| 2 | Estimation of Genetic Divergence and Character Association Studies in Local and Exotic Diversity Panels of Soybean(Glycine max L.)Genotypes显示文摘The availability of favorable genetic diversity is a thriving vitality for the success of a breeding program.It provides a firm basis of selecting superior breeding lines for the development of high yielding crop genotypes.In this context,present investigation aimed to generate information on genetic divergence and character association in a diversity panel of 123 local and exotic soybean genotypes.Analysis of variance revealed significant response of the evaluated genotypes based on studied attributes.It depicted the probability of selecting desirable soybean genotypes by focusing on character association studies and genetic diversity analysis.Correlation analysis revealed that seed yield per plant showed high positive correlation with 100-seed weight followed by pods per plant and plant height.Furthermore,path coefficient analysis exposed that pods per plant had maximum direct contribution in seed yield per plant followed by 100-seed weight,days to flowering and SPAD measurement.Genotype named“G-10”showed maximum yield per plant followed by 24607,G-52,24593,Arisoy,24566,17426,A-3127,24570 and 24567.Genetic diversity analysis grouped the evaluated germplasm into 17 clusters.All clusters showed zero intra-cluster variability;while inter-cluster divergence ranged from 9.00 to 91.11.Cluster V showed maximum inter-cluster distance with cluster XII followed by that of between V and VIII.Moreover,cluster IV with superior genotypes(G-10,24607,24593 and 24566),VI(17426 and 24567),XIII(24570)and X(Arisoy and G-52)showed above mean values for most of the studied characters.Overall,the results of hybridization between the superior genotypes of these cluster pairs might be useful for soybean breeding with improving agronomic traits and adaptability. | Syed Ali Zafar Muhammad Aslam Haroon Zaman Khan Sehrish Sarwar Rao Saad Rehman Mariam Hassan Ramala Masood Ahmad Rafaqat AGill Basharat Ali Ibrahim Al-Ashkar Abdullah Ibrahim Md Atikur Rahman Ayman El Sabagh | 2023 | Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2023,92,6: | 0 |
| 3 | Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient to Regulate Feedback Control Systems Using Reinforcement Learning显示文摘Controlling feedback control systems in continuous action spaces has always been a challenging problem.Nevertheless,reinforcement learning is mainly an area of artificial intelligence(AI)because it has been used in process control for more than a decade.However,the existing algorithms are unable to provide satisfactory results.Therefore,this research uses a reinforcement learning(RL)algorithm to manage the control system.We propose an adaptive speed control of the motor system based on depth deterministic strategy gradient(DDPG).The actor-critic scenario using DDPG is implemented to build the RL agent.In addition,a framework has been created for traditional feedback control systems to make RL implementation easier for control systems.The RL algorithms are robust and proficient in using trial and error to search for the best strategy.Our proposed algorithm is a deep deterministic policy gradient,in which a large amount of training data trains the agent.Once the system is trained,the agent can automatically adjust the control parameters.The algorithm has been developed using Python 3.6 and the simulation results are evaluated in the MATLAB/Simulink environment.The performance of the proposed RL algorithm is compared with a proportional integral derivative(PID)controller and a linear quadratic regulator(LQR)controller.The simulation results of the proposed scheme are promising for the feedback control problems. | Jehangir Arshad Ayesha Khan Mariam Aftab Mujtaba Hussain Ateeq Ur Rehman Shafiq Ahmad Adel M.Al-Shayea Muhammad Shafiq | 2022 | Computers, Materials & Continua2022,,4: | 0 |

| 5 | Designing and Evaluating a Collaborative Knowledge Management Framework for Leaf Disease Detection显示文摘Knowledge Management(KM)has become a dynamic concept for inquiry in research.The management of knowledge from multiple sources requires a systematic approach that can facilitate capturing all important aspects related to a particular discipline,several KM frameworks have been designed to serve this purpose.This research aims to propose a Collaborative Knowledge Management(CKM)Framework that bridges gaps and overcomes weaknesses in existing frameworks.The paper also validates the framework by evaluating its effectiveness for the agriculture sector of Pakistan.A software LCWU aKMS was developed which serves as a practical implementation of the concepts behind the proposed CKMF framework.LCWU aKMS served as an effective system for rice leaf disease detection and identification.It aimed to enhance CKM through knowledge sharing,lessons learned,feedback on problem resolutions,help from co-workers,collaboration,and helping communities.Data were collected from 300 rice crop farmers by questionnaires based on hypotheses.Jennex Olfman model was used to estimate the effectiveness of CKMF.Various tests were performed including frequency measures of variables,Cronbach’s alpha reliability,and Pearson’s correlation.The research provided a KMS depicting KM and collaborative features.The disease detection module was evaluated using the precision and recall method and found to be 94.16%accurate.The system could replace the work of extension agents,making it a cost and time-effective initiative for farmer betterment. | Komal Bashir Mariam Rehman Afnan Bashir Faria Kanwal | 2022 | Computer Systems Science & Engineering2022,42,8: | 0 |
