1A corona modulation device structure and mechanism based on perovskite quantum dots random laser pumped using an electron beam显示文摘Although laser pumping using electron beam(EB)has high transient power output and easy modulation based on perovskite quantum dot(PQD)film,its lasing emitting direction is the same as the pumped EB's direction.Thus,realizing the conventional direct device structure through the film lasing mechanism is extremely difficult.Therefore,using the random lasing principle,herein,we proposed a corona modulation device structure based on PQDs random laser pumped using an EB.We discussed and stimulated the optimized designed method of the device in terms of parameters of the electronic optical device and the utilization ratio of output power and its modulation extinction ratio,respectively.According to the simulation results,this type of device structure can effectively satisfy the new random lasing mechanism in terms of high-speed and high-power modulation.Yan ZHU Yining MU Fanqi TANG Peng DU Hang REN 2020Frontiers of Optoelectronics2020,13,3:1
2The transcriptome of circulating cells indicates potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets in the course of hypertension-related myocardial infarction显示文摘Hypertension(HT)is the most common public-health challenge andshows a high inci-dence around the world.Cardiovascular diseases are the leadingcause of mortality and morbidity among the elderly(age>65 years)in the UnitedStates.Now,there is widespread acceptanceof the causal link between HT and acute myocardial infarction(MI).This is the first data-mining study to identify co-expressed differentially expressed genes(Co-DEGs)between HT and MI(rela-tive to nommal control)and to uncover potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets of HT-related MI.In thismanuscript,HT-specfcDEGs andMl-specific DEGs and dffretially expressed microRNAs(DE-miRNAs)were identifhed in Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO)datasets GSE24752,GSE60993,GSE62646,and GSE24548 after data consolidation and batch correction.Subse-quently,enichmentin Gene Ontology(GO)terms and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathways as well as protein-protein interaction networks were identified,and single-gene gene set enrichment analysis was performed to determine the affected biological cate-gories and networks.Cross-matching of the results on cCo-DE-miRNAs and predicted miRNAs tar-geting the Co-DEGs wasconducted and discussed as well.We found thatMYC and HIST1H2BO may be associatedwith HT,whereas FCGR 1A,FYN,KLRD1,KLRB1,and FOLR3 may be implicated in MI.Moreover,Co-DEGs FOLR3 and NFE2 with predicted miRNAs and DE-miRNAs,especially miR-7 and miR-548,may be significantly associated and show huge potential as a new set of novel bio-markers and important molecular targets in the course of HT-related MI.Zilun Wei Yining Yang Qiaoling Li Yong Yin Zhonghai Wei Wenfeng Zhang Dan Mu Jie Ni Xuan Sun Biao Xu 2021Genes & Diseases2021,8,4:1
3A Waveguide Gate-Type Complex Detecting Mechanism on Micro-Channel Plate Substrate显示文摘The waveguide gate-type mechanism on micro-channel plate substrate was firstly put forward for the complex photo detection in Free space optical communication(FSO). Based on the losses of energy coupling between both Micro-channel plates(MCP), we further proposed waveguide gate-type complex detecting mechanism, which was verified in electron optic system by vacuum testing.
