| 3 | Probing particle removal in brush scrubber cleaning with fluorescence technique显示文摘Brush scrubber cleaning is widely used for post chemical mechanical polishing(CMP)cleaning in semiconductor manufacturing.In this study,an experimental system based on fluorescence technique and particle-tracking velocimetry(PTV)technique was employed to characterize the particle removal displacement and velocity in the interface between a transparent copper film and a porous polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)brush during the cleaning process.Several different cleaning conditions including rotation speeds,loading pressure and cleaning agent were examined and the particle removal rate was compared.Elastic and friction removal,hydrodynamic removal and mixed-type removal are the three types of particle removal.Particles with an arc trace and uniform velocity curves were removed by friction and elastic force which were related to the brush load.Particles with a random trace and fluctuant velocity curves were removed by hydrodynamic force which was determined by the brush rotation speed.The increase of particle removal rate(PRR)with brush rotation speed is a logistic function.It is easier to improve PRR by increasing the brush load or by adding surfactant than by increasing the brush rotation speed. | HUANG YaTing LI Yang GUO Dan MENG ChunLing | 2013 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2013，56，12： | 3 |
| 4 | New Material of Sinosauropteryx (Theropoda: Compsognathidae) from Western Liaoning, Chinae显示文摘An incomplete specimen of Sinosauropteryx prima collected from the Early Cretaceous Yixian Formation of the Dawangzhangzi area in Lingyuan, western Liaoning is depicted. It represents the first systematically described material of this feathered compsognathid outside the Sihetun area in Beipiao. This specimen shows some diagnostic features of Sinosauropteryx prima, such as the very short forelimb in relation to hindlimb with the length ratio of humerus plus radius to femur plus tibia just around 30%, and the long and massive first manual ungual subequal in length to radius. | 6 | New Material of Pterosaur Sinopterus (Reptilia:Pterosauria) from the Early Cretaceous Jiufotang Formation,Western Liaoning,China显示文摘Based on a new nearly complete postcranial skeleton of an adult specimen of Sinopterus from the Early Cretaceous Jiufotang Formation of western Liaoning, China, the diagnosis of Sinopterus is amended. The revised diagnosis of Sinopterus includes skull relatively elongate with weakly developed cranial crest; ratio of the length of Ph2d4 to that of Ph1d4 is approximately 0.73; ratio of the length of wing metacarpal to that of metatarsal 3 is 4.5; ratio of the length of mt3 to that of tibia is approximately 0.21, and wing phalanges 1 and 2 are straight. Comparison between the ratios of the limb bones between non-adult and adult individuals of Sinopterus indicates that during the ontogenetic process, some ratios between bones are constant, such as the first wing phalanx to the second wing phalanx, the wing metacarpal to the metatarsal 3, metatarsal 3 to the tibia, but others are not, such as humerus to wing metacarpal and femur to tibia, in which the former grows faster than the latter. | Lü Junchang LIU Jinyuan WANG Xuri GAO Chunling MENG Qingjin JI Qiang | 2006 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2006，80，6： | 1 |
