1Study on integrated calculation of ecological water demand for basin system显示文摘The operation of reservoir(s) has a certain impact on the downstream hydrologic regime,and even endangers the ecological water safety of river corridor and ecosystems which interact with river system.Therefore,ecological operation needs to be carried out in order to ensure ecological water use of downstream zone.The key technological support is the estimation and integrated calculation of ecological water demand.The connotation of the integrated calculation on ecological water demand lies on that the ecological water demand of different ecosystems is integrated to meet the requirements of water allocation and operation on watershed scale in terms of hydrological cycle.Considering the practical requirement of ecological operation of reservoir(s),this study proposed an integrated calculation approach of ecological water demand according to the ecological water demand in various ecosystems as well as the hydraulic connection among them;it established an integrated calculation model of regional ecological water demand by means of the distributed hydrological model,and studied the integrated calculation in Yalong River basin which is the source area of the west route of South-North Water Transfer Project as an example.The results indicated that the integrated calculation model more effectively combined the ecological water demand and hydraulic connection of ecosystems in time and space,compared with the lumped water balance analysis,since the former conquered the defect of insufficient ecological water source and supplement on multiple spatial and temporal scales,and met the demand of ecological operation of reservoir(s).JIN Xin YAN DengHua WANG Hao ZHANG Cheng TANG Yun YANG GuiYu WANG LingHe 2011Science China(Technological Sciences)2011,54,10:4
2Construction of Cu-Ce interface for boosting toluene oxidation:Study of Cu-Ce interaction and intermediates identified by in situ DRIFTS显示文摘A facile hydrothermal method was applied to gain stably and highly efficient CuO-CeO_(2)(denoted as Cu1Ce2)catalyst for toluene oxidation.The changes of surface and inter properties on Cu1Ce2 were investigated comparing with pure CeO_(2)and pure CuO.The formation of Cu-Ce interface promotes the electron transfer between Cu and Ce through Cu^(2+)+Ce^(3+)↔Cu^(+)+Ce^(4+)and leads to high redox properties and mobility of oxygen species.Thus,the Cu1Ce2 catalyst makes up the shortcoming of CeO_(2)and CuO and achieved high catalytic performance with T_(50)=234°C and T_(99)=250°C(the temperature at which 50%and 90%C_(7)H_(8)conversion is obtained,respectively)for toluene oxidation.Different reaction steps and intermediates for toluene oxidation over Cu1Ce2,CeO_(2)and CuO were detected by in situ DRIFTS,the fast benzyl species conversion and preferential transformation of benzoates into carbonates through C=C breaking over Cu1Ce2 should accelerate the reaction.Jiahui Lu Jinping Zhong Quanming Ren Jiaqi Li Linghe Song Shengpeng Mo Mingyuan Zhang Peirong Chen Mingli Fu Daiqi Ye 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,11:2

12Modulation of P-glycoprotein function by amlodipine derivatives in brain microvessel endothelial cells of rats显示文摘Aim: To investigate whether the amlodipine derivatives, CJX1 and CJX2, have a modulative effect on P-glycoprotein (P-gp) function in rat brain microvessel endothelial cells (RBMEC). Methods: Isolated RBMEC were cultured in DMEM/F12 (1:1) medium. The amount of intracellular rhodamine (Rh 123) was determined, using a fluorescence spectrophotometer, to evaluate the function of P-gp. Results: The accumulation of Rh123 in RBMEC was potentiated in a concentrationdependent manner after incubation with CJX1 and CJX2 at 1, 2.5, 5, and 10 umol/L (P<0.01), but no accumulation of Rh 123 was observed in human umbilical vein endothelial cells after incubation with CJX1 and CJX2 10 umol/L (P>0.05). Accumulation of intracellular Rh123 was increased and efflux of intracellular Rh123 was decreased in a time-dependent manner from 0-100 min after CJX1 and CXJ2 at 10 umol/L treatment. The inhibitory effect of CJX1 and CJX2 on P-gp function was reversible and remained even at 120 min after removal of CJX1 and CJX2 at 2.5 umol/L from the medium. 16Impact of the Yalong-Yellow River water transfer project on the eco-environment in Yalong River basin显示文摘The planning Yalong-River water transfer project will transfer 5.65 billion cubic meters water from the Yalong River into the Yellow River per year.The Yalong River will be dramatically impacted hydrologically and ecologically because more than 60% of the runoff will be diverted.An ecohydrological model was used to evaluate the impacts of the project on river corridor and wetland in this study.Schizothorax is a typical plateau river species and was used as the indicator species for assessment of the impact of water transfer project.The model simulated the habitat area of Schizothorax in the reach between the Reba Dam and the Ganzi Hydrology Station on the Yalong River.The Reba Dam,A'an Dam and Renda Dam will be constructed in the Yalong River for enhancing the water level for water diversion into the Yellow River.The velocity,channel width,runoff,and water depth will be reduced due to the water transfer,especially during flood season.The reduction in the velocity,channel width,runoff and water depth will occur mainly in the reach near the three dams and the reduction will be reduced to a minimum level in a distance about 100 km downstream of the dams.The maximum net water loss of Kasha Lake is only 1197200 m3,only 0.3% of runoff flowing into the lake.The project cannot bring adverse effect on the lake.The habitat area of Schizothorax in the Yalong River might be reduced if the water was transferred from the Reba Dam.The habitat area of this species will be reduced more than 40%.WANG LingHe YAN DengHua WANG Hao YIN Jun BAI YinBaoLiGao 2013Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,4:1

19Research and Application of AI-Enabled Education显示文摘Artificial intelligence technology has developed rapidly in variousfields and has been widely used.Education and teaching are also areas in which artificial intelligence is applied.Research on artificial intelligence-enabled(AI-enabled)education and teaching is emerging,such as educational data mining and intelligent assisted teaching systems.First,research on AI-enabled education is introduced,and then the differences between AI-enabled education and tradi-tional education and cases of educational data mining,learning prediction,learn-ing resource recommendation,and various intelligent-assisted teaching systems are analysed.Our existing research results and future development are proposed,such as research on online learning session dropout prediction and the design and implementation of the zhixin teaching assistance system.Finally,this paper concludes that artificial intelligence has been well integrated into education and teaching activities in various ways and has improved students’learning experience and teachers’teaching quality.AI-enabled education and teaching is efficient and will play an increasingly important role.Zhanquan Wang Yuxin Tian Rui Chen Linghe Kong 2023国际计算机前沿大会会议论文集2023,,2:0
20Transcriptome analysis of Clematis lanuginosa: Novel features of the molecular events occurring under heat-shock stress显示文摘The weak heat tolerance of Clematis ornamental varieties negatively affects their ornamental qualities in the summer.To elucidate heat resistance mechanisms,Clematis lanuginosa,which is an important original parent of the Clematis large-flowered group of ornamental varieties,was selected for use in this study.Here,six libraries,including three biological replicates each of control and heat-shock stress samples,were determined using RNA-sequencing technology.In total,62,050 unigenes were obtained,and 6,439 unigenes exceeded 1 kb in length.A total of 42,377 unigenes were annotated using six databases.Between the two treatments,2,165 differentially expressed genes were identified,with 1,565 being up-regulated and 600 down-regulated.In addition,51 heat-shock protein-encoding genes were identified,among which the small heat-shock proteins accounted for 68.63%.In total,two heat-shock factors and 12 ribosomal proteins were significantly up-regulated under heatstress conditions.The differential expressions of ethylene-responsive transcription factor,chalcone synthase,cysteine-rich receptor-like kinase and aspartic protease unigenes in guard cells were induced by heat-shock.The data obtained will assist the elucidation of the molecular events underlying heat-stress responses in C.lanuginosa.Linfang Li Shuan Wang Qiao Li Linghe Sun Xin Han Lulu Gao Peng Wang Fenni Lv Rutong Yang Ya Li 2022Ornamental Plant Research2022,2,1:0
