1Non-reproducibility of Cross Sections Measured in Dissipative Collisions of ^(19)F+^(93)Nb显示文摘Two independent measurements of excitation functions of the strongly dissipative collision for the same reaction system of 19F+93Nb have been carried out at the China Institute of Atomic Energy, Beijing. In these measurements, the 19F8+ beam was provided by the HI-13 tandem accelerator. The incident beam energies were varied from 102 to 108 MeV in steps of 250 keV. 2Development of Silicon Multi-strip Detector显示文摘Position sensitive detector is very important for nuclear physics experiment. There several techniques can be used to fabricate position sensitive detector, for example, Si-surface barrier method, diffusion method, ion implantation and planar process etc. Among all the techniques mentioned above planar process is the best one. 3Excitation Function Measurement in Reaction of ^(19)F+^(27)A1显示文摘The measurement of excitation functions for the strongly dissipative collision with the reaction system of ^19F+^27Al has been carried out at the China Institute of Atoraic Energy, Beijing. The ^19F^8+ beam was extracted from the HI-13 tandem accelerator. The beam incident energies were varied from 110 to 118.75 MeV in steps of 250 keV. The self-supporting ^27A1 target foil with the thickness of 60μg/cm^2 was used.
