| 1 | Overexpression of the tonoplast aquaporin AtTIP5;1 conferred tolerance to boron toxicity in Arabidopsis显示文摘Boron (B) toxicity to plants is responsible for low crop productivity in many regions of the world. Here we report a novel and effective means to alleviate the B toxicity to plants under high B circumstance. Functional characterization of AtTIP5;1, an aquaporin gene, re-vealed that overexpression of AtTIP5;1 (OxAtTIP5;1) in Arabidopsis significantly increased its tolerance to high B toxicity. Compared to wild-type plants, OxAtTIP5;1 plants exhibited longer hypocotyls, accelerated development, increased silique production under high B treatments. GUS staining and quantitative RT-PCR (qRT-PCR) results demonstrated that the expression of AtTIP5;1 was induced by high B concentration treatment. Subcellular localization analysis revealed that the AtTIP5;1-GFP fusion protein was localized on the tonoplast membrane, which was consistent with the prediction based on bioinformatics. | 11 | Preparation of Ag+/TiO2 Composite Coating Film for Preservation of Nanfeng Citrus显示文摘Using tetrabutyl titanate as the precursor,silver nitrate as the load agent,silver-doped titanium dioxide coating film was prepared by sol-gel method.Three agent samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction( XRD) analysis to investigate the crystal structure,which confirmed a synergistic antibacterial effect.The antibacterial and preservative effects of silver-doped titanium dioxide coating film on Nanfeng citrus were investigated preliminarily. Nutritional indicators of ripe Nanfeng citrus before and after preservation were detected to investigate the preservative properties of silver-doped titanium dioxide coating film and compare the effects of different components of composite coating film. | 14 | Extended research on software hybrid testing combining reliability and directed testing显示文摘The software reliability testing has many disadvantages in practice,such as high complexity of constructing operational profiles and poor fault detection efficiency.Oppositely,the directed testing with a high fault detection rate is incapable of estimating reliability quantificationally.To solve this problem,a hybrid testing combining reliability and directed testing as well as a reliability model based on the order statistic(OS) model were presented by Mitchell.An extended research on Mitchell's work is proposed.Firstly,the most proper distribution of the fault's failure rate which tends to be lognormal is suggested,and a detailed form of the OS model based on lognormal and the corresponding parameter estimation method are proposed,respectively.Secondly,an implementing framework for the hybrid testing is proposed.Finally,the hybrid testing and the OS model are applied on a real website system.The experimental results indicate:the hybrid testing has more efficient fault detection power and lower testing cost than the reliability testing;compared with three traditional software reliability growth models,the OS model has a best or pretty estimation or prediction power for each data set;and for the failure data set collected from hybrid testing,the OS model also achieves an acceptable estimation result. | Haifeng Li Yongqi Zhang Minyan Lu | 2011 | Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2011,22,5: | 1 |
| 15 | Layer-by-layer enriching active Ni-N_(3)C sites in nickel-nitrogen-carbon electrocatalysts for enhanced CO_(2)-to-CO reduction显示文摘Transition metal and nitrogen co-doped carbons(M-N-C)have proven to be promising catalysts for CO_(2)electroreduction into co because of the high activity and selectivity.Effective enrichment of the active transition metal coordinated nitrogen sites is desirable but is challenging for a practical volumetric productivity.Herein,we report four kinds of model electrocatalysts to unveil this issue,which include the NC structures with surface N-functionalities,Ni-N-CI with one layer of surface Ni-NsC sites,NC@Ni-N-CI with surface N-functionalities and underneath Ni-N3C sites as well as Ni-N-C_II with doubled surface Ni-NsC sites.The X-ray absorption spectroscopy indicates the coordination configuration of Ni-NsC.For NC catalysts,when N-doping level increased from 3.5 at%to 8.4 at%,the CO partial current density increased from below 0.1 mA/cm^(2)to 3 mA/cm^(2).Introducing one layer of Ni-N_(3)C onto the NC structures leads to a 54 times higher CO partial current density than that of NC,in the meantime the FE_(CO) is 66 times higher.Furthermore,doubling the density of surface Ni-N_(3)C sites by a layer-by-layer method doubles the CO partial current density Gco,indicating its potential to achieve a high density of active coordinated sites and current densities. | Yongqi Ren Ruopeng Chang Xu Hua Junjie Guo Guangping Hao Anhui Lu | 2023 | Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,12: | 0 |

| 17 | PxSy nanoparticles encapsulated in graphene as highly reversible cathode for sodium ion batteries显示文摘Herein,phosphorus-mediated sulfur nanoparticles encapsulated in reduced graphene oxide nanosheets(P-SrGO-T)were successfully synthesized as the cathode for sodium ion battery by a ball milling and the following thermal treatment.A series of covalent bonds,such as P–S,C–S–C,C–O–P and C–S–P,are formed in this process,which are in favor of fixing the sulfur and suppressing the parasitic shuttle effect of polysulfide.Benefiting from the graphene sheets and these covalent bonds,a high reversible capacity of 637.4 m Ah/g was achieved in P-SrGO-T after 100 cycles at the current density of 0.2 A/g.In addition,P-SrGO-T also delivers a high-rate capacity(330.7 m Ah/g at 5 A/g)attributing to low charge transfer resistance and faster ion diffusion kinetic.This work pushes the progress forward in developing phosphosulfide cathode for sodium ion batteries. | Ting Wang Zhixiong Huang Donghuang Wang Jiqi Wu Junjie Lu Zihan Jin Shaojun Shi Yongqi Zhang | 2023 | Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,1: | 0 |
