1Novel multi–SO_(3)H functionalized ionic liquids as highly efficient catalyst for synthesis of biodiesel显示文摘Biodiesel is an attractive alternative to fossil fuels due to the energy and environmental concerns. In this paper, seven different multi –SO_(3)H functionalized ILs based on the low-cost less-substituted amines, which contained massive sites for functionalization of sulfonic acid groups and further treatment of sulfonate-based anions, were prepared as catalysts with high acidity and desirable catalytic activity for the synthesis of biodiesel from the esterification of oleic acid with methanol. The physicochemical properties of these acidic ILs were characterized by a variety of analytical techniques such as FT-IR, EA, TGA, and the Br?nsted acidity was well determined by UV–vis. Among the ILs prepared, [EDA-PS][P-TSA] showed the highest catalytic activity for esterification due to its high acidity and appropriate miscibility with reactants, with an ultrahigh97.58% conversion of oleic acid under the optimum conditions(i.e. reaction time, 1.8 h;catalyst amount, 3 wt%;alcohol/acid molar ratio, 13:1,temperature 70℃) acquired from the Box–Behnken response surface methodology. With the novel strategy of multi –SO_(3) H modification on ILs,our catalyst had an approaching or even superior oleic acid conversion rate compared to other reported catalysts with considerably lower catalyst dosage and shorter reaction time. More importantly, it also exhibited high generality for converting various FFA feedstocks into biodiesel with considerable conversion within 93.59–94.33% under a rather lower catalyst dosage, which showed the valuable potential for converting low-cost oils into biodiesel from an economic and environmental perspective.Meichen Li Jie Chen Ling Li Changshen Ye Xiaocheng Lin Ting Qiu 2021Green Energy & Environment2021,6,2:1

4Study of Spectral Response Characteristics of Oilseed Rape (Brassica napus) to Particulate Matters Based on Hyper-Spectral Technique显示文摘Haze is mainly caused by the suspended particulate matters in the air,of which the particulate matters pollution harms leaf vegetables.In this paper,oilseed rapes at four different growing periods were investigated in a simulated particulate pollution environment.In combination of hyper-spectral technology and micro examination,the response of hyper-spectral characteristics of the leaf to particulate matters was investigated in-depth.The hyperspectral,chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance of leaf were obtained.The deposition and adsorption of particulate matters on the leaf were observed by Environmental Scanning Electron Microscope(ESEM).Normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI),modified red edge normalized(mNDVI705)and modified red edge simple ratio index(mSR705)were selected as characteristic parameters and the range of 510 nm~620 nm as the sensitive band.16 methods were used to establish the physiological information inversion model.The main results were as follows:Under the influence of particulate matters,the spectral reflectance decreased as a whole.With the increase of leaf age,the phenomenon of blue shift aggravated.The amplitude of yellow and blue edge decreased with overall decreasing vegetation indices.The furrows and irregular band protrusions in leaves were favorable for keeping particulate matters.With longer affecting time and more deposition of particle matters on the leaf,the stomatal opening became smaller.After comparing,principal component regression(PCR)+multiple scatter correction(MSC)+second derivative(SD)+Savitzky-Golay smooth(SG),and partial least square(PLS)+multiple scatter correction(MSC)+first derivative(FD)+Savitzky-Golay smooth(SG)were determined the best method to establish the inversion model of chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate respectively.This study may bring novel ideas for the diagnosis and analysis of the physiological response of leaf vegetables under particulate matters pollution using hyper-spectral technology.Lijuan Kong Haiye Yu Zhaojia Piao Meichen Chen Jingmin Dang Lei Zhang Yuanyuan Sui 2021Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2021,90,3:0

6Effects of Particle Matters on Plant: A Review显示文摘The particle matter,particularly the suspended particle matter(PM≤2.5)in the air is not only a risk factor for human health,but also affects the survival and physiological features of plants.Plants show advantages in the adsorption of particle matter,while the factors,such as the leaf shape,leaf distribution density and leaf surface microstructure,such as grooves,folds,stomata,flocculent projections,micro-roughness,long fuzz,short pubescence,wax and secretory products,appeared to play an important role determing their absorption capacity.In this paper,the research progress on the capture or adsorption of atmospheric particles was summarized,and the forest vegetation and woody plants were discuessed.In addition,special attentions were paid to the effect of haze-fog weather on greenhouse plant,the different responses of plant leaves to dust particles and suspended particles,as well as the effect of suspended particles on morphological change of plants.In the future,research should focus on the mechanism of the influence of particulate matter on plants.More advanced effective and convenient research methods like spectral detection method also need to be developed.This paper may provide reference for future studies on plants’response to haze and particle matter.Lijuan Kong Haiye Yu Meichen Chen Zhaojia Piao Jingmin Dang Yuanyuan Sui 2019Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2019,88,4:0
7BnbHLH92a negatively regulates anthocyanin and proanthocyanidin biosynthesis in Brassica napus显示文摘Yellow seed trait is a desirable characteristic with potential for increasing seed quality and commercial value in rapeseed,and anthocyanin and proanthocyanidins(PAs)are major seed-coat pigments.Few transcription factors involved in the regulation of anthocyanin and PAs biosynthesis have been characterized in rapeseed.In this study,we identified a transcription factor gene BnbHLH92a(BnaA06T0441000ZS)in rapeseed.Overexpressing BnbHLH92a both in Arabidopsis and in rapeseed reduced levels of anthocyanin and PAs.Correspondingly,the expression profiles of anthocyanin and PA biosynthesis genes(TT3,BAN,TT8,TT18,and TTG1)were shown by quantitative real-time PCR to be inhibited in BnbHLH92a-overexpressing Arabidopsis seeds,indicating that BnbHLH92a represses the anthocyanin and PA biosynthesis pathway in Arabidopsis.BnbHLH92a physically interacts with the BnTTG1 protein and represses the biosynthesis of anthocyanins and PAs in rapeseed.BnbHLH92a also binds directly to the BnTT18 promoter and represses its expression.These results suggest that BnbHLH92a is a novel upstream regulator of flavonoid biosynthesis in B.napus.Ran Hu Meichen Zhu Si Chen Chengxiang Li Qianwei Zhang Lei Gao Xueqin Liu Shulin Shen Fuyou Fu Xinfu Xu Ying Liang Liezhao Liu Kun Lu Hao Yu Jiana Li Cunmin Qu 2023The Crop Journal2023,11,2:0
8Metabolomics analysis of poly(L-lactic acid)nanofibers’performance on PC12 cell differentiation显示文摘The aim of this article is to reveal the influence of aligned/random poly(L-lactic acid)(PLLA)nanofibers on PC12 cell differentiation from the perspective of metabolic level.First,three materials-PLLA aligned nanofibers(PLLA AF),PLLA random nanofibers(PLLA RF)and PLLA films(control)-were prepared by electrospinning and spin coating.Their surface morphologies were characterized.Subsequently,the cell viability,cell morphology and neurite length of PC12 cells on the surface of the three materials were evaluated,indicating more neurites in the PLLA RF groups but the longer average neurite length in the PLLA AF groups.Next,the metabolite profiles of PC12 cells cultured on the surface of the three nanofibers after 12 h,24 h and 36 h showed that,compared with the control,51,48 and 31 types of differential metabolites were detected at the three time points among the AF groups,respectively;and 56,45 and 41 types among the RF groups,respectively.Furthermore,the bioinformatics analysis of differential metabolites identified two pathways and three metabolites critical to PC12 cell differentiation influenced by the nanofibers.In addition,the verification experiment on critical metabolites and metabolic pathways were performed.The integrative analysis combining cytology,metabolomics and bioinformatics approaches revealed that though both PLLA AF and RF were capable of stimulating the synthesis of neurotransmitters,the PLLA AF were more beneficial for PC12 cell differentiation,whereas the PLLA RF were less effective.Xiaoman Su Yan Huang Rong Chen Yiwen Zhang Meichen He Xiaoying Lu 2021Regenerative Biomaterials2021,8,4:0
