2Study on Connotations and Development Strategies of Creative Agriculture显示文摘Creative agriculture is a new agricultural type with originality as a key element, integrating agricultural production activities into creative activities such as culture and art, broadening functions of agriculture and improving added value of agricultural products. Creative agriculture is characterized by external economy, technology integration, art appreciation, high efficiency and value, and it is significant for promoting inheritance of traditional culture, optimal allocation and regeneration of resources, optimal distribution of elements, expansion of agricultural functions, construction of beautiful countryside, cultural construction of rural areas, transformation of agricultural and rural economic growth mode. With agricultural resources as the foundation, sightseeing and leisure agriculture as the breakthrough point, by means of science and technology, many regions in China have explored products of creative agriculture and presented several typical cases of creative agriculture. However, these projects are mostly restricted by problems such as poor development concept, lack of supportive policies, and ineffective industrial integration. 5Spatial variability of soil resistivity and rational sampling for corrosion assessment of carbon steel in Daqing area显示文摘Soil resistivity is one of the key indicators of the corrosive classification assessment on metal materials in soil environment. This paper presents variance characters of various quantity of soil resistivity samples data based on the semi-variance function methods of Geo-statistical Analysis by analyzing the regional soil resistivity sampling data in Daqing area. Furthermore, the variance of the soil resistivity as well as entire soil circumstance due to different sampling amounts are also analyzed and compared by means of using the characteristic parameters of the semi-variance function. 7Seedling defoliation of cereal crops increases peanut growth and yield in an intercropping system显示文摘Intercropping cereals and legumes is practiced widely in the world for improving yields and economic benefits. Shorter legume crops in intercropping are shaded by taller cereals, substantially reducing legume growth and yield. Reducing shade in intercropping by shortening the plant height of cereals by seedling defoliation has been proposed as a practical approach to increase crop yields and land productivity. A two-year field experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of defoliation of cereal crops at seedling stage on the growth and yield of peanut(Arachis hypogaea L.) intercropped with corn(Zea mays L.) or millet(Setaria italica L.). In comparison with non-defoliation controls, defoliation reduced final plant height by 29 cm on average for corn and 18 cm for millet. Photosynthetically active radiation on peanut in intercropping systems with corn or millet intercropping was respectively 27.0% and 22.8% higher than those in controls, significantly improving the light environment of intercropped peanut. Net photosynthetic rates of peanut were on average 25.5% higher in corn and peanut intercropping and 19.6% higher in millet and peanut intercropping than those in non-defoliation controls. Total biomass of intercropped peanut increased owing to increased root growth. Across two years, yield of peanut intercropped with corn was 27.7% and with millet 32.8% higher than those of controls. Defoliation of cereal crops did not affect corn yield but significantly decreased millet yield by 24.5%. 16125I Radioactive Particles Drive Protective Autophagy in Hepatocellular Carcinoma by Upregulating ATG9B显示文摘Background and Aims:125I radioactive particles implantation have demonstrated efficacy in eradicating hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).However,progressive resistance of HCC to 125I radioactive particles has limited its wide clinical application.Methods:We investigated the cellular responses to 125I radioactive particles treatment and autophagy-related 9B(ATG9B)silencing in HCC cell lines and Hep3B xenografted tumor model using Cell Counting Kit-8 reagent,western blotting,immunofluorescence,flow cytometry,transmission electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry.Results:In this study,we demonstrated that 125I radioactive particles induced cell apoptosis and protective autophagy of HCC in vitro and in vivo.Inhibition of autophagy enhanced the radiosensitivity of HCC to 125I radioactive particles.Moreover,125I radioactive particles induced autophagy by upregulating ATG9B,with increased expression level of LC3B and decreased expression level of p62.Furthermore,ATG9B silencing downregulated LC3B expression and upregulated p62 expression and enhanced radiosensitivity of HCC to 125I radioactive particles in vitro and in vivo.Conclusions:Inhibition of ATG9B enhanced the antitumor effects of 125I particle radiation against HCC in vitro and in vivo.Our findings suggest that 125I particle radiation plus chloroquine or/and the ATG9B inhibitor may be a novel therapeutic strategy for HCC.Yunhua Xiao Jing Yuan Chongshuang Yang Junru Xiong Liangyu Deng Qinghua Liang Chuang He Liangshan Li Fengtian He Xuequan Huang 2023Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2023,11,2:1
