2Fault Diagnosis of Analog Circuit Based on PSO and BP Neural Network显示文摘In order to improve the speed and accuracy of analog circuit fault diagnosis,using Back Propagation Neural Network(BPNN),a new method is proposed based on Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)to adjust weights of BP neural network.The model can not only overcome the limitations of the slow convergence and the local extreme values by basic BP algorithm,but also improve the learning ability and generalization ability with a higher precision.The response signals of analog circuit is preprocessed by Wavelet Packet Transform(WPT)as the fault feature.The simulation result shows that the proposed method has higher diagnostic accuracy and faster convergence speed,which is effective for fault location.JI Mengran CHEN Gang YANG Qing ZHANG Jinge 2014沈阳理工大学学报2014,33,5:1
3Melphalan-loaded methoxy poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(D,L-lactide)copolymer nanomicelles in the treatment of multiple myeloma显示文摘Multiple myeloma(MM)is the second most common hematological tumor characterized by the proliferation of monoclonal plasma cells.Melphalan(MEL)is commonly used in the treatment of MM and is especially essential for patients undergoing autologous stem cell transplantation(ASCT).Although many drugs for MM have been developed in recent years,chemotherapy followed by ASCT remains the optimal option.Melphalan,the backbone of the conditioning regimen,brings severe toxicities at a high dose.Nanodrug delivery systems enable drugs to be highly effective and have low toxicity.In this study,methoxy poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(D,L-lactide)copolymer(MPEG-PDLLA)was chosen to encapsulate melphalan,and the characteristics,effectiveness,and safety of MEL/MPEG-PDLLA in vitro and in vivo were investigated.MEL/MPEG-PDLLA showed slow release and was easily engulfed by MM cells despite a result of the antitumor assay comparable to that of free melphalan in vitro.The in vivo results showed that MEL/MPEG-PDLLA could significantly alleviate tumor burden and prolong survival time without increasing the toxicity to vital organs.In addition,MEL/MPEG-PDLLA could significantly reduce the damage to the intestinal mucosa caused by melphalan.In conclusion,MEL/MPEG-PDLLA shows improved antitumor activity and has the potential to alleviate pains of MM patients undergoing ASCT.Yingying Chen Qiang Zeng Bingyang Chu Zhigang Liu Xue Wei Mengran Chen Peipei Yang Minghai Tang Ting Niu Yongqian Jia Ying Qu Zhiyong Qian 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,9:0
4Core-shell lipid-polymeric nanoparticles for enhanced oral bioavailability and antihypertensive efficacy of KY5 peptide显示文摘Hypertension is the leading risk factor for death and disability, and hypertensive patients always need long-term oral antihypertensive drugs. Some bioactive peptides that extracted from animals or plants have shown excellent advantages on antihypertension. However, the oral delivery of these peptides is always failure on account of instability and poor absorption in the gastrointestinal tract. Herein, we developed a core-shell lipid-polymeric nanoparticle for oral delivery of a highly efficient antihypertensive peptide KY5(KY5-CSs). KY5-CSs had a particle size of 216.7 ± 2.5 nm, with a narrow PDI of 0.07 ± 0.01.The zeta potential was-4.1 ± 0.1 m V. It exhibited good stability in 4 ℃ and possessed a controlled release behavior in gastrointestinal tract. The cellular uptake study proved that the lipid shell imparted unique capability of permeation across the mucus layer and internalization by Caco-2/HT-29 cells. In addition, KY5-CSs enhanced in situ intestinal absorption in SD rats. The pharmacokinetic studies and antihypertensive efficacy showed a superior oral absorption and antihypertensive effect of KY5-CSs than KY5-NPs.
