1Study of hot electrons generated from intense laser-plasma interaction employing Image Plate显示文摘Image Plate (IP) is convenient to be used and very suitable for radiation detection because of its advantages such as wide dynamic range, high detective quantum efficiency, ultrahigh sensitivity and superior linearity. The function mechanism and characteristics of IP are introduced in this paper. IP was employed in the study of hot electrons generated from intense laser-plasma interaction. The angular distri- bution and energy spectrum of hot electrons were measured with IP in the experi- ments. 7An UPLC-MS/MS method to monitor Estriol injection and comparison of pharmacokinetic characteristics after irradiation显示文摘Objective:To develop an UPLC-MS/MS method for the accurate quantification of Estriol(E3),a new radioprotective agent,and observe the variation in pharmacokinetic characteristics of E3 after irradiation.As a hormone drug,the gender differences of E3 metabolism were also concerned here.Methods:Various chromatographic and mass spectrometric conditions of E3 were optimized.The specificity,linearity,precision and accuracy of UPLC-MS/MS method were validated.Twenty SD rats,half male and half female,were administered with intramuscular(im)injection of 2.7 mg/kg E3,and then divided randomly into two groups,sham-irradiated group(Con)and irradiated group(IR).IR group was irradiated to 7 Gy ofγ-rays.Blood samples were collected at different times post-irradiation and E3 concentrations were detected.The changes of concentration-time variation and pharmacokinetic parameters for E3 after irradiation were investigated,together with metabolic differences between male and female rats.Results:The range of the calibration curve of UPLC-MS/MS for E3 was 1.00–200.0 ng/mL.Con group reached maximum concentration(Cmax)(77.57±18.71)ng/mL at(0.68±0.29)h(Tmax)after im injection.The drug concentration-time profiles and pharmacokinetic parameters of E3 were consistent before and after irradiation.The areas under time curve(AUC0-t)of E3 were(353±74)h⋅ng/mL for Con group,and(299±74)h⋅ng/mL for IR group(P>0.05).There were also no statistical differences in pharmacokinetic parameters between female and male rats.The elimination half-lifes(T1/2)of males and females were(3.02±0.68)h and(3.01±0.42)h in Con group,and(3.64±0.51)h and(3.38±0.60)h in IR group,respectively(P>0.05).Conclusion:A rapid and sensitive UPLC-MS/MS method for determination of E3 was established.The pharmacokinetic characteristics of E3 in rat were not affected by 7 Gy irradiation and gender differences.This study provided a theoretical basis for the development and application of new radiation injury treatment drug。Hanming Zhang Zhiyun Meng Tong Ye Taoyun Liu Jian Li Fei Ma Ruolan Gu Xiaoxia Zhu Zhuona Wu Guifang Dou Hui Gan 2021Radiation Medicine and Protection2021,2,2:0
8STUDIES ON THE DYNAMIC COMPETITIVE ADSORPTION OF ORGANIC VAPORS ON THE ACTIVATED CARBON FIBERS ACTIVATED WITH PHOSPHORIC ACID显示文摘The dynamic competitive adsorption behaviors of different binary organic vapor mixtures on ACF-Ps under different operation conditions were investigated by gas chromatography in this paper. The studied mixtures included benzene/toluene, toluene/xylene, benzene/isopropylbenzene, ethyl acetate/toluene and benzene/ethyl acetate. Experimental results show that various ACF-Ps, as with ACF-W, can remove both vapors in binary vapor mixtures with over 99% of removal efficiency before the breakthrough point of the more weakly adsorbed vapor. In dynamic competitive adsorption, the more weakly adsorbed vapor not only penetrates early, but also will be displaced and desorbed consequently by stronger adsorbate and therefore produces a rolling up in the breakthrough curve. The ACF-Ps prepared at different temperatures have somewhat different adsorption selectivity. The feed concentration ratio of vapors, the length/diameter ratio and the thick of bed have effect on competitive adsorption. The competitive adsorption ability of a vapor is mainly related to its boiling point. 9Redefinition of the Odorrana versabilis Group,with a New Species from China(Anura,Ranidae,Odorrana)显示文摘Taxonomic studies of the Odorrana versabilis group have been consistently disorganized,and they have often been incorrectly associated with an abandoned subgenus or genus Bamburana in existing literature.In this study,we conducted an integrative taxonomic analysis using molecular phylogenetic analysis of two mitochondrial gene fragments(16S rRNA and CO1)and morphological examination of 41 specimens collected during herpetological surveys in southern China.Our results confirmed the monophyly of O.versabilis group which exhibited distinct morphological traits.We also identified a cryptic lineage sister with O.exiliversabilis.Additionally,our study revealed that O.trankieni was nested within O.nasuta.Consequently,we redefined the morphological characteristics of the O.versabilis group,described a new species in this group,O.confusa sp.nov.,and proposed that O.trankieni be considered a junior synonym of O.nasuta.One of the most significant findings of this study was the observation of distinct morphological changes in adult males across all species within the O.versabilis group between the non-breeding and breeding seasons.This study contributes to research on various aspects of Asian amphibian fauna,including taxonomy,ecology,evolution,and physiology.Hanming SONG Siyu ZHANG Shuo QI Zhitong LYU Zhaochi ZENG Yongheng ZHU Minghai HUANG FuchenLUAN Zufei SHU Yuening GONG Zhifa LIU Yingyong WANG 2023Asian Herpetological Research2023,14,4:0
