| 9 | Efficacy of Rituximab Combined with Plasma Exchange in the Treatment of Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura(TTP)显示文摘Objective:To analyze the curative effect of rituximab combined with plasma exchange in the treatment of thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura.Methods:70 patients with thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura that were treated in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected for this study.They were divided into two groups according the treatment method they were about to receive.The patients in the control group received plasma exchange.The observation group was given rituximab in addition to plasma exchange.Then,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed,and the incidence of adverse reactions was compared.Results:The rate of effectiveness of the treatment received in observation group and the control group was 97.14%and 82.86%,respectively.The treatment received in observation group had a better therapeutic effect(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(22.86%)was lower than that of the control group(5.71%),with P<0.05.Conclusion:Rituximab combined with plasma exchange is relatively more effective than plasma exchange alone,with less adverse reaction,making it a viable treatment option. | Limin Hou Lan Li | 2023 | Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2023,7,5: | 0 |

| 11 | Numerical Simulation of Bubble Plumes and an Analysis of Their Seismic Attributes显示文摘To study the bubble plume's seismic response characteristics,the model of a plume water body has been built in this article using the bubble-contained medium acoustic velocity model and the stochastic medium theory based on an analysis of both the acoustic characteristics of a bubble-contained water body and the actual features of a plume.The finite difference method is used for forward modelling,and the single-shot seismic record exhibits the characteristics of a scattered wave field generated by a plume.A meaningful conclusion is obtained by extracting seismic attributes from the pre-stack shot gather record of a plume.The values of the amplitude-related seismic attributes increase greatly as the bubble content goes up,and changes in bubble radius will not cause seismic attributes to change,which is primarily observed because the bubble content has a strong impact on the plume's acoustic velocity,while the bubble radius has a weak impact on the acoustic velocity.The above conclusion provides a theoretical reference for identifying hydrate plumes using seismic methods and contributes to further study on hydrate decomposition and migration,as well as on distribution of the methane bubble in seawater. | LI Canping GOU Limin YOU Jiachun | 2017 | Journal of Ocean University of China2017,16,2: | 4 |

| 13 | Unified stability condition for particulate and aggregative fluidization—Exploring energy dissipation with direct numerical simulation显示文摘Fully resolved simulations of particulate and aggregative fluidization systems are performed successfully with the so-called combined lattice Boltzmann method and time-driven hard-sphere model(LBM-TDHS).In this method,the discrete particle phase is described by time-driven hard-sphere model,and the governing equations of the continuous fluid phase are solved with lattice Boltzmann method.Particle-fluid coupling is implemented by immersed moving boundary method.Time averaged flow structure of the simulated results show the formation of core-annulus structure and sigmoid distribution of voidage in the axial direction,which are typical phenomena in fluidization systems.Combining the results of the simulation,the energy consumption N_(st)for suspending and transporting solids is calculated from the direct numerical simulation(DNS)of fluidization,and the stability criterion N_(st)/N_T=min proposed in EMMS/bubbling model is verified numerically.Furthermore the numerical results show that the value of N_(st)/N_T in particulate fluidization is much higher than that in aggregative fluidization,but N_(st)/N_T=min is effective for both particulate and aggregative fluidization. | Min Wei Limin Wang Jinghai Li | 2013 | Particuology2013,11,2: | 3 |

| 15 | Impacts of Urban Expansion on the Urban Thermal Environment:A Case Study of Changchun,China显示文摘Urbanization,especially urban land expansion,has a profound influence on the urban thermal environment.Cities in Northeast China face remarkably uneven development and environmental issues,and thus it is necessary to strengthen the diagnosis of thermal environmental pressure brought by urbanization.In this study,multi remote sensing imageries and statistical approaches,involving piecewise linear regression(PLR),were used to explore urban expansion and its effects on the thermal environment of Changchun City in Jilin Province,China.Results show that Changchun experienced rapid urban expansion from 2000 to 2020,with urban built-up areas increasing from 171.77 to 525.14 km^(2).The area of the city’s urban heat island(UHI)increased dramatically,during both day and night.Using PLR,a positive linear correlation of built-up density with land surface temperature(LST)was detected,with critical breakpoints of 70%-80%during the daytime and 40%-50%at nighttime.Above the thresholds,the magnitude of LST in response to built-up density significantly increased with intensifying urbanization,especially for nighttime LST.An analysis of the relative frequency distributions(RFDs)of LST reveals that rapid urbanization resulted in a significant increase of mean LST in newly urbanized areas,but had weak effects on daytime LST change in existing urban area.Urban expansion also contributed to a constant decrease of spatial heterogeneity of LST in existing urban area,especially at daytime.However,in newly urbanized areas,the spatial heterogeneity of LST was decreased during the daytime but increased at nighttime due to urbanization. | YANG Limin LI Xiaoyan SHANG Beibei | 2022 | Chinese Geographical Science2022,32,1: | 2 |
