| 1 | The design and fault ride through control of un-interrupted DC-DC Autotransformer显示文摘This paper proposed a novel type of DC-DC converter, termed as un-interrupted DC Autotransformer(un-interrupted DC AUTO), which has the capability to ride through DC fault on either side of the converter without blocking any devices. Besides that, the adequately designed converter retains the advantages of DC AUTO technology, namely reduced investment cost and transmission loss. To begin with, the topology and basic attributes of the un-interrupted DC AUTO are illustrated. Then the design goals and the corresponding design procedures are analyzed. Furthermore, an effective control system is proposed to enable the converter steady operation during both normal and faulted conditions. | 2 | Molecular-beam epitaxy-grown HgCdTe infrared detector:Material physics, structure design, and device fabrication显示文摘Infrared(IR) detectors have important applications in numerous civil and military sectors. Hg Cd Te is one of the most important materials for IR detector manufacture. This review systematically discusses the progress of Hg Cd Te materials grown via molecular-beam epitaxy(MBE) for IR detection in terms of material physics, structure design, and fabrication. The material physics of Hg Cd Te includes crystal information, band structure, and electrical and optical properties. The characterization methods of the As-grown Hg Cd Te materials are also summarized. Then, four design structures of Hg Cd Te for IR detectors, with multilayer, superlattice, double-layer heterojunction, and barrier properties, which significantly improve the device performance,are discussed. The third section summarizes the studies on Hg Cd Te MBE-grown on different substrates, including Cd Zn Te, Si,and Ga Sb, in recent decades. This review discusses the factors influencing the growth of the Hg Cd Te film and their relationships and optimal conditions. | 4 | Cross-Band Spectrum Prediction Algorithm Based on Data Conversion Using Generative Adversarial Networks显示文摘Spectrum prediction is one of the new techniques in cognitive radio that predicts changes in the spectrum state and plays a crucial role in improving spectrum sensing performance.Prediction models previously trained in the source band tend to perform poorly in the new target band because of changes in the channel.In addition,cognitive radio devices require dynamic spectrum access,which means that the time to retrain the model in the new band is minimal.To increase the amount of data in the target band,we use the GAN to convert the data of source band into target band.First,we analyze the data differences between bands and calculate FID scores to identify the available bands with the slightest difference from the target predicted band.The original GAN structure is unsuitable for converting spectrum data,and we propose the spectrum data conversion GAN(SDC-GAN).The generator module consists of a convolutional network and an LSTM module that can integrate multiple features of the data and can convert data from the source band to the target band.Finally,we use the generated target band data to train the prediction model.The experimental results validate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. | Chuang Peng Rangang Zhu Mengbo Zhang Lunwen Wang | 2023 | China Communications2023,20,10: | 0 |
| 5 | SIZHD17 is involved in the control of chlorophyll and carotenoid metabolism in tomato fruit显示文摘Chlorophylls and carotenoids are essential and bene fi cial substances for both plant and human health.Identifying the regulatory network of these pigments is necessary for improving fruit quality.In a previous study,we identi fi ed an R2R3-MYB transcription factor,SlMYB72,that plays an important role in chlorophyll and carotenoid metabolism in tomato fruit.Here,we demonstrated that the SlMYB72-interacting protein SlZHD17,which belongs to the zinc-fi nger homeodomain transcription factor family,also functions in chlorophyll and carotenoid metabolism.Silencing SIZHD 17 in tomato improved multiple bene fi cial agronomic traits,including dwar fi sm,accelerated fl owering,and earlier fruit harvest.More importantly,downregulating SIZHD17 in fruits resulted in larger chloroplasts and a higher chlorophyll content.Dual-luciferase,yeast one-hybrid and electrophoretic mobility shift assays clari fi ed that SlZHD17 regulates the chlorophyll biosynthesis gene SIPOR-B and chloroplast developmental regulator SITKN2 in a direct manner.Chlorophyll degradation and plastid transformation were also retarded after suppression of SIZHD17 in fruits,which was caused by the inhibition of SISGR1,a crucial factor in chlorophyll degradation.On the other hand,the expression of the carotenoid biosynthesis genes SIPSY1 and SIZISO was also suppressed and directly regulated by SlZHD17,which induced uneven pigmentation and decreased the lycopene content in fruits with SIZHD17 suppression at the ripe stage.Furthermore,the protein-protein interactions between SlZHD17 and other pigment regulators,including SlARF4,SlBEL11,and SlTAGL1,were also presented.This study provides new insight into the complex pigment regulatory network and provides new options for breeding strategies aiming to improve fruit quality. | Yuan Shi Xiaoqin Pang Wenjing Liu Rui Wang Deding Su Yushuo Gao Mengbo Wu Wei Deng Yudong Liu Zhengguo Li | 2021 | Horticulture Research2021,8,1: | 0 |
