3Energy and Parameter Analysis of SOFC System for Hydrogen Production from Methane Steam Reforming显示文摘In this paper, an integrated system of solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC) and methane steam reforming for hydrogen production is proposed. The mathematical model of the coupled integrated system is studied by COMSOL and Aspen software, and the energy analysis of the integrated system is carried out. The system recovers and reuses the waste heat of the SOFC stack through the heat exchanger, which can realize the cascade efficient use of energy. By adjusting the different reforming temperatures, steam-to-carbon ratio and SOFC operating temperature of methane steam reforming to produce hydrogen, the parameters that have a greater impact on the system are studied. The research results show that as the steam-to-carbon ratio and reformer operating temperature increase, the net output power and efficiency of the system increase. When the fuel cell operating temperature is 800℃, the output power and efficiency of the system reach the maximum values of 899.93 W and 52.52%, respectively. Increasing the operating temperature of SOFC helps to improve the efficiency of fuel cells, but the efficiency of the integrated system of methane steam reforming hydrogen production and SOFC first increases and then decreases. 4Influence of anode current density on carbon parasitic reactions during electrolysis显示文摘In the electro-deoxidation process,carbon parasitic reaction(CO_(3)^(2-)+4e–=C+3O^(2-))usually occurs when using carbon materials as the anode,which leads to increase of the carbon content in the final metal and decrease of the current efficiency of the process.The aim of this work is to reduce the negative effect of carbon parasitic reaction on the electrolysis process by adjusting anode current density.The results indicate that lower graphite anode area can achieve higher current density,which is helpful to increase the nucleation site of CO_(2) bubbles.Most of CO_(2) would be released from the anode instead of dissolution in the molten CaCl_(2) and reacting with O^(2-)to form CO_(3)^(2-),thus decreasing the carbon parasitic reaction of the process.Furthermore,the results of the compared experiments show that when the anode area decreases from 172.78 to 4.99 cm^(2),CO_(2) concentration in the released gases increases significantly,the carbon mass content in the final metal product decreased from 1.09%to 0.13%,and the current efficiency increased from 6.65%to 36.50%.This study determined a suitable anode current density range for reducing carbon parasitic reaction and provides a valuable reference for the selection of the anode in the electrolysis process.Tongxiang Ma Lang Zhao Yu Yang Liwen Hu Shengfu Zhang Meilong Hu 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,11:1

9Wear resistance performance of high entropy alloy–ceramic coating composites synthesized via a novel combined process显示文摘Titanium nitride(TiN), characterized by its high hardness and strength, was widely used as ceramic coating to improve the wear resistance of matrix materials. In this work, AlCrFeNiTi_(x) high-entropy alloy(HEA) powders were synthesized by direct electrochemical reduction in molten salt from the mixed metal oxides. Then,TiN ceramic coating on the AlCrFeNiTi_x bulk HEA containing the topologically close-packed(TCP) phase(σphase, Laves phase, and Ti_(3)Al phase) was prepared by vacuum hot pressing sintering, where nitride element come from boron nitride parting agent sprayed on the graphite mold. The effect of titanium content on the crystal structure, microstructure, hardness, and wear resistance of the products were investigated by X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscope, field emission electron-probe microanalysis,Vickers hardness tester, and friction–abrasion testing machine. The bulk HEAs exhibit excellent hardness and its hardness increases significantly with the increase of titanium content. The wear mechanism changes from both of predominantly delamination and accompanied oxidative wear to single delamination wear,which is due to ultra-high melting point and high hot hardness of TiN, that can effectively prevent the oxidation and deformation of the worn surface. 10Grapevine plantlets respond to different monochromatic lights by tuning photosynthesis and carbon allocation显示文摘The quality of planting materials is the foundation for productivity,longevity,and berry quality of perennial grapevines with a long lifespan.Manipulating the nursery light spectrum may speed up the production of healthy and high-quality planting vines but the underlying mechanisms remain elusive.Herein,the effects of different monochromatic lights(green,blue,and red)on grapevine growth,leaf photosynthesis,whole-plant carbon allocation,and transcriptome reprograming were investigated with white light as control.Results showed that blue and red lights were favorable for plantlet growth in comparison with white light.Blue light repressed excessive growth,significantly increased the maximum net photosynthetic rate(Pn)of leaves by 39.58%and leaf specific weight by 38.29%.Red light increased the dry weight of the stem by 53.60%,the starch content of the leaf by 53.63%,and the sucrose content of the stem by 230%.Green light reduced all photosynthetic indexes of the grape plantlet.Photosynthetic photon flux density(PPFD)/Ci–Pn curves indicated that blue light affected photosynthetic rate depending on the light intensity and CO2 concentration.RNA-seq analysis of different organs(leaf,stem,and root)revealed a systematic transcriptome remodeling and VvCOP1(CONSTITUTIVELY PHOTOMORPHOGENIC 1),VvHY5(ELONGATED HYPOCOTYL5),VvHYH(HY5 HOMOLOG),VvELIP(early light-induced protein)and VvPIF3(PHYTOCHROME INTERACTING FACTOR 3)may play important roles in this shoot-to-root signaling.Furthermore,the correlation network between differential expression genes and physiological traits indicated that VvpsbS(photosystem II subunit S),Vvpsb28(photosystem II subunit 28),VvHYH,VvSUS4(sucrose synthase 4),and VvALDA(fructose-bisphosphate aldolase)were pertinent candidate genes in responses to different light qualities.Our results provide a foundation for optimizing the light recipe of grape plantlets and strengthen the understanding of light signaling and carbon metabolism under different monochromatic lights.Menglong Liu Yan Zhao Peige Fan Junhua Kong Yongjian Wang Xiaobo Xu Meilong Xu Lijun Wang Shaohua Li Zhenchang Liang Wei Duan Zhanwu Dai 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,9:0
11Survival outcomes of conversion surgery for metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma after neoadjuvant therapy显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the survival outcomes of patients who underwent conversion surgery for metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(mPDAC)after neoadjuvant therapy(NAT)and to identify potential candidates that may benefit from this treat-ment strategy.Background:The role and eligibility population of conversion surgery for mPDAC remains controversial in the era of NAT.Methods:A consecutive cohort of patients diagnosed with mPDAC and treated with NAT followed by conversion surgery be-tween 2019 and 2021 were confirmed from a prospective database maintained by the Department of Pancreatic Hepatobiliary Surgery of Changhai Hospital.In accordance with residual metastases and technical resectability after NAT,patients were classi-fied as the complete pathological response of metastases(ypM0)resection group,residual metastases(ypM1)resection group,and exploration group.Median overall survival(mOS)was calculated using the Kaplan-Meier method,uni-and multivariable cox regression was performed to identify clinicopathological predictors of OS.Results:A total of 244 patients with mPDAC were identified from the prospective database,with 19(7.8%)patients who un-derwent ypM0 resection,22(9.0%)underwent ypM1 resection,and 23(9.4%)underwent explorative laparotomy.The mOS was 32.6 months for ypM0 resected patients,15.1 months for ypM1 resected patients,and 13.4 months for those who underwent explorative laparotomy(P<.001).Univariable and multivariable Cox regression analyses confirmed that ypM0 resection,normal-ization of preoperative CA19-9 levels,and continued adjuvant therapy were independent prognostic factors of conversion surgery for mPDAC after NAT.Subgroup analyses revealed that oligometastases and continued adjuvant therapy were associated with improved prognosis in the ypM1 resection group.Conclusion:In patients with mPDAC who underwent NAT followed by conversion surgery,the complete pathological response of metastases,normalization of preoperative CA19-9 levels,and continued adjuvant therapy were independent risk factors for prognosis.Patients with residual oligometastases after treatment were expected to prolong survival through resection.These patients may benefit from conversion surgery and should be potential candidates for this treatment strategy.Lingyu Zhu Suizhi Gao Xinqian Wu Bo Li Xiaohan Shi Xiaoyi Yin Huan Wang Meilong Shi Penghao Li Yikai Li Chaoliang Zhong Chuanqi Teng Jiawei Han Yiwei Ren Jian Wang Zhendong Fua Xinyu Liu Kailian Zheng Shiwei Guo Gang Jin 2023Journal of Pancreatology2023,6,3:0
12Three-stage decision approach of network dynamic pricing and seat inventory control显示文摘The dynamic joint pricing and seat inventory control is more practical but complicated in both formulation and solving.This paper presents a three-stage decision approach(TSDA)to attack this problem.In the first stage,the relationship between dynamic prices and their pre-sale periods is built.The game process between passengers and the airline based on maximisation of both passenger utility and airline’s network revenue is applied.Passenger’s booking and cancellation processes are simulated according to respective distributions.In the second stage,the seat allocation model for different itineraries is built based on presented unified prices.It greatly decreases computation complexity since prices,itinerary legs and pre-sale time periods are excluded from combination.In the third stage,itinerary-based revenue management model is built with embedding the nested control strategy inside.Meanwhile,some practical factors such as cancellation and no-show are considered.The experimental computation results show TSDA is effective.Jinmin Gao Meilong Le 2022Journal of Control and Decision2022,9,1:0
13Airline Alliance Revenue Distribution Considering Horizontal and Vertical Competition显示文摘Considering the existence of multi-level fares in the alliance,and the existence of horizontal competition and vertical competition at the same time,this paper intends to maximize the revenue of airline alliance and fairly distribute the revenue to member airlines.Firstly,a model is built under the centralized mechanism,in which all airlines in the alliance are regarded as a whole.By solving the model,the shadow price of each flight leg on the code-sharing route is gotten.It is used to calculate the proportion of the revenue distribution.Then,the centralized model is decomposed into the single airline model by the proportion.The seat allocation among airlines and distributed revenue can be gotten by solving the model.Three typical examples are designed to test it.The results show that,the model can effectively reflect the managerial principal of the airline alliance,that is maximizing total revenue and fairly distributing the revenue among member airlines.Le Meilong Fang Yuan 2018Transactions of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics2018,35,S1:0

16The evolution of anatomical hepatectomy:Past,present,and future显示文摘The liver contains a complex structure of blood vessels and bile ducts,and the vascular structure is highly variable.The anatomical segmentation of the liver is still controversial,and the Couinaud segmentation method based on the portal vein is more widely used in clinical practice.The treatment of liver tumors and other lesions is closely related to the liver anatomy.The mechanism of liver tumor invasion and metastasis is complex,and it is currently believed that tumor invasion mainly spreads along the portal vein.Anatomic liver resection is an important surgical method for liver diseases,especially liver tumors.This article reviews the vascular structure of the liver,the development of anatomical hepatectomy,blood flow control,surgical planning,intraoperative navigation,minimally invasive surgery,and precise hepatectomy.Anatomic liver resection is a part of precision liver surgery,which is becoming increasingly more precise in terms of surgical evaluation,surgical planning,and surgical operation.New technologies will facilitate precision surgery with less trauma and greater benefits for patients.With the development and advancement of technology,image-based surgical planning and intraoperative surgical navigation will become more widely used in precision liver surgery.Meilong Wu Shiyun Bao Shizhong Yang 2022iLIVER2022,1,3:0
