1Performance of parasitoid Aphidius giftiensis Ashmead parasitizing Myzus persicae fed on artificial media显示文摘Aphidius gifuensis Ashmead is an economically important aphid parasitoid,particularly for pest Myzus persicae.The aim of the study was to feed M.persicae using a formulated artificial medium instead of tobacco to maintain parasitoid A.gifuensis in winter.The development,survival and reproduction of M.persicae fed with four artificial media(AM1-AM4),as well as the parasitism,emergence and longevity of A.gifuensis when reared on F3 M.persicae fed with AMI,were assessed.Over 15 days of the study,the survival rates of A.gifuensis for the AM1 and AM2 treatments were significantly greater than those for the AM3 and AM4 treatments.The highest fecundity of F,A.gifuensis females was observed on AM1 feeding.No differences were noted in survival rate,development or nymph production between F:and F,M.persicae fed with AM1.No differences were recorded in the number of mummies,parasitism rate,adult Iongevity or proportion of A.gifuensis females between Treatment I(4.gifuensis parasitizing AM1-reared M.persicae)and the control.However,the emergence rate of Treatment I was lower than that of the control.The rearing of.A.gifuensis on M.persicae fed with an artificial medium was found to be a feasible proposition.This could save time,space and cost compared with traditional production methods.YE Jingwen CHAI Fanghua GU Xinghui HAN Shichou Lü Xin JI Sigui ZHANG Limeng LI Jun 2018烟草科技2018,51,A01:0
2On Diffused Pollution Effect of Chemical Fertilizers in Chongqing Municipality显示文摘Improper use of chemical fertilizers is an essential reason for diffused pollution of agriculture. Therefore,finding out influence factors of farmers in application of chemical fertilizers will play a significant role in controlling the diffused pollution of agriculture. Through field survey,a total of 340 samples in 4 counties of Chongqing Municipality were obtained. On the basis of these samples,an empirical study was carried out. The study results indicate that farmers' application of chemical fertilizers is negatively correlated with farmers' age,education level,male labor proportion,and soil fertility,while the annual family income,agricultural production population proportion,commodity trading characteristics,and scientific fertilizer application ability fail to pass the significance test. 3The Non-point Source Pollution Effects of Pesticides Based on the Survey of 340 Farmers in Chongqing City显示文摘Using the survey data on 340 farmers in Chongqing City,this paper performs an empirical analysis of the factors influencing the non-point source pollution of pesticides. The results show that the older householders will apply more pesticides,which may be due to the weak physical strength and weak ability to accept the concept of advanced cultivation; the householders with high level of education will choose to use less pesticides; the pesticide application rate is negatively correlated with whether farmers have participated in agricultural technology training,that is,the farmers having participated in agricultural technology training have stronger ability to scientifically apply pesticides,and in-depth understanding of advanced agricultural production technology and positive and negative effects of pesticides,so they often choose to reduce the application rate of pesticide; the cognitive factor on the role of pesticides in better promoting the growth of crops is significant,which requires the government and relevant departments to carry out concrete publicity of effectiveness and negative impact of different pesticides during the popularization of agricultural science knowledge,to prompt farmers to have a systematic and in-depth understanding of the agricultural nonpoint source pollution caused by pesticides.Lianchao YU Limeng GU Qian BI 2015Asian Agricultural Research2015,7,7:0
