13.0 T高空间分辨力MR下肢血管成像对比剂剂量的对照性研究显示文摘目的明确在3.0T设备上行下肢高空间分辨力MR血管成像时,是否可在对比剂剂量减少的情况下仍保持较好的影像质量。方法45例病人(男27例,女18例;平均年龄64岁)在3.0T设备上行下肢增强MR血管成像检查。本研究经学院伦理委员会批准可免除知情同意书。16例采用高剂量(约0.3mmol/kg),15例采用中等剂量(约0.2mmol/kg),14例采用低剂量(约0.1mmol/kg)的马根维显溶液进行3站双相注射检查。将动脉系统从腹腔干到跖动脉分成34个节段评定积分。R. 3GIS APPLICATION IN RESEARCH OF WILDLIFE HABITAT CHANGE——A case study of the Giant Panda in Wolong Nature Reserve显示文摘The general aim of this study is to find the relationship between the panda distribution and human activities. Comparison of the potential panda habitat and the real panda distribution shows a difference between them. Seven human activities were identified and analyzed. They are settlements, farming, road construction, firewood collection, timber production, mining and Chinese medicinal plant collection. The spatial distributions of these activities were characterized. The analysis of their spatial distributions and the pandas’ habitat and distribution revealed that there is a relation existing between the human activities and the panda distribution, and the Giant Pandas have disappeared from the areas where the human activities are concentrated. 5马铃薯2n配子发生的遗传分析显示文摘马铃薯2n配子的研究为二倍体野生种的利用开辟了一条新途径。本文首次对两个群体共8个不同亲本的2n花粉发生频率的选择标准、相关性、配合力、遗传力及有关问题进行了探讨。结果表明,2n花粉发生的广义遗传力为51.66%~45.35%,狭义遗传力为20.08%~14.89%。这说明遗传加性效应很低。特殊配合力对2n花粉发生起主导作用。2n花粉频率很大程度上取决于组合中大于5%2n花粉基因型的频率而不是组合的最高频率。2n花粉的轮回选择应从组合平均数高的群体中开始进行。屈冬玉 朱德蔚 王登社 高占旺 Ramanna,M.S. 7STOCHASTIC CRACKING AND HEALING BEHAVIORS OF THIN FILMS DURING REACTION-DIFFUSION GROWTH显示文摘The stochastic cracking and healing behaviors of reaction-diffusion growth of thin films were studied by means of Markov processes analysis. We chose the thermal growth of oxide scales on metals as an example of reaction-diffusion growth. The thermal growth of oxide films follows power law when no cracking occurs. Our results showed that the growth kinetics under stochastic cracking and healing conditions was different from that without cracking. It might be altered to either pseudo-linear or pseudo-power laws dependent upon the intensity and frequency of the cracking of the films. When the hoping items dominated, the growth followed pseudo-linear law; when the diffusional items dominated, it followed pseudo-power law with the exponentials lower than the intrinsical values. 11Correlation of Shear Viscosity of Nanofluids Using the Local Composition Theory显示文摘In this study,a new method is presented to correlate the shear viscosity of nanofluids by local composition theory.The Eyring theory and nonrandom two-liquid(NRTL)equation are used for this purpose.The effects of temperature and particle volume concentration on the viscosity are investigated.The adjustable parameters of NRTL equation are obtained by fitting with experimental data.The calculated shear viscosities for nanofluids of CuO/water with 29 nm particle size,Al2O3/water with two different particle diameters,36 nm and 47 nm,and CuO/(ethylene glycol,water)are compared with experimental data and the average absolute deviation(AAD)is 1.2%,while the results from some conventional models yield an AAD of 190%.The results of this study are in excellent agreement with experimental data.M.S. 12Influence of Re on the Properties of a NiCoCrAlY Coating Alloy显示文摘MCrAlY can serve as stand-alone overlay coatings or bond coats in thermal barrier coating systems, and its properties play a vital role in determining the performance of these coating systems. In order to further understand the behavior of MCrAlY coatings, several NiCoCrAlY model alloys with different levels of Re (0.3 wt%, 6 wt%, and 9 wt%) were investigated. Microstructural observation showed the addition of Re promoted the precipitation of Cr-rich phases, such as α-Cr and σ. The presence of α-Cr lowered the coecient of thermal expansion (CTE) of the coating alloys, which could reduce the CTE mismatch at the scale-metal interface. The solid solution strengthening effect of Re is responsible for an increase in Rockwell hardness of the coating alloys. But the isothermal oxidation resistance at 1100oC was deteriorated due to the precipitation of brittle α-Cr phase, a phase of inferior oxidation resistance compared with β-NiAl and γ-Ni.J.J. Liang H. 15A comprehensive investigation of loading variance influence on fuel consumption and gas emissions in mine haulage operation显示文摘The data collected from haul truck payload management systems at various surface mines show that the payload variance is significant and must be considered in analysing the mine productivity, diesel energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions and associated costs. The aim of this study is to determine the energy and cost saving opportunities for truck haulage operations associated with the payload variance in surface mines. The results indicate that there is a non-linear relationship between the payload variance and the fuel consumption, greenhouse gas emissions and associated costs. A correlation model, which is independent of haul road conditions, has been developed between the payload variance and the cost saving using the data from an Australian surface coal mine. The results of analysis for this particular mine show that a significant saving of fuel and greenhouse gas emissions costs is possible if the standard deviation of payload is reduced from the maximum to minimum value.Soofastaei A. 16Fabrication and mechanical properties of MWCNTs-reinforced aluminum composites by hot extrusion显示文摘Over the past decade,the interest in aluminum composites reinforced with carbon nanotubes has grown significantly.Studies have been carried out to overcome problems with uniform dispersion,interfacial bonding,void formation and carbide formation of the composites.In the present work,multi-wall carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs) aluminum composites were produced.High-energy ball milling with the aim at developing well-dispersed MWCNTs Al composites was followed by cold compaction,sintering,and hot extrusion at 500 ℃.Different amounts of stearic acid as processing control agent(PCA) is used in order to minimize cold welding of the Al particles,and to produce finer particles.Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and X-ray diffraction(XRD) were employed to analyze the MWCNTs,the aluminum powder,and the composites' microstructural behavior.The hardness and tensile properties of the composites are also evaluated.The results showed 500% increase in yield stress after the addition of 1 wt% MWCNTs in Al-MWCNTs based composite.The ball-milling time of 4 h is found to be sufficient as excessive milling time destroys a vast number of MWCNTs.Mortazavi Majid Majzoobi G.H. 20Potential antioxidant and cytoprotective effects of essential oil extracted from Cymbopogon citratus on OxLDL and H_(2)O_(2) LDL induced Human Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells(PBMC)显示文摘Cymbopogon citratus(lemon grass)is commonly used in traditional folk medicine.The essential oil extracted from C.citratus has been reported as a potential anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory agent.This study has been designed to explore the protective effect of C.citratus(lemon grass)against modified LDL(OxLDL and H2O2 LDL)induced cytotoxicity in Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells(PBMC).The essential oil extracted from C.citratus(EOC)was subjected to FT-IR spectroscopic analysis for the identification of functional groups.In vitro antioxidant assays were carried out to assess the electron donating capability of EOC as compared with a known standard L-ascorbic acid.The cytoprotective effects of EOC were determined in PBMC induced with modified LDL.Spectra obtained from FT-IR analysis showed the presence of functional groups in EOC such as H-bonded,O-H stretching,N-H stretching,aldehyde-C-H stretching,aldehyde/ketone-C=O stretching,-C=C-stretching,-CH_(3) bending,-C-H in plane bending.EOC has greater antioxidant property when compared with the standard L-ascorbic acid.EOC at all test concentrations demonstrated free radical scavenging activity and cytoprotective effect when challenged against modified LDL in PBMC.The above results show EOC as a promising antioxidant and cytoprotective agent.S.Jamuna Sakeena Sadullah M.S.
