1Construction of chimeric inducible promoters by elicitors of rice fungal blast pathogen and their expression in transgenic rice显示文摘The promoter fragments of wheat GstA1 and potato Gst1 have been amplified by PCR, cloned and fused respectively to the minimal promoter sequence of rice actin gene (Act1)) and its 5’ untranslated leader sequence together with GUS. The constructs with 2 chimeric promoters (WGA and PGA) have been transferred into rice in order to analyze their inducibility patterns in transgenic rice plants. The results show that: WGA and PGA are both inducible by elicitors of Pyricularia oryzae in transgenic rice cells; the intron I of rice Act1 gene is important for the heterogenic expression of monocot and dicot promoter elements in rice; and the Act1 minimal promoter and its 5’untranslated leader sequence produced low level background expression in rice.LU Huafei MING Xiaotian QU Lijia LIU Meihua LI Jing GU Hongya CHEN Zhangliang 2000Chinese Science Bulletin2000,45,3:5
2Morphology observation for surface orange peel and fracture in tension sample of aluminum-alloy sheet and characterization of nano hardness显示文摘The tension property of aluminum-alloy sheet with different microstructures is measured,and the surface and tension fracture morphology of tension sample with and without orange peel are observed by using scanning electron microscope(SEM).Surface roughness and nano hardness of tension sample are measured.The results show that the average elongation of the samples with orange peel is lower than that without orange peel;especially the r value of perpendicular to the rolling direction is much lower than that without orange peel.The tension surface of the orange peel samples is very rough;various parameters of surface roughness are higher.Under the observation of SEM,a wider sliding band with a micro crack on the surface of orange peel sample can be found.The various parameters of surface roughness without orange peel sample are near to zero,the sliding band is narrow and without micro cracks.The dimple width in tensile fracture of orange peel sample is larger than that without orange peel sample,but shear lip is narrower.The nano hardness testing results show that samples with orange peel behave high elastic modulus,high hardness,and high maximum load,but low plastic deformation depth.These mentioned features can completely describe surface and fracture morphology of tension samples with orange peel.Ma Mingtu Mei Huasheng Lu Hongzhou Yang Hongya Wu Emei Zhou Mingbo 2012Engineering Sciences2012,10,6:4
3Optimization of structural parameters for elliptical cross-section spiral equal-channel extrusion dies based on grey theory显示文摘The elliptical cross-section spiral equal-channel extrusion (ECSEE) process is simulated by using Deform-3D finite element software. The ratio m of major-axis to minor-axis length for ellipse-cross-section, the torsion angle u, the round-ellipse cross-section transitional channel L1, the elliptical rotation cross-section transitional channel L2 and the ellipse-round cross-section transitional channel L3 are destined for the extrusion process parameters. The average effective strain eave on cross-section of blank, the deformation uniformity coefficient a and the value of maximum damage dmax are chosen to be the optimize indexes, and the virtual orthogonal experiment of L16 (45) is designed. The correlation degree of the process factors affecting eave, a and dmax is analyzed by the numerical simulation results using the weights and grey association model. The process parameters are optimized by introducing the grey situation decision theory and the ECSEE optimal combination of process parameters is obtained: u of 120 , m of 1.55, L1 of 7 mm, L2 of 10 mm, and L3 of 10 mm. Simulation and experimental results show that the material can be refined with the optimized structural parameters of die. 4ADAPTIVE LEARNING CONTROL OF CUTTING PARAMETERS FOR SCULPTURED SURFACE CUTTING BASED ON GENETIC ALGORITHMS AND NEURAL NETWORK显示文摘An adaptive learning control scheme intended to the on-line optimization of sculptured surface cutting process is presented. The scheme uses a back-propagation neural network to learn the relationships between process inputs and process states. The cutting parameters of the process model are optimized through a genetic algorithms(GA). The capacity of the proposed scheme for determining optimum process inputs under a variety of process conditions and optimization strategies is evaluated on the basis of milling of a sculptured surface using a ball-end mill. The experimental results show that the neural network could model the cutting process efficiently, and the cutting conditions such as spindle speed could be regulated for achieving high efficiency and high quality. 5The status and development strategy of coalbed methane industry in China显示文摘To achieve the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality under the backgrounds of poor resource endowments, weak theoretical basis and other factors, the development of the coalbed methane industry of China faces many bottlenecks and challenges. This paper systematically analyzes the coalbed methane resources, key technologies and progress, exploration effect and production performance in China and abroad. The main problems are summarized as low exploration degree, low technical adaptability, low return on investment and small development scale. This study suggests that the coalbed methane industry in China should follow the “two-step”(short-term and long-term) development strategy. The short-term action before 2030, can be divided into two stages:(1) From the present to 2025, to achieve new breakthroughs in theory and technology, and accomplish the target of annual production of 10 billion cubic meters;(2) From 2025 to 2030, to form the technologies suitable for most geological conditions, further expand the industry scale, and achieve an annual output of 30 billion cubic meters, improving the proportion of coalbed methane in the total natural gas production. The long-term action after 2030 is to gradually realize an annual production of 100 billion cubic meters. The strategic countermeasure to achieve the above goals is to adhere to “technology+management dual wheel drive”, realize the synchronous progress of technology and management, and promote the high-quality development of the coalbed methane industry. Technically, the efforts will focus on fine and effective development of coalbed methane in the medium to shallow layers of mature fields, effective development of coalbed methane in new fields, extensive and beneficial development of deep coalbed methane, three-dimensional comingled development of coalbed methane, applying new technologies such as coalbed methane displacement by carbon dioxide, microwave heating and stimulation technology, ultrasonic stimulation, high-temperature heat injection stimulation, rock breaking by high-energy laser. 6Chemical components in yellow mealworm(Tenebrio molitor L.)reared with tea powder显示文摘The yellow mealworms(Tenebrio molitor L.)were reared by different ratios of tea powder and wheat bran powder mixtures,and weighted every day during the whole 10 days rearing.The content of tea polyphenols,total catechins,catechin(C),epicatechins(EC),epigallocatechins(EGC),epicatechin gallates(ECG),epigallocatechin gallates(EGCG),and nutrition components such as protein and fatty acid in the yellow mealworms were determined after 10 days rearing.The yellow mealworms can put on weight and grow well when the proportion of tea powder belows 80%,while 100%tea powder rearing has no signifi cantly reduced the weight of yellow mealworms.The content of tea polyphenols,total catechins,C,EC,EGC,ECG,and EGCG all enhance signifi cantly along with the increase ratio of the tea powder.The protein content increase more signifi cantly at 50%and 80%ratios treatments than the other treatments.Tea powder added rearing reduces the content of saturated fatty acid,and has a complex effect on the content of unsaturated fatty acid.Comprehensive analysis of the components determined show that 50%ratio is the best for yellow mealworm rearing.Yanxia Wang Hongya Li Yu Lu Wenyi He Chen Wang Litang Lü 2022Journal of Future Foods2022,2,3:0
