| 3 | Circular RNA SMARCA5 suppressed non-small cell lung cancer progression by regulating miR-670-5p/RBM24 axis显示文摘Circular RNAs(circRNAs)have good stability and long half-life in blood and other body fluid,and possess regulatory effects on various biological processes as miRNA/RNA-binding protein sponges,or by competing endogenous RNA,indicating their great potential as biomarkers or targets of cancer therapy.In this study,we mainly explored the role and mechanism of circular RNA SMARCA5(circsSMARCA5)in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Quantitative RT-PCR was applied to measure the expression levels of genes,and then,the relationships among circsSMARCA5,microRNA-670-5p(miR-670-5p),and RBM24 were further analyzed.Animal and cell experiments were performed to explore the functions of circsSMARCA5 in NSCLC cells.The results showed that circsSMARCA5 was expressed at low level in NSCLC tissues and cells,while miR-670-5p had high level in NSCLC tissues.Dual luciferase reporter assay verified that miR-670-5p was the target of circsSMARCA5,and RBM24 has the binding site of miR-670-5p.Further analysis showed that circsSMARCA5 could negatively regulate miR-670-5p and had positive relationship with RBM24.Moreover,circsSMARCA5 obviously inhibited tumor growth in vivo,reduced cell proliferation and increased cell apoptosis in vitro,while miR-670-5p mimic or RBM24 knockdown could reverse these effects.Thus,circsSMARCA5 may serve as an NSCLC suppressor by regulating the miR-670-5p/RBM24 axis,and it may have the potential to be a biomarker or therapeutic target for NSCLC. | Danjie Zhang Yuefeng Ma Zhenchuan Ma Shiyuan Liu Liangzhang Sun Jianzhong Li Feng Zhao Yu Li Jin Zhang Shaomin Li Jiantao Jiang | 2020 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,10: | 1 |
| 4 | Study on hepatoprotective effect of peptide S-8300 from shark liver显示文摘AIM: To explore the effects of peptide S-8300 from shark liver (S-8300) on liver function as well as in regulating immune functions in experimental injury models.METHODS: Mice were administered with different doses of S-8300 for four consecutive days, followed by mice injected with tetrachloromethane (CCl4) on d 3. The activity of ALT, AST, LDH, SOD and contents of MDA and GSH in the mice liver were tested. And mice were treated with Cy (100 mg/kg) at the beginning of the experiment to induce immunosuppression model. The S-8300 groups were treated with S-8300 seven days after the beginning of Cy administration. The effects of S-8300 on the formulation of serum hemolysin and the content of IL-2 in serum in the immunosuppression mice were observed.RESULTS: S-8300 obviously decreased the level of ALT (52.2±11.0 U/dL vs135.9±6.5 U/dL, P<0.01), AST (67.5±6.9U/dL vs 238.8±8.7 U/dL, P<0.01), LDH (155.1±46.8 U/dLvs240.4±6.0 U/dL, P<0.01) & MDA (0.64±0.027 nmol/mg vs 1.06±0.040 nmol/mg, P<0.01) and increased SOD(24.51±1.01 U/mg vs19.05±0.73 U/mg, P<0.01) & GSH (24.17±0.91 μg/mg vs 14.93±0.45 μg/mg, P<0.01)in mice liver damaged by CCl4. S-8300 also markedly improved the formulation of serum hemolysin (0.094±0.005 A540 vs 0.063±0.006 A540, P<0.01) and increased the level of IL-2(9.74±1.16 pg/mL vs5.81±0.87 pg/mL, P<0.01) in serum of the immunosuppression mice.CONCLUSION: The results suggested S-8300 has significant hepatoprotective, immunomodulatory and inhibiting of lipid peroxidation activity. | Feng-JieHuang Zheng-BingLv QianLi Li-JunWei LiangZhang Wu-TongWu | 2005 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2005,11,12: | 0 |
| 5 | Young's Modulus Measurement of Metal Wires Using FBG Sensor显示文摘A novel Young's modulus measurement scheme based on fiber Bragg gratings (FBG) is proposed and demonstrated experimentally. In our method, a universal formula relating the Bragg wavelength shift to Young's modulus is derived and metal wires are loaded strain by using the static stretching method. The Young's modulus of copper wires, aluminum wires, nickel wires, and tungsten wires are separately measured. Experimental results show that the FBG sensor exhibits high measurement accuracy, and the measurement errors relative to the nominal value is less than 1.0%. The feasibility of the FBG test method is confirmed by comparing it with the traditional charge coupled device (CCD) imaging method.
