| 1 | 新型非接触变压器的磁路模型及其优化显示文摘在非接触电能传输系统中,变压器的耦合系数直接关系到系统的变换效率。为提高非接触变压器的耦合系数,同时减小其体积、质量,给出改进的变压器磁芯结构及绕组排列方法,并结合电磁场仿真结果,提出新型非接触变压器的磁路模型。根据耦合程度不同,将总磁通分为无耦合、部分耦合和全耦合3部分。基于变压器磁路模型和该磁通分类方法,给出各部分磁阻和变压器耦合系数的量化计算方法,并进一步给出变压器优化设计方法,提出边沿扩展平面U型磁芯结构。采用优化后的变压器结构,设计了35~60V输入、60W输出的非接触变换器。变压器耦合系数的计算结果和测试结果一致,证明了所提磁路模型及耦合系数计算方法的正确性。与采用PlanarE64磁芯相比,在10mm气隙条件下,变压器耦合系数可从0.53提高到0.6,磁芯质量从122g减小到60g,最高变换效率提高了约2.5%。 | 张巍 陈乾宏 S.C.Wong Michael Tse 曹玲玲 | 2010 | 中国电机工程学报2010，30，27： | 31 |
| 2 | Simple hematological predictors of AF recurrence in patients undergoing atrial fibrillation ablation显示文摘Backgound Red cell distribution width(RDW) and neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR) are simple hematologic indices that have been used to predict adverse outcomes in different clinical settings. The aim of our study is to determine whether RDW and NLR can predict atrial fibrillation(AF) recurrence in patients undergoing AF ablation. Methods Consecutive patients, without known hematological disorders, who underwent AF catheter ablation between January 2014 and April 2017 were enrolled into this study. Blood samples were taken one day before and five hours after the ablation procedure. Results A total of 346 patients(224 males(65%), mean age: 59 ± 11 years old) were included. After a mean follow up of 26.2 ± 12.1 months, 80(23.1%) patients experienced late AF recurrence(defined as any recurrence after the blanking period of three months), while 97(28%) patients experienced early AF recurrence during the blanking period. Univariate analysis showed that early arrhythmia recurrence, type of AF and NLR after the procedure were significantly associated with late AF recurrence, while early arrhythmia recurrence and NLR remained significant in multivariate analysis. RDW was not associated with late AF recurrence. None of the parameters above predicted early arrhythmia recurrence. | 3 | Evaluation of a point of care ultrasound curriculum for Indonesian physicians taught by fi rst-year medical students显示文摘BACKGROUND: The purpose of this study was to assess the short-term efficacy of a 4-week ultrasound curriculum taught by American first-year medical students to general practitioners working in public health care clinics, or puskesmas, in Bandung, Indonesia.METHODS: We performed a prospective, observational study of Indonesian health care practitioners from public clinics in Bandung, Indonesia. These practitioners were enrolled in a 4-week ultrasound training course taught by first-year American medical students. A total of six sessions were held comprising of 38 ultrasound milestones. A pre-course and post-course written exam and practical exam was taken by each participant.RESULTS: We enrolled 41 clinicians in the course. The average pre-course exam score was 35.2% with a 2.4% pass rate, whereas the average post-course exam score was 82.0% with a 92.7% pass rate. The average practical score at the completion of the course was 83.2%(SD=0.145) with 82.9% of the class passing(score above 75.0%).CONCLUSION: Our data suggests that first-year medical students can effectively teach ultrasound to physicians in Indonesia using a 4-week intensive ultrasound training course. | 5 | Comparison of ultrasound-measured properties of the common carotid artery to tobacco smoke exposure in a cohort of Indonesian patients显示文摘BACKGROUND: The purpose of this study was to use point-of-care ultrasound(POCUS) to investigate the relationship between tobacco smoke exposure and the characteristics of the common carotid artery(CCA). The effect of both primary and secondary smoking on CCA properties was evaluated.METHODS: We performed a prospective cross-sectional study across 20 primary care clinics in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia in July 2016. Point of care ultrasound was performed on a convenience sample of Indonesian patients presenting to clinic. The CCA wall stiffness and carotid intima-media thickness(CIMT) were measured during diastole and systole. These measurements were correlated with smoke exposure and cardiovascular disease.RESULTS: We enrolled 663 patients in the study, with 426 patients enrolled in the smoking category and 237 patients enrolled in the second-hand smoke category. There was an overall positive correlation with the measured lifestyle factors and the ultrasound-measured variables in the group of individuals who smoked. For all variables, age seemed to contribute the most out of all of the lifestyle factors for the positive changes in CIMT and CCA wall stiffness.CONCLUSION: Our data yielded correlations between CCA properties and cardiovascular risk, as well as between CIMT and arterial stiffness. We were also able to demonstrate an increase in thickness of the CIMT in patients who have been exposed by tobacco through the use of ultrasound.
