1“Three essential elements”of the primary health care system:A comparison between California in the US and Guangdong in China显示文摘The primary health care system(PHCS)is the portal and basis for the national health delivery system.There are a number of elements which comprise the PHCS,but the system cannot be established and developed without the support of“three essential elements,”including general practitioners(GPs),health insurance,and government health investment.Through comparative analysis of the“three essential elements”of the PHCS between California in the US and Guangdong in China,this article indicates that there are three important aspects in developing a PHCS in China,as follows:training qualified GPs;establishing a diversified health insurance system to strengthen the policy connections between health insurance and the PHCS thereby increasing government health investment;and broadening health financing channels.Minfang Huang Donghai Wei Louis Rubino Lianshen Wang Dazhuang Li Bofeng Ding Gan Li 2015Family Medicine and Community Health2015,3,1:5

4Identification and characterization of adult alpha-and beta-globin genes and their genomic arrangement in Pseudosciaena crocea显示文摘The α- and β-globin genes from Pseudosciaena crocea were cloned by rapid amplification of cDNA 3′-end (3′-RACE). The cDNA of the α-globin is 595 bp with the ATG start codon located at Position 37, the TAA stop codon at Position 469 and the AATAAA polyadenylation signal at Position 560, which codifies 145 amino acids. The entire open reading frame of the β-globin gene is 447 bp long, which encodes 148 amino acids. Amino acid identity of the α- globin or β-globin gene compared with those reported in other fish species, ranged from 31.9% to 76.4%. When comparing with human α- and β-globins, three important alterations in the structural regions can be noted: α39 Thr→Gln, α113 His→Tyr and β117 His→Lys. The α-globin has a unique inserted amino acid residue in the 47th position. To understand the process of globin gene duplication and identify the regulatory elements present in the intergenic and intragenic regions of globin genes, the genomic arrangement of α- and β-globin genes was investigated. The results showed that the orientation of the two genes was head-to-head relative to each other. 7Controlled Synthesis of SnO_2 with Hierarchical Micro/Nano Structure显示文摘Preparing SnO_2 with hierarchical micro/nano structures by hydrothermal,coordination,templating and electrochemical deposition methods and their mechanisms are investigated.The result shows that the echinus-like SnO_2 prepared by Method 1 is a typical Ostwald mechanism that develops from internally to externally.The cabbage-like SnO_2 by Method 2 is produced with oxalic acid as complexing agent to set-up precursor of SnO_2,and then precursors are bocked around the body that is around the body being bocked.The nest-like SnO_2 by Method 3 is controlled by citric acid as coordinator for the nucleation as well as the grow rate and setup process.Spongy-like SnO_2 by Method 4 is produced using PST as template,PST is be infiltered into SnO_2 precursor by gravity and capillary and treated thermally to form a multiporous structure.The petal-like SnO_2 by Method 5 is formed with crystal deposition emergence due to oxidation-reduction reactions of two electrodes in an electric field.XRD analyses shows that the five results are all pure phase SnO_2.It provides basic data for SnO_2industrial application.HUA Li FANG Zhujun LI Ming CHENG Jie HUANG Qing DUAN Lianshen SHAO Yujiao 2014Wuhan University Journal of Natural Sciences2014,19,2:0
