1Protective effects of sodium butyrate on rotavirus inducing endoplasmic reticulum stress-mediated apoptosis via PERK-eIF2αsignaling pathway in IPEC-J2 cells显示文摘Background:Rotavirus(RV)is a major pathogen that causes severe gastroenteritis in infants and young animals.Endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stress and subsequent apoptosis play pivotal role in virus infection.However,the protective mechanisms of intestinal damage caused by RV are poorly defined,especially the molecular pathways related to enterocytes apoptosis.Thus,the aim of this study was to investigate the protective effect and mechanism of sodium butyrate(SB)on RV-induced apoptosis of IPEC-J2 cells.Results:The RV infection led to significant cell apoptosis,increased the expression levels of ER stress(ERS)markers,phosphorylated protein kinase-like ER kinase(PERK),eukaryotic initiation factor 2 alpha(eIF2α),caspase9,and caspase3.Blocking PERK pathway using specific inhibitor GSK subsequently reversed RV-induced cell apoptosis.The SB treatment significantly inhibited RV-induced ERS by decreasing the expression of glucose regulated protein 78(GRP78),PERK,and eIF2α.In addition,SB treatment restrained the ERS-mediated apoptotic pathway,as indicated by downregulation of C/EBP homologous protein(CHOP)mRNA level,as well as decreased cleaved caspase9 and caspase3 protein levels.Furthermore,siRNA-induced GPR109a knockdown significantly suppressed the protective effect of SB on RV-induced cell apoptosis.Conclusions:These results indicate that SB exerts protective effects against RV-induced cell apoptosis through inhibiting ERS mediated apoptosis by regulating PERK-eIF2αsignaling pathway via GPR109a,which provide new ideas for the prevention and control of RV.Ye Zhao Ningming Hu Qin Jiang Li Zhu Ming Zhang Jun Jiang Manyi Xiong Mingxian Yang Jiandong Yang Linyuan Shen Shunhua Zhang Lili Niu Lei Chen Daiwen Chen 2021Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2021,12,4:2

6CRYSTALLIZATION OF AMORPHOUS Fe_(62)Co_(15.5)Nd_(4)B_(18.5) ALLOY AND ITS INFLUENCE ON HARD MAGNETIC PROPERTIES显示文摘Magnetic properties and crystallization of amorphous Fe_(62)Co_(15.5)Nd_(4)B_(18.5) alloy are studied.The Curie temperature of the present sample is 127K higher than that of amorphous Fe_(77.5)Nd_(4)B_(18.5) alloy,but their crystallization temperature is compatible with each other.A coercive field of 2.34kOe,a remanence of 12.3kG and an energy product of 11.6MGOe are obtained at room temperature in the Fe_(62)Co_(15.5)Nd_(4)B_(18.5) alloy annealed at 650°C.The 15.5at.%-Co substitution for Fe results in an increase of about 1l0K in Tc of 2:14:1 phase.SHEN Baogen YANG Linyuan ZHANG Junxian WO Feng NING Taishan ZHAO Jiangao GUO Huiqun ZHAN Wenshan 1990Chinese Physics Letters1990,7,9:0

8A NEW PERMANENT MAGNETIC MATERIALS CRYSTALLIZED FROM AMORPHOUS Co_(84-x)BxZr_(16) ALLOYS显示文摘The crystallization of amorphous Co_(84-x)BxZr_(16) alloys and the influence of heat treatment on its hard magnetic properties are studied.The dependence of B-content on crystallization temperature of the samples is determined from differential scanning calorimetric(DSC)traces.The intrinsic coercivities iHc are found to increase with increasing annealing temperature and go through a mazimum then to lower values.A coercivity of 2.7kOe and an energy product of 4.0MGOe are obtained at room temperature in Co_(82)B_(2)Zr_(16) alloy annealed at 660°C for a short time.These alloys would be expected as an applicable mate rid for permanent magnet.SHEN Baogen GUO Huiqun YANG Linyuan ZHAO Jian gao 1990Chinese Physics Letters1990,7,8:0
