1Optical properties and applications for MoS_2-Sb_2Te_3-MoS_2 heterostructure materials显示文摘Two-dimensional(2D) materials with potential applications in photonic and optoelectronic devices have attracted increasing attention due to their unique structures and captivating properties. However, generation of stable high-energy ultrashort pulses requires further boosting of these materials' optical properties, such as higher damage threshold and larger modulation depth. Here we investigate a new type of heterostructure material with uniformity by employing the magnetron sputtering technique. Heterostructure materials are synthesized with van der Waals heterostructures consisting of MoS_2 and Sb_2Te_3. The bandgap, carrier mobility, and carrier concentration of the MoS_2-Sb_2Te_3-MoS_2 heterostructure materials are calculated theoretically. By using these materials as saturable absorbers(SAs), applications in fiber lasers with Q-switching and mode-locking states are demonstrated experimentally. The modulation depth and damage threshold of SAs are measured to be 64.17%and 14.13 J∕cm^2, respectively. Both theoretical and experimental results indicate that MoS_2-Sb_2Te_3-MoS_2 heterostructure materials have large modulation depth, and can resist high power during the generation of ultrashort pulses. The MoS_2-Sb_2Te_3-MoS_2 heterostructure materials have the advantages of low cost, high reliability, and suitability for mass production, and provide a promising solution for the development of 2D-material-based devices with desirable electronic and optoelectronic properties.WENJUN LIU YA-NAN ZHU MENGLI LIU BO WEN SHAOBO FANG HAO TENG MING LEI LI-MIN LIU ZHIYI WEI 2018Photonics Research2018,6,3:3

3Nonlinear optical properties of WSe_2 and MoSe_2 films and their applications in passively Q-switched erbium doped fiber lasers显示文摘Transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs) are successfully applied in fiber lasers for their photoelectric properties.However, in previous work, how to improve the modulation depth of TMD-based saturable absorbers(SAs) has been a challenging issue. In this paper, WSe_2 and MoSe_2 SAs are fabricated with the chemical vapor deposition method. Compared with previous experiments, the modulation depths of WSe_2 and MoSe_2 SAs with sandwiched structures are effectively increased to 31.25% and 25.69%, respectively. The all-fiber passively Q-switched erbium doped fiber lasers based on WSe_2 and MoSe_2 SAs are demonstrated. The signal-to-noise ratios of those lasers are measured to be 72 and 57 dB, respectively. 6Effect of pH on biologic degradation of Microcystis aeruginosa by alga-lysing bacteria in sequencing batch biofilm reactors显示文摘In this paper, the effect of pH on biological degradation of Microcystis aeruginosa by alga-lysing bacteria in laboratory-scale sequencing batch biofilm reactors (SBBRs) was investigated. After 10 d filming with waste activated sludge, the biological film could be formed, and the bioreactors in which laid polyolefin resin filler were used to treat algal culture. By comparing the removal efficiency of chlorophyll a at different aerobic time, the optimum time was determined as 5 h. Under pH 6.5, 7.5, and 8.5 conditions, the removal rates of Microcystis aeruginosa were respectively 75.9%, 83.6%, and 78.3% (in term of chlorophyll a), and that of Chemical Oxygen Demand (CODMn) were 30.6%, 35.8%, and 33.5%. While the removal efficiencies of ammonia nitrogen (NH+ -N) were all 100%. It was observed that the sequence of the removal efficiencies of algae, NH+ -N and organic matter were pH 7.5 〉 pH 8.5 〉 pH 6.5. The results showed that the dominant alga-lysing bacteria in the SBBRs was strain HM-01, which was identified as Bacillus sp. by Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) amplification of the 16S rRNA gene, Basic Local Alignment Search Tool (BLAST) analysis, and compar- ison with sequences in the GenBank nucleotide database. 8Effects of Two Step Calcination Process on Reaction Sintering Properties of Cordierite Materials显示文摘Cordierite materials were synthesized using natural mineral materials via the two step calcination process.The phase composition and microstructure of the specimens were analysized by X-ray diffraction( XRD) and scanning electron microscopy( SEM),respectively. The sintering properties of cordierite materials were also characterized. The effect of two step calcination process on the reaction sintering properties of cordierite materials was investigated. The results show that the two step calcination process can significantly increase the reaction sintering properties of the cordierite materials. When the weight ratio of the presynthesized cordierite to the premixed raw mineral materials is 2 1,the cordierite materials obtained by the two step calcination process have the higher bulk density and the lower apparent porosity( 2. 18 g·cm-3and 13. 85%,respectively). 9Effect of La_(2)Sn_(2)O_(7)content on Ag-La_(2)Sn_(2)O_(7)/SnO_(2)arc erosion behavior and mechanism显示文摘La_(2)Sn_(2)O_(7)/SnO_(2)powder was synthesized by chemical co-precipitation method,and Ag-La_(2)Sn_(2)O_(7)/SnO_(2)composites were prepared by hot-pressing sintering.The electrical resistivity,density,Brinell hardness and flexural strength of Ag-La_(2)Sn_(2)O_(7)/SnO_(2)composites were measured.Moreover,the effect of La_(2)Sn_(2)O_(7)content on the arc erosion behavior of Ag-La_(2)Sn_(2)O_(7)/SnO_(2)composites at 7 kV voltage was studied.With the increase of La_(2)Sn_(2)O_(7)content,the arc duration and arc energy decrease,and the breakdown strength increases.The surface morphology of Ag-La_(2)Sn_(2)O_(2)/SnO_(2)composites after arc erosion was investigated using scanning electron microscopy and three-dimensio nal laser confocal scanning microscopy.With the increase of La_(2)Sn_(2)O_(7)content,the smaller the erosion damage,the better the anti-arc erosion performance.However,too much La_(2)Sn_(2)O_(7)results in the decrease of Ag-La_(2)Sn_(2)O_(7)/SnO_(2)properties and severe arc erosion.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy was used to determine the composition of the erosion region.The effect of La_(2)Sn_(2)O_(7)on wettability between Ag and SnO_(2)was investigated,and the erosion mechanism of Ag-La_(2)Sn_(2)O_(7)/SnO_(2)composites was discussed systematically.This study can provide a reference for the application of Ag matrix electrical contact materials in high-voltage electrical appliances.Mengli Cao Yi Feng Lili Wang Ting Zhao Hao Zhao Zijue Zhou 2022Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,9:0
10Dynamical analysis of an SDOF quasi‐linear system with jump noises and multitime‐delayed feedback forces显示文摘In this paper,stochastic dynamics of a single degree‐of‐freedom quasi‐linear system with multitime delays and Poisson white noises are investigated using an approximate procedure based on the stochastic averaging method.The simplified equations,including the averaged stochastic differential equation and the averaged generalized Fokker–Planck–Kolmogorov equation,are obtained to calculate the probability density functions(PDFs)to explore stationary responses.The expression of the Lyapunov exponent is presented to examine the asymptotic stochastic Lyapunov stability.An illustrative example of a quasi‐linear oscillator with two Poisson white noises controlled by two time‐delayed feedback forces is worked out to demonstrate the validity of the proposed method.The approximate stationary PDFs of stochastic responses and asymptotic stochastic stability are demonstrated numerically and theoretically.The results show that the Gaussian white noise has a stronger influence on the dynamics than the Poisson white noise with a small mean arrival rate.Moreover,the influence of the time delay and noise parameters on stochastic dynamics is investigated.It is found that the PDFs under the Poisson white noise approach those under Gaussian white noise as the mean arrival rate increases.The time delay can induce stochastic P‐bifurcation of the system.It is also found that the increase of time delay and the mean arrival rates of the Poisson white noises will broaden the unstable parameter region.The comparison between numerical and theoretical results shows the effectiveness of the proposed method.Wantao Jia Mingxia Luo Mengli Hao Yong Xu 2022International Journal of Mechanical System Dynamics2022,2,2:0
