志2003,38,5:2

4Impact Increment Based Hybrid Reliability Assessment Method for Transmission Systems显示文摘This paper proposes an impact-increment-based hybrid(IIHybrid)reliability assessment approach for power transmission systems.The proposed approach integrates the advantages of the impact-increment-based state enumeration method(IISE)and impact-increment-based Monte Carlo simulation(IIMC)to improve computational efficiency and accuracy.The IISE can efficiently assess the impacts of low-order contingencies.The accuracy is,however,sacrificed as highorder contingencies are usually neglected.The IIMC is more suitable for large-scale contingency spaces compared with IISE,although the calculation process is time-consuming.In this paper,the proposed IIHybrid takes advantage of its strengths while avoiding its shortcomings.The IISE and the IIMC are applied to lower and higher contingency spaces respectively.The high-order contingencies elimination technique proposed in our previous studies is still applicable to the IIHybrid.In addition,efficiency can be controlled by modifying the preset parameters to adapt to various scenarios.Case studies are performed on the IEEE 118-bus test system and PEGASE System.The results show that the proposed approach is more efficient and practicable than traditional methods.Yunkai Lei Yeguang Sun Kai Hou Pei Zhang Lewei Zhu Xiaoxi Yang Xiaonan Liu 2022CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2022,8,1:1
5Efficient approach and application of the Green's functions in spatial domain in multilayered media显示文摘Based on the dipole source method, all components of the Green’s functions in spectral domain are restructured concisely by four basis functions, and in terms of the two-level discrete complex image method (DCIM) with the high order Sommer- feld identities, an efficient algorithm for closed-form Green’s functions in spatial domain in multilayered media is presented. This new work enjoys the advantages of the surface wave pole extraction directly carried out by the generalized integral path without troubles of that all components of Green’s function in spectral domain should be reformed respectively in transmission line network analogy, and then the Green’s functions for mixed-potential integral equation (MPIE) analysis in both near-field and far-field in multilayered media are obtained. In addition, the curl op- erator for coupled field in MPIE is avoided conveniently. It is especially applicable and useful to characterize the electromagnetic scattering by, and radiation in the presence of, the electrically large 3-D objects in multilayered media. 6Circular RNAs in breast cancer diagnosis,treatment and prognosis显示文摘Breast cancer has surpassed lung cancer to become the most common malignancy worldwide.The incidence rate and mortality rate of breast cancer continue to rise,which leads to a great burden on public health.Circular RNAs(circRNAs),a new class of noncoding RNAs(ncRNAs),have been recognized as important oncogenes or suppressors in regulating cancer initiation and progression.In breast cancer,circRNAs have significant roles in tumorigenesis,recurrence and multidrug resistance that are mediated by various mechanisms.Therefore,circRNAs may serve as promising targets of therapeutic strategies for breast cancer management.This study reviews the most recent studies about the biosynthesis and characteristics of circRNAs in diagnosis,treatment and prognosis evaluation,as well as the value of circRNAs in clinical applications as biomarkers or therapeutic targets in breast cancer.Understanding the mechanisms by which circRNAs function could help transform basic research into clinical applications and facilitate the development of novel circRNA-based therapeutic strategies for breast cancer treatment.XIAOJIA HUANG CAILU SONG JINHUI ZHANG LEWEI ZHU HAILIN TANG 2024Oncology Research2024,32,2:0
