1Method for measuring the steering wheel angle of paddy field agricultural machinery by integrating RTK-GNSS and dual-MEMS gyroscope显示文摘Aiming at the application environment of paddy agricultural machinery with bumpy and undulating changes,the problems affecting the method for steering wheel angle measurement by MEMS gyroscope were analyzed,and a wheel angle measurement method combining Dual-MEMS gyroscope(dual MEMS gyroscope)and RTK-GNSS was designed.The adaptive weighting method was used to fuse the heading angle differentiation of RTK-GNSS,the MEMS gyroscope angle rate,and velocity data,and the rod-arm compensation was performed to accurately obtain the angle rates of the body and steering wheels of agricultural machinery;the difference between the combined angular rate of the steering wheel of the agricultural machinery and the angular rate of the agricultural machinery body was obtained,and the integrator is used to integrate the difference to get the wheel steering angle value,and the Kalman filter was designed to make feedback correction for the integration process of angle calculation to eliminate the errors caused by the gyroscope zero bias,random drift,and gyroscope rod arm effect,and to obtain the accurate value of wheel steering angle.A comparative test with the connecting rod wheel angle sensor was designed,and the results show that the maximum deviation is 4.99°,the average absolute average value is 1.61°,and the average standard deviation is 0.98°.The method in this study and the connecting rod wheel angle sensor were used on paddy farm machinery.The wheel angle measurement deviation of the proposed method and the connecting rod wheel angle sensor was not more than 1°,which is relatively small.It has good stability,speed adaptability,and dynamic responsiveness that meets the accuracy requirements of steering wheel angle measurement for paddy field agricultural machinery unmanned driving and can be used instead of connecting rod angle sensors for unmanned agricultural machinery.Pei Wang Lian Hu Jie He Siqi Ke Zhongxian Man Tuanpeng Tu Luning Yang Yuanyuan Li Yanling Yi Weicong Li Xiwen Luo 2022International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2022,15,6:1
2Hyperspectral Imaging Technology for Revealing the Original Handwritings Covered by the Same Inks显示文摘This manuscript presents a preliminary investigation on the applicability of hyperspectral imaging technology for nondestructive and rapid analysis to reveal covered original handwritings.The hyperspectral imager Nuance‑Macro was used to collect the reflected light signature of inks from the overlapping parts.The software Nuance1p46 was used to analyze the reflected light signature of inks which shows the covered original handwritings.Different types of black/blue ballpoint pen inks and black/blue gel pen inks were chosen for sample preparation.From the hyperspectral images examined,the covered original handwritings of application were revealed in 90.5%,69.1%,49.5%,and 78.6%of the cases.Further,the correlation between the revealing effect and spectral characteristics of the reflected light of inks at the overlapping parts was interpreted through theoretical analysis and experimental verification.The results indicated that when the spectral characteristics of the reflected light of inks at the overlapping parts were the same or very similar to that of the ink that was used to cover the original handwriting,the original handwriting could not be shown.On the contrary,when the spectral characteristics of the reflected light of inks at the overlapping parts were different to that of the ink that was used to cover the original handwriting,the original handwriting was revealed.Yuanyuan Lian Luning Liang Bing Li 2017Journal of Forensic Science and Medicine2017,3,4:0
3Comparative analysis of DNA-SIP and magnetic-nanoparticle mediated isolation (MMI) on unraveling dimethoate degraders显示文摘Microorganisms are crucial in the bioremediation of organophosphorus pesticides. However, most functional microorganisms (> 99%) are yet to be cultivated. This study applied two cultivation-independent approaches, DNA-SIP and magnetic-nanoparticle mediated isolation (MMI), to identify the functional microorganisms in degrading dimethoate in agricultural soils. MMI identified five dimethoate degraders: Pseudomonas, Bacillus, Ramlibacter, Arthrobacter, and Rhodococcus, whereas DNA-SIP identified three dimethoate degraders: Ramlibacter, Arthrobacter, and Rhodococcus. Also, MMI showed higher resolution than DNA-SIP in identifying functional microorganisms. Two organic phosphohydrolase (OPH) genes: ophC2 and ophB, were involved in dimethoate metabolism, as revealed by DNA-SIP and MMI. The degradation products of dimethoate include omethoate, O,O,S-trimethyl thiophosphorothioate, N-methyl-2-sulfanylacetamide, O,O-diethyl S-hydrogen phosphorodithioate, O,O,O-trimethyl thiophosphate, O,O,S-trimethyl thiophosphorodithioate, and O,O,O-trimethyl phosphoric.
