2Underdetermined Blind Source Separation of Adjacent Satellite Interference Based on Sparseness显示文摘The problem of underdetermined blind source separation of adjacent satellite interference is proposed in this paper. Density Clustering algorithm(DC-algorithm) presented in this article is different from traditional methods. Sparseness representation has been applied in underdetermined blind signal source separation. However, some difficulties have not been considered, such as the number of sources is unknown or the mixed matrix is ill-conditioned. In order to find out the number of the mixed signals, Short Time Fourier Transform(STFT) is employed to segment received mixtures. Then, we formulate the blind source signal as cluster problem. Furthermore, we construct Cost Function Pair and Decision Coordinate System by using density clustering. At the end of this paper, we discuss the performance of the proposed method and verify the novel method based on several simulations. 3Experimental measurement of the electrical conductivity of single crystal olivine at high temperature and high pressure under different oxygen fugacities显示文摘At 1.0-4.0 GPa and 1123-1473 K and under oxygen fugacity-controlled conditions (Ni + NiO, Fe + Fe3O4, Fe + FeO and Mo+ M0O2 buffers), a YJ-3000t Model six-anvil solid high-pressure apparatus and a Sarltron-1260 Impedance/Gain-Phase analyzer were employed to conduct an in situ measurement of the electrical conductivity of single crystal olivine. Experimental results showed that: (1) within the range of experimentally selected frequencies (103-106 Hz), the electrical conductivity of the sample is of great dependence on the frequency; (2) with the rise of temperature ( T), the electrical conductivity (σ) will increase, and the Arrenhius linear relationship is established between lgσ and 1/T; (3) under the control of oxygen buffer Fe+ Fe3O4, with the rise of pressure, the electrical conductivity tends to decrease whereas the activation enthalpy and independent-of-temperature preexponential factor tend to increase, with the activation energy and activation volume of the sample estimated at (1. 25 ± 0.08) eV and (0.105 ±0.025) cm3/mol, respectively; (4) under given pressure and temperature conditions, the electrical conductivity tends to increase whereas the activation energy tends to decrease with increasing oxygen fugacity; and ( 5) the mechanism of electrical conduction of small polarons can provide insight into the behavior of electrical conduction of olivine under high pressure and high temperature.DAI Lidong LI Heping LIU Congqiang CUI Tongdi SHAN Shuangming YANG Changjun LIU Qingyou DENG Heming 2006Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2006,16,4:9
4Soybean AP1 homologs control flowering time and plant height显示文摘Flowering time and plant height are key agronomic traits that directly affect soybean(Glycine max)yield.APETALA1(AP1)functions as a class A gene in the ABCE model for floral organ development,helping to specify carpel,stamen,petal,and sepal identities.There are four AP1 homologs in soybean,all of which are mainly expressed in the shoot apex.Here,we used clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats(CRISPR)–CRISPR-associated protein 9 technology to generate a homozygous quadruple mutant,gmap1,with loss-of-function mutations in all four GmAP1 genes.Under short-day(SD)conditions,the gmap1 quadruple mutant exhibited delayed flowering,changes in flower morphology,and increased node number and internode length,resulting in plants that were taller than the wild type.Conversely,overexpression of GmAP1a resulted in early flowering and reduced plant height compared to the wild type under SD conditions.The gmap1 mutant and the overexpression lines also exhibited altered expression of several genes related to flowering and gibberellic acid metabolism,thereby providing insight into the role of GmAP1 in the regulatory networks controlling flowering time and plant height in soybean.Increased node number is the trait with the most promise for enhancing soybean pod number and grain yield.Therefore,the mutant alleles of the four AP1 homologs described here will be invaluable for molecular breeding of improved soybean yield.Liyu Chen Haiyang Nan Lingping Kong Lin Yue Hui Yang Qingsong Zhao Chao Fang Haiyang Li Qun Cheng Sijia Lu Fanjiang Kong Baohui Liu Lidong Dong 2020Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2020,62,12:9
5Methane aromatization in the absence of oxygen over extruded and molded MoO_3/ZSM-5 catalysts:Influences of binder and molding method显示文摘The influences of binder and molding method on the catalytic performance of methane aromatization in the absence of O2 over MoO3/ZSM-5 catalysts were investigated.SEM,NH3-TPD,FT-IR of adsorbed pyridine,N2 adsorption-desorption,cyclohexane adsorption and XPS were employed to characterize the physical and chemical properties of the catalysts.It was found that SiO2 was a suitable binder for the catalyst due to its appropriate weak acidity.The laminar catalyst comprising of an inert spherical core and a MoO3/ZSM-5 laminar shell with 0.1 0.2 mm in thickness showed a better catalytic performance than the extruded catalyst.The improved activity of the laminar catalyst could be attributed to the easy carbonization of Mo species and the quick removal of reaction products from the catalyst surface.Dongmei Ren Xiangsheng Wang Gang Li Xiaojing Cheng Huayun Long Lidong Chen 2010Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2010,19,6:7
6Effect of Ball Milling on the Defeat of Few-Layer Graphene and Properties of Copper Matrix Composites显示文摘Graphene-reinforced copper composites recently have attracted more attention, since they exhibited excellent mechanical properties and could be used widely in many fields. Few-layer graphene(FLG) and copper powder were mixed by ball milling to produce homogeneous composite powders. Then, FLG-reinforced copper composites(FLG/Cu) were fabricated by spark plasma sintering(SPS) using the composite powders with a FLG volume fraction of 2.4 vol%. The effects of the rotating speed and the time of ball milling were analyzed based on the microstructure evolution and properties of the FLG/Cu composites. Obvious strengthening effect of FLG was found for the composites, and the conductance of the composite reaches 70.4% of IACS. The yield strength of the composite produced by ball milling at a speed of 100 r/min for 4 h is 376 MPa, which is 2.5 times higher than that of copper and higher than that of copper composite enhanced by 5 vol% CNTs(360 MPa). 7Characterization of 500 Chinese patients with cervical esophageal cancer by clinicopathological and treatment outcomes显示文摘Objective: There are no comprehensive studies on survival outcomes and optimal treatment protocols for cervical esophageal cancer(CEC), due to its rare clinical prevalence. Our objective was to determine the relationship between pathological characteristics, treatment protocols, and survival outcomes in Chinese CEC patients.Methods: A total of 500 Chinese CEC patients were selected from our 500,000 esophageal and gastric cardia carcinoma database(1973–2018). There were two main groups: patients treated with surgery, and patients receiving non-surgical treatments(radiotherapy, radiochemotherapy, and chemotherapy). The Chi-square test and Kaplan–Meier method were used to compare the continuous variables and survival.Results: Among the 500 CEC patients, 278(55.6%) were male, and the median age was 60.9 ± 9.4 years. A total of 496 patients(99.2%) were diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma. In 171(34.2%) patients who received surgery, 22(12.9%) had undergone laryngectomy. In 322(64.4%) patients who received non-surgical treatments, 245(76.1%) received radiotherapy. Stratified survival analysis showed that only T stage was related with survival outcomes for CEC patients in the surgical group, and the outcomes between laryngectomy and non-laryngectomy patients were similar. It was noteworthy that the 5-year survival rate was similar in CEC patients among the different groups treated with surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or radiochemotherapy(P = 0.244). Conclusions: The CEC patients had similar survival outcomes after curative esophagectomy and radiotherapy, including those with or without total laryngectomy. 8In vitro differentiation of human adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells into endothelial-like cells显示文摘The neovascularization of ischemic tis- sue is a crucial initial step for the functional rehabili- tation and wound healing. However, the short of seed cell candidate for the foundation of vascular network is still a big issue. Human adipose tissue derived mesenchymal stem cells (hADSCs), which possess multilineage potential, are capable of adipogenic, osteogenic, and chondrogenic differentiation. We examined whether this kind of stem cells could dif- ferentiate into endothelial-like cells and participate in blood vessel formation, and whether they could be used as an ideal cell source for therapeutic angio- genesis in ischemic diseases or vascularization of tissue constructs. The results showed that hADSCs, grown under appropriately induced conditions, dis- played characteristics similar to those of vessel en- dothelium. The differentiated cells expressed endo- thelial cell markers CD34 and vWF, and had high metabolism of acetylated low-density lipoprotein and prostacyclin. In addition, the induced cells were able to form tube-like structures when cultured on matrigel. Our data indicated that induced hADSCs could ex- hibit characteristics of endothelial cells. 9Parallel selection of distinct Tof5 alleles drove the adaptation of cultivated and wild soybean to high latitudes显示文摘Photoperiod responsiveness is a key factor limiting the geographic distribution of cultivated soybean and its wild ancestor.In particular,the genetic basis of the adaptation in wild soybean remains poorly understood.In this study,by combining whole-genome resequencing and genome-wide association studies we identified a novel locus,Time of Flowering 5(Tof5),which promotes flowering and enhances adaptation to high latitudes in both wild and cultivated soybean.By genomic,genetic and transgenic analyses we showed that Tof5 en-codes a homolog of Arabidopsis thaliana FRUITFULL(FUL).Importantly,further analyses suggested that different alleles of Tof5 have undergone parallel selection.The Tof5H1 allele was strongly selected by humans after the early domestication of cultivated soybean,while Tof5H2 allele was naturally selected in wild soybean,and in each case facilitating adaptation to high latitudes.Moreover,we found that the key flowering repressor E1 suppresses the transcription of Tof5 by binding to its promoter.In turn,Tof5 physically associates with the promoters of two important FLOWERING LOCUS T(FT),FT2a and FT5a,to upregulate their transcription and promote flowering under long photoperiods.Collectively,ourfindings provide insights into how wild soybean adapted to high latitudes through natural selection and indicate that cultivated soybean underwent changes in the same gene but evolved a distinct allele that was artificially selected after domestication.Lidong Dong Qun Cheng Chao Fang Lingping Kong Hui Yang Zhihong Hou Yongli Li Haiyang Nan Yuhang Zhang Qingshan Chen Chunbao Zhang Kun Kou Tong Su Lingshuang Wang Shichen Li Haiyang Li Xiaoya Lin Yang Tang Xiaohui Zhao Sijia Lu Baohui Liu Fanjiang Kong 2022Molecular Plant2022,15,2:5
10Variation and heritability of morphological and physiological traits among Leymus chinensis genotypes under different environmental conditions显示文摘Intraspecific trait variation and heritability in different environmental conditions not only suggest a potential for an evolutionary response but also have important ecological consequences at the population, community, and ecosystem levels. However, the contribution of quantitative trait variation within a grassland species to evolutionary responses or ecological consequences is seldom documented. Leymus chinensis is an important dominant species in semi-arid grasslands of China, which has seriously suffered from drought and high temperature stresses in recent decades. In the present study, we measured variation and heritability of 10 quantitative traits, namely the number of tillers, maximum shoot height, number of rhizomes, maximum rhizome length, rhizome mass, aboveground mass, root mass, maximum net photosynthetic rate(Pmax), specific leaf area(SLA), and leaf length to leaf width ratio(LL/LW), for 10 genotypes of L. chinensis under one non-stress(Ck) condition and three environmental stress conditions(i.e., drought(Dr), high temperature(Ht), and both drought and high temperature(DrHt)). Result indicated that(1) the interaction of genotype and environmental condition(G×E) was significant for 6 traits but not significant for the other 4 traits as shown by two-way analysis of variance(ANOVA), suggesting that different selection forces were placed for different traits on the factors dominating phenotypic responses to different environmental conditions. Moreover, these significant G×E effects on traits indicated significantly different phenotypic adaptive responses among L. chinensis genotypes to different environmental conditions. Additionally, individuals could be grouped according to environmental condition rather than genotype as shown by canonical discriminant analysis, indicating that environmental condition played a more important role in affecting phenotypic variation than genotype;(2) by one-way ANOVA, significant differences among L. chinensis genotypes were found in all 10 traits under Ck and Dr conditions, in 8 traits under Dr Ht condition and only in 4 traits under Ht condition; and(3) all 10 traits showed relatively low or non-measurable broad-sense heritability(H_2) under stress conditions. However, the lowest H_2 value for most traits did not occur under DrHt condition, which supported the hypothesis of 'unfavorable conditions have unpredictable effects' rather than 'unfavorable conditions decrease heritability'. 11Experimental Study on the Electrical Conductivity of Orthopyroxene at High Temperature and High Pressure under Different Oxygen Fugacities显示文摘At presure 1.0–4.0 GPa and temperature 1073–1423 K and under oxygen partial pressure conditions, a YJ-3000t multi-anvil solid high-pressure apparatus and Sarltron-1260 Impedance/Gain-Phase analyzer were employed toconduct an in-situ measurement of the electrical conductivity of orthopyroxene. The buffering reagents consist of Ni+NiO,Fe+Fe3O4, Fe+FeO and Mo+MoO2 in order to control the environmental oxygen fugacity. Experimental results made clearthat: (1) within the measuring frequency range from 10? to 106 Hz, the complex impedance (R) is of intensive dependence 1on the frequency; (2) The electrical conductivity (σ) tends to increase along to the rise of temperature (T), and Log σ vs. 1/T fit the Arrenhius linear relations; (3) Under the control of oxygen buffer Fe+Fe3O4, with the rise of pressure, theactivation enthalpy tends to increase whereas the electrical conductivity tends to decrease. 12Concept of the solar ring mission:An overview显示文摘The concept of the Solar Ring mission was gradually formed from L5/L4 mission concept, and the proposal of its pre-phase study was funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China in November 2018 and then by the Strategic Priority Program of Chinese Academy of Sciences in space sciences in May 2019. Solar Ring mission will be the first attempt to routinely monitor and study the Sun and inner heliosphere from a full 360-degree perspective in the ecliptic plane. The current preliminary design of the Solar Ring mission is to deploy six spacecraft, grouped in three pairs, on a sub-AU orbit around the Sun. The two spacecraft in each group are separated by about 30?and every two groups by about 120?. This configuration with necessary science payloads will allow us to establish three unprecedented capabilities:(1) determine the photospheric vector magnetic field with unambiguity,(2) provide 360-degree maps of the Sun and the inner heliosphere routinely, and(3) resolve the solar wind structures at multiple scales and multiple longitudes. With these capabilities, the Solar Ring mission aims to address the origin of solar cycle, the origin of solar eruptions, the origin of solar wind structures and the origin of severe space weather events. 13In comparison with vitamin C and butylated hydroxytoluene, the antioxidant capacity of aqueous extracts from buds and flowers of Lonicera japonica Thunb.显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To assess the antioxidant capacity of aqueous extracts of buds and flowers of Lonicera japonica Thunb.(BLJ and FLJ) using in vitro assays.METHODS: We assessed the in vitro antioxidant activities of aqueous extracts of BLJ and FLJ and compared with that of classical antioxidants vitamin C and butylated hydroxytoluene, using several well-established methods including the 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl assay, 2,2'-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) assay, reducing power assay, fluorescence recovery after photobleaching assay, β-carotene bleaching assay, ferric thiocyanate assay, and thiobarbituric acid method.RESULTS: The aqueous extracts of both BLJ and FLJ had similarly potent antioxidant capacity. There were no significance differences between BLJ and FLJ in all the assays.CONCLUSION: The aqueous extracts of both BLJ and FLJ have antioxidant activity with comparable efficacy. 14Molecular dynamics simulations of LiCl association and NaCl association in water by means of ABEEM/MM显示文摘Constrained molecular dynamics simulations have been used to investigate the LiCl and NaCl ionic association in water in terms of atom-bond electronegativity equalization method fused into molecular mechanics (ABEEM/MM). The simulations make use of the seven-site fluctuating charge and flexible ABEEM-7P water model, based on which an ion-water interaction potential has been constructed. The mean force and the potential of mean force for LiCl and NaCl in water, the charge distributions, as well as the structural and dynamical properties of contact ion pair dissociation have been investigated. The results are reasonable and informative. For LiCl ion pair in water, the solvent-separated ion pair configurations are more stable than contact ion pair configurations. 15Assessment of potential dermal and inhalation exposure of workers to the insecticide imidacloprid using whole-body dosimetry in China显示文摘In China, although improvements to the pesticide registration process have been made in la thirty years, no occupational exposure data are required to obtain a commercial license for pesticide product. Consequently, notably little research has been conducted to establish a exposure assessment procedure in China. The present study monitored the potential derm operator exposure from knapsack electric sprayer wheat field application of imidacloprid Liaocheng City, Shandong Province and in Xinxiang City, Henan Province, China, usin whole-body dosimetry. The potential inhalation exposure was determined using a person air pump and XAD-2 sample tubes. The analytical method was developed and validate including such performance parameters as limits of detection and quantification, linear rang recovery and precision. The total potential dermal and inhalation exposures were 14.20, 16.815.39 and 20.78 m L/hr, respectively, for the four operators in Liaocheng and Xinxian corresponding to 0.02% to 0.03% of the applied volume of spray solution. In all trials, the low part(thigh, lower leg) of the body was the most contaminated, accounting for approximate76% to 88% of the total exposure. The inhalation exposure was less than 1% of the tot exposure. Such factors as the application pattern, crop type, spray equipment, operat experience and climatic conditions have been used to explain the exposure distribution ov the different parts of the body. 16Materials Experiment on Tiangong-2 Space Laboratory显示文摘During the China's Tiangong-2(TG-2) flight mission, the experiments of 18 kinds of material samples were conducted in space by using a Multiple Materials Processing Furnace(MMPF) mounted in the orbital module of the TG-2 space laboratory. After the experiments of 12 kinds of samples of the first and second batches were completed successfully, astronauts packed and brought them back to the ground by ShenzhouII spacecraft. By studying processing and formation on semiconductor and optoelectronics materials, metal alloys and metastable materials, functional single-crystal, micro-and nano-composite materials encapsulated in sample ampoules both in space and on Earth, we expect to explore some physical and chemical processes and mechanism of the materials formation that are normally obscured and therefore are difficult to study quantitatively on the ground due to the gravity-induced convection, to obtain the processing and synthesis technology for preparing high quality materials, and lead to the improvement and development of materials processing techniques on Earth, and also develop the experiment device and comprehensive ability for materials experiment in microgravity environment. 17What geometrical factors determine the in situ solar wind speed?显示文摘At present it remains to address why the fast solar wind is fast and the slow wind is slow.Recently we have shown that the field line curvature may substantially influence the wind speed v,thereby offering an explanation for the Arge et al.finding that v depends on more than just the flow tube expansion factor.Here we show by extensive numerical examples that the correlation between v and field line curvature is valid for rather general base boundary conditions and for rather general heating functions.Furthermore,the effect of field line curvature is even more pronounced when the proton-alpha particle speed difference is examined.We suggest that any solar wind model has to take into account the field line shape for any quantitative analysis to be made.LI Bo CHEN Yao XIA LiDong 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,12:4
18Molecular Characteristics and Phylogenetic Analysis of N Gene of Human Derived Rabies Virus显示文摘Objective To investigate the relationship between the molecular characteristics and phylogenetic evolution of rabies N gene.Methods Saliva samples were collected from rabies cases,and RT-PCR was used to amplify the N gene of rabies virus with the specific primers.The amplifying product of RT-PCR was cloned to pUCm-T vector and transformed into E.coli XL1-Blue and then the blue-white selection,PCR screening and gene sequencing were carried out to identify the positive clones.Finally,ExPASy and other bioinformatics softwares were used to analyze and predict the structure and biological characteristics of the N genome.Results The amplification product of RT-PCR was 1 353 bp,the recombinant plasmid pUCm-T/N was constructed,the whole length of the N gene open reading frame was composed of 1 353 nucleotide residues to code 450 amino acids (20 kinds),the accession number submitted to the Genbank was HM756692,its sequence homology of nucleotides and amino acids compared with the vaccine strain CTN-1-V was 90% and 99% respectively.The evolutionary analysis showed that the isolated strain belonged to genotype I with certain geographic regionality.Conclusion The characteristics investigation and bioinformatics analysis of Hunan0806 N gene will provide fundament data to reveal the significance of the N gene characteristics for rabies epidemiology and its prevention & control.CAI Liang TAO XiaoYan LIU YunZhi ZHANG Hong GAO LiDong HU ShiXiong LIU FuQiang LI Hao SHEN XinXin LIU JiaHui WANG ShiQing TANG Qing 2011Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2011,24,4:4
19Proliferation and differentiation into endothelial cells of human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) on poly DL-lactic-co-glycolic acid (PLGA) films显示文摘The functional realization is the most important problem in vascular tissue engineering. The small-caliber blood vessel substitutes are prone to thrombi, which results in functional loss of blood vessels. However, this is probably due to the imper- fection of endothelial layer in the substitutes. In this study, MSCs were seeded on a series of porous PLGA films with various porosity and pore size made by sodium chloride (NaCl) particulate leaching, and cell proliferation on each film was inspected. The film made of the 75% (w/w) particulate proportion and 30―50 μm pore size maximized the proliferation rate and was chosen as the scaffolds for the differentia- tion of MSCs into endothelial cells. The induced cells expressed endothelial cells specific Flk-1, Ⅷ factor and CD34, possessed endothelial cells specific Weible-palade (W-P) body, and had the abilities of ingesting low density lipoprotein and secreting prostacyclin (PGI2). 20Effect of H_2 Reduction Temperature on the Properties of Reduced Graphene Oxide and Copper Matrix Composites显示文摘Reduced graphene oxide(RGO) and copper composites(RGO/Cu) were successfully fabricated based on a molecular-level mixing method(MLM). The composite powders were reduced in H2 at 350, 450, and 550 °C and then consolidated by spark plasma sintering(SPS) in order to evaluate the effect of H2 reduction temperature on the properties of the composites. The results indicate that the strengths of the composite decrease with the increase of H2 reduction temperature, while the electrical conductivity reaches its maximum at 450 °C and minimum at 550 °C. Hot rolling could benefit the electrical conductivity. The yield strength of the RGO/Cu composite reduced to 337 MPa at 350 °C. The electrical conductivity of the RGO/Cu composite reduced at 450 °C after hot rolling reaches 60.26% IACS.
