1Application of CAE technology for Geely car lightweight显示文摘In order to reduce energy consumption and protect the human survival environment,the lightweight has became the development trend of the world automobile industry.On the premise of ensuring the strength,safety and driving performance of the car,the major car enterprises try to reduce the curb weight of the car,fuel consumption and emissions.Not only a lot of new technologies and new products have been generated,but also joint vehicle development process and computer aided engineering(CAE) analysis technology have been developed.Since the entry into the 'Automobile Lightweight Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance' in Dec.2007,Geely Group has been focusing on lightw eight construction of vehicle and key assemblies in every stage of the vehicle product development.Among vehicles appeared on the market and in research,it has presented continuously better performance.The paper describes application examples and successful experience of CAE simulation analysis and performance optimization during the lightweight design and development of a self-developed model of Geely,and looks forward to the prospects for the development of lightweight of Geely vehicle.Men Yongxin Ma Fangwu Peng Hong Li Yongsheng 2012Engineering Sciences2012,10,6:2

9Effects of Nano-carbon Humic Acid Water-retaining Fertilizer on Citrus Growth and the Soil Bacterial Community in Citrus Field显示文摘[Objective] In order to reveal the effects of reducing the amount of novel nano-carbon humic acid water-retaining fertilizer(CSF) on soil microbial community structure and citrus growth. [Method]In this study,conventional fertilization was as the control(KC1) in Wanzhou citrus orchard of Three Gorges Reservoir area. CSF reductions by 0%(KC2),10%(KC3),20%(KC4),30%(KC5) and 40%(KC6) were used to analyze the changes of soil bacterial community structure,citrus yield and quality. [Result]The results showed that the observed species,Shannon index,Chao1 index and PD_whole_tree of KC6 were higher than those of KC1,and were the same as KC2. The abundance of Xanthomonadaceae was the highest in KC5. Compared with KC1,the Xanthomonadaceae in KC3,KC4 and KC6 was significantly decreased,and the levels of Nitrosomonadaceae and Pseudomonasaceae were higher than that of KC1 after the treatment of KC6. Sphingomonas in different reduction treatments was lower than that of KC1,but Burkholderia and Pseudomonas were significantly higher than those of KC1. It was found that the similarity among treatments was small after bacterial community similarity clustering analysis,and citrus yield increased somewhat after CSF fertilization reduction.When CSF fertilization reduced by 30%,citrus yield increased by 4. 50%. When CSF fertilization reduced by 40%,citrus yield decreased by4. 14%. After CSF fertilization,citrus quality did not change significantly in CSF conventional fertilization and reduction of 10% and 40%,while significantly decreased in 20% and 30% of fertilization reduction. 10Preparation and Properties of High-performance Polyimide Copolymer Fibers Derived from 5-Amino-2-(2-hydroxy-5-aminobenzene)-benzoxazole显示文摘A series of polyamic acid copolymers(co-PAAs) with para-hydroxyl groups was synthesized using two diamine monomers,namely p-phenylenediamine(p-PDA) and 5-amino-2-(2-hydroxy-5-aminobenzene)-benzoxazole(m-pHBOA), of different molar ratios through copolymerization with 3,3′,4,4′-biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride(BPDA) in N,N-dimethyacetamine(DMAc). The co-PAA solutions were used to fabricate fibers by dry-jet wet spinning, and thermal imidization was conducted to obtain polyimide copolymer(coPI) fibers. The effects of the m-pHBOA moiety on molecular packing and physical properties of the prepared fibers were investigated.Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopic results confirmed that intra/intermolecular hydrogen bonds originated from the hydroxyl group and the nitrogen atom of the benzoxazole group and/or the hydroxyl group and the oxygen atom of the carbonyl group of cyclic imide. As-prepared PI fibers displayed homogenous and smooth surface and uniform diameter. The glass transition temperatures(Tgs) of PI fibers were within 311-337 °C. The polyimide fibers showed 5% weight loss temperature(T5%) at above 510 °C in air. Twodimensional wide-angle X-ray diffraction(WXRD) patterns indicated that the homo-PI and co-PI fibers presented regularly arranged polymer chains along the fiber axial direction. The ordered molecular packing along the transversal direction was destroyed by introducing the m-pHBOA moiety. Moreover, the crystallinity and orientation factors increased with increasing draw ratio. Small-angle X-ray scattering(SAXS) results showed that it is beneficial to reduce defects in the fibers by increasing the draw ratio. 11Design and analysis of quantized controllable doped left-handed materials显示文摘Two kinds of controllable doped left-handed materials (DLHMs) were designed by inserting inductors and capacitors into the traditional left-handed material (LHM) as heterogeneous elements respectively,which are DLHM with inductors (LDLHM) and DLHM with capacitors (CDLHM).The characteristics of transmission spectrum were studied by using finite-difference time-domain method (FDTD).Compared with the traditional LHM,the resonance strength of the LDLHM is weakened and the pass-band is narrowed,but with the increase of the value of the inserted inductors,the bandwidth is expanded.As capacitors inserted into the LHM,the pass-band of the CDLHM is expanded,but the pass-band is shifted to low frequency and the bandwidth is narrowed with the increase of the value of the capacitors,meanwhile,a new generated pass-band is also shifted to low frequency.Therefore,a quantized controllable doped left-handed material can be achieved.LIU Wen ZHANG Hong-xin WANG Hong LU Ying-hua CHEN Nan MEN Shuo 2011The Journal of China Universities of Posts and Telecommunications2011,18,3:1

18A Heavy Metal Analysis Device Based on Light-addressable Potentiometric Sensor显示文摘<正>A full automatic device to detect heavy metal Hg,Fe,Cr elements based on thin-film sensitive materials prepared on surface of light-addressable potentiometric sensors (LAPS) by means of pulsed laser deposition PLD) technique is developed. 19Automatic Monitoring Electronic Tongue with MEAs for Environmental Analysis显示文摘An automatic monitoring electronic tongue based on differential pulse stripping voltammetry (DPSV) was developed for heavy metals analysis.Simultaneous detections of trace Zn(Ⅱ),Cd(Ⅱ),Pb(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ),Fe(Ⅲ) and Cr(Ⅲ) in water samples were performed with three electrochemical sensors.The sensor chip combined a silicon-based Hg-coated Au microelectrode array (MEA) as the working electrode on one side with an Ag/AgCl reference electrode and a Pt counter electrode on the other side.With a computer controlled multipotentiostat,pumps and valves,the electronic tongue realized in-situ real-time detection of the six metals mentioned above at parts-per-billion level without manual operation.Shaofang Zou Hong Men Yi Li Yinping Wang Ping Wang 2006稀有金属材料与工程2006,35,A03:0
20A non-structural protein encoded by Rice Dwarf Virus targets to the nucleus and chloroplast and inhibits local RNA silencing显示文摘RNA silencing is a potent antiviral mechanism in plants and animals. As a counter-defense, many viruses studied to date encode one or more viral suppressors of RNA silencing(VSR). In the latter case, how different VSRs encoded by a virus function in silencing remains to be fully understood. We previously showed that the nonstructural protein Pns10 of a Phytoreovirus, Rice dwarf virus(RDV), functions as a VSR. Here we present evidence that another nonstructural protein, Pns11, also functions as a VSR. While Pns10 was localized in the cytoplasm, Pns11 was localized both in the nucleus and chloroplasts. Pns11 has two bipartite nuclear localization signals(NLSs), which were required for nuclear as well as chloroplastic localization. The NLSs were also required for the silencing activities of Pns11. This is the first report that multiple VSRs encoded by a virus are localized in different subcellular compartments, and that a viral protein can be targeted to both the nucleus and chloroplast.
