2Cloud point extraction and flame atomic absorption spectrometry analysis of palladium, platinum, and gold ions from industrial polluted soil显示文摘Cloud point extraction (CPE) with Tergitol TMN-6 was applied for the extraction of trace amounts of palladium (Pd(Ⅱ)), platinum (Pt(Ⅳ)), and gold (Au(Ⅲ)) in the soil of industrial sewage. Ammonium pyrolysine dithiocarbamate (APDC) was adopted as the chelating agent prior to CPE and then was detected by atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS). Different parameters such as the concentration of surfactants, chelating agent and salt, sample pH, equilibration temperature and time, centrifugation time and rates, and the effect of foreign ions were studied. Under optimum conditions, the low limits of detections are 1.4, 2.8 and 1.2 ng·ml^-1 and the enrichment factors are 21, 12, and 24 for Pd(Ⅱ), Pt(Ⅳ), and Au(Ⅲ, respectively. The relative standard deviations vary from 0.6% to 1.0% (n=11). All correlation coefficients of the calibration curves are >0.9960. 3Liver-resident NK cells suppress autoimmune cholangitis and limit the proliferation of CD4^(+) T cells显示文摘Liver-resident NK cells are distinct from conventional NK cells and play an important role in the maintenance of liver homeostasis.How liver-resident NK cells participate in autoimmune cholangitis remains unclear.Here,we extensively investigated the impact of NK cells in the pathogenesis of autoimmune cholangitis utilizing the well-established dnTGFβRII cholangitis model,NK cell-deficient(Nfil3−/−)mice,adoptive transfer and in vivo antibody-mediated NK cell depletion.Our data demonstrated that disease progression was associated with a significantly reduced frequency of hepatic NK cells.Depletion of NK cells resulted in exacerbated autoimmune cholangitis in dnTGFβRII mice.We further confirmed that the DX5−CD11c^(hi) liver-resident NK cell subset colocalized with CD4^(+) T cells and inhibited CD4^(+) T cell proliferation.Gene expression microarray analysis demonstrated that liver-resident NK cells had a distinct gene expression pattern consisting of the increased expression of genes involved in negative regulatory functions in the context of the inflammatory microenvironment.Zhi-Bin Zhao Fang-Ting Lu Hong-Di Ma Yin-Hu Wang Wei Yang Jie Long Qi Miao Weici Zhang Zhigang Tian William M.Ridgway Jie Cao M.Eric Gershwin Zhe-Xiong Lian 2020Cellular & Molecular Immunology2020,17,2:4
4Preparation of Gd_2O_2S:Pr Scintillation Ceramics by Pressureless Reaction Sintering Method显示文摘Fabrication of Gd2O2S:Pr scintillation ceramics by pressureless reaction sintering was investigated. The 2Gd2O3·(Gd,Pr)2(SO4)3·mH2O precursor was made by hydrothermal reaction using commercially available Gd2O3, Pr6O11 and H2SO4 as the starting materials. Then single phase Gd2O2SO4:Pr powder was obtained by calcining the precursor at 750°C for 2 h. The Gd2O2SO4:Pr powder compacts can be sintered to single phase Gd2O2S:Pr ceramics with a relative density of 99% and mean grain size of 30 μm at 1750°C for 2 h in flowing hydrogen atmosphere. Densification and microstructural development of the Gd2O2S:Pr ceramics were examined.
