17稀释比例和滞留时间对Rusitec系统发酵微生物生长、甲烷产气量的影响显示文摘试验研究在Rusitec系统发酵中相近PH条件下,两种稀释比例和滞留时间对微生物生长和甲烷产气量的影响。苜蓿草与精料比例为30:70,稀释比例为3.78%(LDL)与5.42%(HDL),滞留时间为24h(T24)和48h(T48)。试验结果表明,滞留时间为48h时高稀释率发酵物的干物质和中性洗涤纤维消化率与低稀释率相比显著提高。低稀释率时,T48与T24相比差异显著,表明稀释率和滞留时间存在互作。T48甲烷产气量要较T24多,但不受稀释率的影响,且随着纤维素水平的增加产气量同比下降。扩大稀释率使挥发性脂肪酸、丙酸、戊酸、异戊酸和己酸产量下降;但是对乙酸、丁酸和异丁酸产率无影响。增加滞留时间会导致挥发性脂肪酸、乙酸、丁酸和己酸产率增加,丙酸、戊酸和异戊酸产率下降。氨态氮的产率不受滞留时间的影响,但是高稀释率可提高氨态氮产量。高稀释比例微生物生长存活率较低稀释比例低,但两者差异不显著。T48的微生物生长及存活率均显著高于T24。在瘤胃流体中高稀释度时羧甲基纤维素和木聚糖酶活性提高,但不受滞留时间的影响。对表观消化率丙酸、丁酸、异戊酸、己酸乙酸丙酸比值的研究表明,稀释比例和滞留时间两者之间存在互作。研究结果表明,在Rusitec发酵系统中提高发酵物稀释比例,缩短滞留时间可能会有助于改善模拟条件下高精料日粮的瘤胃内环境。Marline Z M E Ranilla M J Ramos S Tejido M L Carro M D 2009饲料博览2009,19,11:1
