16术前心率和焦虑对丙泊酚消除意识剂量的影响显示文摘背景关于焦虑对麻醉诱导时致意识消失(lossofconsciousness,LOC)所用丙泊酚剂量的影响,现有的研究得到了相矛盾的结果。焦虑对血流动力学的影响表现为增加心率(heartrate,HR)及心排血量,这些可能与上述的差异有关。因此,我们设计了如下研究来探讨:首先,术前HR对致LOC时丙泊酚剂量的影响;其次,术前焦虑对HR的影响。方法选择45例ASA分级为I-II级接受妇科手术的女性患者,在手术室用焦虑状态.特征量化表(State—TraitAnxietyInventorv,STAI)即Spiel.berger评分表进行焦虑评估。记录HR后,麻醉诱导用1%的丙泊酚以200ml/h的速度通过BasePrimea泵输注直至LOC,记录此时的丙泊酚剂量。对焦虑状态和HR与LOC时丙泊酚的剂量关系进行秩相关系数检验(P=0.01)。结果丙泊酚LOC时的剂量与HR有显著相关性(9=0.487,P=0.0012),而与焦虑状态无显著相关性(p=0.330,P=0.0306),但是焦虑状态与HR却有显著相关性(p=0.462,P=0.0054)。结论术前HR的增加与致LOC时的丙泊酚剂量增加相关,术前的焦虑导致了HR的增加。Severine Gras, MD Frederique Servin, MD, PhD Ennoufous Bedairia, MD Philippe Montravers, MD, PhD Jean-Marie Desmonts, MD Dan Longrois, MD, PhD Jean Guglielminotti, MD 吴姗姗(译) 2011麻醉与镇痛2011,7,5:0
