| 1 | 不同基因型和营养对山羊生长性能、胴体品质及肉质的影响(英文)显示文摘【目的】探讨不同基因型和营养物质在改善老挝山羊的生长性能、胴体特征和肉质中的效果。【方法】采用2×2双因素试验,以本地山羊品种Lat为对照,对Lat与越南BachThao公山羊的杂交F(1BT×L)进行比较。从每个基因型中选择30头7月龄的成长公山羊并分成两组,其中一组采用传统饲喂方法即自由放牧,另一组采用改良饲喂方法,即放牧并任意采食木薯渣和矿物砖。试验期间测量山羊平均日增重(ADG),在后期每组选择3只山羊宰杀并测定胴体特性(胴体组成和初分切肉)、肉质(剪切力、肉色、pH、滴水损失率和蒸煮损失率)。【结果】杂交山羊F1的平均日增重(60.02g/头)明显高于本地山羊(38.45g/头),增幅为56.09%;饲喂补充木薯渣和矿物砖的山羊平均日增重(55.45g/头)则显著高于未添加对照组(43.02g/头),增幅为28.89%。杂交繁育和饲喂补充物对山羊胴体品质如屠宰率、前肢百分率、后肢百分率及胸肌率没有显著影响,但杂交F1山羊的脖子极显著大于本地山羊,而其腰腹部切口极显著小于本地山羊。在两种不同饲喂管理条件下,Lat和杂交F1山羊的肉质特性没有显著差异。【结论】老挝本地山羊Lat与BachThao公山羊杂交及在饲料中补充木薯渣和矿物砖,可提高山羊肉产量且对其肉质无任何负作用。 | NGUYEN Xuan Trach BOUNMY Phiovankham DO Due Luc | 2011 | 南方农业学报2011,42,7: | 2 |

| 5 | The control of soil polarization in Populus simonii and Quercus liaotungensis forests by forage litter on the Loess Plateau,P. R. China显示文摘Soil polarization in pure forest stands affects the stability and sustainable development of the ecosystem.The most effective approaches to the prevention of soil polarization may be the use of forage litter as fertilizer or the direct establishment of tree-grass communities. We investigated monospecific plantations of Populus simonii and Quercus liaotungensis. Such plantations have been established throughout the Loess Plateau of China. A120-day decomposition incubation experiment with forest humus soil mixed with 7 common leguminous forage litter species was performed to study the uses of forage litter in controlling soil polarization in pure forests. The addition of forage litter of Astragalus adsurgens, Lespedeza bicolor,and Vicia villosa to the soil of pure P. simonii forest clearly improved the soil quality, these forage species are suitable for planting with P. simonii, whereas Melilotus officinalis,Medicago sativa, and Onobrychis viciifolia litter produced obvious deterioration, thus these forages should not be planted with P. simonii. Coronilla varia litter showed no significant influence. The addition of forage litter of M.sativa to the soil of pure Q. liaotungensis forest clearly improved the soil quality, and C. varia and V. villosa also yielded improvements but were slightly less effective than M. sativa litter, these forages are suitable to be planted with Q. liaotungensis. However, L. bicolor showed obvious deterioration, followed by O. viciifolia and A. adsurgens,and M. officinalis had no significant influence. | 8 | Morphological characterization and habitat suitability modeling of the goat population of Benin under climate change scenarios显示文摘Background:Insufficient knowledge of the genetic and phenotypic diversity in the local Beninese goat population combined with the lack of understanding of its adaptive capacity to ongoing environmental and societal changes hampers the development of strategies for better management and genetic improvement.The objective of this study was to establish the current geographical distribution of goats in Benin based on their morphology and model the potential habitat suitability of the three known main goat phenotypes(i.e.,Djallonkégoat or TypeⅠ,Sahelian goat or TypeⅡ,and their Crossbreeds or TypeⅢ)under climate change scenarios.Ten qualitative and 26 linear body measurements were taken on 2114 adult female goats sampled across the three vegetation zones of the country.Fifteen ratios were generated from the quantitative variables.The data were analyzed using generalized linear model procedures followed by multiple comparisons of least-squares means and multivariate analytical methods,including canonical discrimination analysis and hierarchical ascendant classification.Each goat was then assigned to one of the three aforementioned main goat phenotypes following its morphological characteristics and according to the a priori cluster membership defined in the previous step.The Maximum Entropy algorithm was used to model the current and future distribution of the three goat phenotypes under climate change scenario using the Representative Conservation Pathways 4.5 and 8.5.Results:All linear body measurements varied among vegetation zones.In the discriminant function analysis,71%of the measured individuals were correctly classified in their vegetation zone of origin by seven measured variables and three ratios.The cluster procedure analysis revealed two groups of goats subdivided into the three main phenotypes.The modeling results showed that the currently highly favorable habitats were distributed in the South for TypeⅠ,in the North for TypeⅡ,and both South and North for TypeⅢ.However,under climate change scenarios,the favorable habitats for TypeⅠdecreased while those of TypesⅡandⅢincreased.Conclusions:The results of this study confirm the spatial variation of the goat population in Benin.The habitat suitability model can be used to support decision-making toward better management of goat genetic diversity in Benin. | Habib Rainier Vihotogbe Whannou Cossi Ulriche Afatondji Côme Agossa Linsoussi Gnimansou Abraham Favi Thanh Thi Nguyen Marcel Romuald Benjamin Houinato Luc Hippolyte Dossa | 2022 | Ecological Processes2022,11,1: | 0 |
