2Preparation and properties of hollow fibre nanofiltration membrane with continuous coffee-ring structure显示文摘Polyamide(PA)hollow fibre composite nanofiltration(NF)membranes with a coffee-ring structure and beneficial properties were prepared by adding graphene oxide(GO)into the interfacial polymerization process.The presentation of the coffee-ring structure was attributed to the heterogeneous,finely dispersed multiphase reaction system and the“coffee-stain”effect of the GO solution.When the piperazine concentration was 0.4 wt-%,the trimesoyl chloride concentration was 0.3 wt-%,and the GO concentration was 0.025 wt-%,the prepared NF membranes showed the best separation properties.The permeate flux was 76 L·m^(−2)·h^(−1),and the rejection rate for MgSO4 was 98.6%at 0.4 MPa.Scanning electron microscopy,atomic force microscopy,and attenuated total reflectance-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy were used to characterize the chemical structure and morphology of the PA/GO NF membrane.The results showed that GO was successfully entrapped into the PA functional layer.Under neutral operating conditions,the PA/GO membrane showed typical negatively charged NF membrane separation characteristics,and the rejection rate decreased in the order of Na2SO_(4)>MgSO_(4)>MgCl_(2)>NaCl.The PA/GO NF membrane showed better antifouling performance than the PA membrane.Xiuzhen Wei Xufeng Xu Yi Chen Qian Zhang Lu Liu Ruiyuan Yang Jinyuan Chen Bosheng Lv 2021Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2021,15,2:2

5Optimization of Ultrasonic Extraction Process of Oenanthe benghalensis Polysaccharide by Orthogonal Test显示文摘[Objectives] The research aimed to explore extraction method of Oenanthe benghalensis polysaccharide,and determine the optimal process of its ultrasonic extraction by orthogonal test. [Methods] Phenol-sulfuric acid method was used to determine polysaccharide's content. Based on single-factor experiment and orthogonal test,the influences of solid-liquid ratio( A),ultrasonic extraction temperature( B),ultrasonic power( C) and ultrasonic time( D) on extraction rate of O. benghalensis polysaccharide were studied,and the optimal process of ultrasonic extraction was selected. [Results] The influence order of solid-liquid ratio( A),ultrasonic extraction temperature( B),ultrasonic power( C) and ultrasonic time( D) on extraction rate of O. benghalensis polysaccharide was A > D > B > C. Via the orthogonal test,it was determined that the optimal extraction condition of O. benghalensis polysaccharide was as below: solid-liquid ratio 1∶ 25( g/mL),extraction temperature 60℃,extraction power 80 W,extraction time 40 min. Under the condition,extraction rate of O. benghalensis polysaccharide was9. 80%. 8Changing Features of Sunshine Duration and Effects on Greenhouse Production in Shouguang City显示文摘Based on data of monthly sunshine duration in Shouguang City during 1961-2013,changing features of sunshine duration and effects on greenhouse production in Shouguang City were analyzed by using linear tendency method,M-K mutation test and Molet wavelet analysis. The results show that in Shouguang City,sunshine duration in a year and each season reduced obviously from 1961 to 2013,and sunshine duration in a year and autumn changed suddenly in the 1990s,while sunshine duration in winter and spring changed suddenly in the 1980s. There existed obvious periodic variations of sunshine duration in a year and various seasons from 1961 to 2013. 9Parietal cortex contributions to information granules following memory consolidation显示文摘Previous studies have focused on changes in cerebral cortex activity accompanying memory formation and consolidation.Although the role of the parietal cortex in memory retrieval is well established,it is not well understood how parietal cortex memory consolidation for mathematical rules is related to granularity of stored information(i.e.,degree of detail or precision).Changes in parietal cortex activity associated with memory consolidation were analyzed using the Ebbinghaus paradigm and functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI).Over the course of 1 week,participants learned Boolean arithmetic tasks involving stimulus-response mapping rules containing either low-or high-granularity information.FMRI images were collected on day 1(i.e., low-granularity condition)and day 7(i.e.,high-granularity condition).The present data suggested that with practice,stored information was converted from a low-granularity to a high-granularity form.By following rule learning,it was hypothesized that the process of consolidation would involve an increased degree of rule representation granularity.Evidence for this process was reflected in parietal cortex activity.This finding was consistent with the hypothesis that mnemonic reconstruction in the parietal cortex is required for memory consolidation,and results suggested that information granules are formed during memory consolidation.The present results could increase the understanding of the relationship between memory consolidation and information granularity.WANG XiuZhen ZHONG Ning LU ShengFu LI KunCheng LANG ShuLei 2010Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,24:1

11Clubroot resistance introgression in interspecific hybrids between Raphanus sativus and Brassica napus显示文摘Clubroot is a prevailing soil-borne disease affecting rapeseed production worldwide.However,few clubroot resistant rapeseed accessions were available for breeding.Identification and introgression of new clubroot resistant genes from closely related species by distant hybridization is an effective strategy.In the present study,9 radish(Raphanus sativus L.,2n=18,RR)lines resistant to Plasmodiophora brassicae pathotype 4 were used as donors to transfer clubroot resistance into a susceptible rapeseed(Brassica napus L.,2n=38,AACC)line by distant hybridization combined with embryo rescue.Nine intergeneric crosses were made but only 1(411×93039)produced F1 plants both from embryo rescue and natural seed-setting.Authenticity of triploid F1 hybrids(2n=28,ACR)were verified by flower color,cytological observation and molecular marker analysis,and 2 genuine F1 hybrids were identified.After chromosome doubling,these synthetic allohexaploid plants(2n=56,AACCRR)became partially fertile(pollen viability rate=35%)and were backcrossed with rapeseed parent to generate a BC1 population(2n=47,AACCR).Totally 178 BC1 plants were obtained,of which the majority(96.1%)were resistant to clubroot.These backcrossing progenies could be used for the breeding of new rapeseed varieties resistant to clubroot.Xiuzhen Wang Lingyi Zeng Li Xu Wang Chen Fan Liu Huan Yang Peng Chi Li Ren Ruibin Yan Guangyuan Lu Xiaoping Fang 2019Oil Crop Science2019,4,3:0
12Enhanced hydrogen storage properties of Mg by the synergistic effect of grain refinement and NiTiO_(3)nanoparticles显示文摘As a promising hydrogen storage material,the practical application of magnesium is obstructed by the stable thermodynamics and sluggish kinetics.In this paper,three kinds of NiTiO3catalysts with different mole ratio of Ni to Ti were successfully synthesized and doped into nanocrystalline Mg to improve its hydrogen storage properties.Experimental results indicated that all the Mg-NiTiO3composites showed prominent hydrogen storage performance.Especially,the Mg-NiTiO3/TiO2composite could take up hydrogen at room temperature and the apparent activation energy for hydrogen absorption was dramatically decreased from 69.8±1.2(nanocrystalline Mg)k J/mol to 34.2±0.2 k J/mol.In addition,the hydrogenated sample began to release hydrogen at about 193.2℃and eventually desorbed 6.6 wt%H2.The desorption enthalpy of the hydrogenated Mg-NiTiO3-C was estimated to be 78.6±0.8 k J/mol,5.3 k J/mol lower compared to 83.9±0.7 k J/mol of nanocrystalline Mg.Besides,the sample revealed splendid cyclic stability during 20 cycles.No obvious recession occurred in the absorption and desorption kinetics and only 0.3 wt%hydrogen capacity degradation was observed.Further structural analysis demonstrates that nanosizing and catalyst doping led to a synergistic effect on the enhanced hydrogen storage performance of Mg-NiTiO3-C composite,which might serve as a reference for future design of highly effective hydrogen storage materials.Nianhua Yan Xiong Lu Zhiyu Lu Haijie Yu Fuying Wu Jiaguang Zheng Xiuzhen Wang Liuting Zhang 2022Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2022,10,12:0
13Real- and momentum-indirect neutral and charged excitons in a multi-valley semiconductor显示文摘Excitons dominate the photonic and optoelectronic properties of a material.Although significant advancements exist in understanding various types of excitons,progress on excitons that are indirect in both real-and momentum-spaces is still limited.Here,we demonstrate the real-and momentum-indirect neutral and charged excitons(including their phonon replicas)in a multi-valley semiconductor of bilayer MoS_(2),by performing electric-field/doping-density dependent photoluminescence.Together with first-principles calculations,we uncover that the observed real-and momentum-indirect exciton involves electron/hole from K/Γvalley,solving the longstanding controversy of its momentum origin.Remarkably,the binding energy of real-and momentum-indirect charged exciton is extremely large(i.e.,~59 meV),more than twice that of real-and momentum-direct charged exciton(i.e.,~24 meV).The giant binding energy,along with the electrical tunability and long lifetime,endows real-and momentum-indirect excitons an emerging platform to study many-body physics and to illuminate developments in photonics and optoelectronics.Zhiheng Huang Yuhui Li Tao Bo Yanchong Zhao Fanfan Wu Lu Li Yalong Yuan Yiru Ji Le Liu Jinpeng Tian Yanbang Chu Xiaozhou Zan Yalin Peng Xiuzhen Li Yangkun Zhang Kenji Watanabe Takashi Taniguchi Zhipei Sun Wei Yang Dongxia Shi Shixuan Du Luojun Du Guangyu Zhang 2023National Science Open2023,2,4:0
