2Model division multiple access for semantic communications显示文摘In a multi-user system,system resources should be allocated to different users.In traditional communication systems,system resources generally include time,frequency,space,and power,so multiple access technologies such as time division multiple access(TDMA),frequency division multiple access(FDMA),space division multiple access(SDMA),code division multiple access(CDMA),and non-orthogonal multiple access(NOMA)are widely used.In semantic communication,which is considered a new paradigm of the next-generation communication system,we extract high-dimensional features from signal sources in a model-based artificial intelligence approach from a semantic perspective and construct a model information space for signal sources and channel features.From the high-dimensional semantic space,we excavate the shared and personalized information of semantic information and propose a novel multiple access technology,named model division multiple access(MDMA),which is based on the resource of the semantic domain.From the perspective of information theory,we prove that MDMA can attain more performance gains than traditional multiple access technologies.Simulation results show that MDMA saves more bandwidth resources than traditional multiple access technologies,and that MDMA has at least a 5-dB advantage over NOMA in the additive white Gaussian noise(AWGN)channel under the low signal-to-noise(SNR)condition.Ping ZHANG Xiaodong XU Chen DONG Kai NIU Haotai LIANG Zijian LIANG Xiaoqi QIN Mengying SUN Hao CHEN Nan MA Wenjun XU Guangyu WANG Xiaofeng TAO 2023Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering2023,24,6:2
3Effects of Dispersed Mo-Fe Catalysts on Catalytic Hydrothermal Conversion of Residue显示文摘Replacement of precious single metal catalysts with cost-effective,highly-dispersed composite catalysts for catalytic hydrothermal conversion of residue holds tremendous promise for the residue upgrading technologies.Organic metals were added to the feed as the oil-soluble precursors,and were transformed into the catalytic active phases in this work.Physical properties and structures of the composite catalysts had been investigated by X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.The composite catalysts were found to be highly efficient in the catalytic hydrothermal conversion of both the model compound and the residue.Increased metal dispersion and synergistic effects of two metals played indispensable roles in such catalytic system.Results showed that under the test conditions specified in the article,the catalyst had the best catalytic performance when the mass ratio of molybdenum to iron was 1.5.Tao Mengying Hou Huandi Dong Ming Xu Ke 2021China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2021,23,4:2

5Degradation kinetic study of lysine in lysine hydrochloride solutions for injection by determining its main degradation product显示文摘A limited number of researches have been reported to apply the Arrhenius equation to study the relationship between drugs and its degradation products so far.In the present work,the thermal degradation kinetics of lysine hydrochloride solutions for injection,the special solvent for ademetionine 1,4-butanedisulfonate(SAM)for injection,was investigated at selected temperatures and pH values.The main degradation product of lysine was separated,purified,and confirmed as lysine lactam.A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic(RP-HPLC)method without derivation was developed for the simultaneous determination of lysine and lysine lactam.The results confirmed that both the lysine degradation and lysine lactam generation followed zero-order reaction kinetics.The degradation and generation rate constants increased with increasing temperatures and decreasing pH values.The temperature-dependent degradation and generation reaction could be sufficiently modeled on the Arrhenius equation with the activation energy of 80.14 and 83.22 kJ/mol,respectively.Meanwhile,a linear relationship existed between the amount of lysine degradation and lysine lactam generation since the approximate activation energy.Considering there could be other side effects,we established an upper limit of lysine lactam(500 mg/ml),as the acceptable criteria for stability to estimate the shelf life together with lysine,which made the prediction more accurate and credible.Extrapolation data demonstrated that the lysine hydrochloride solutions for injection could be stable for two years stored at room temperature.Mengying Tao Meng Zhu Chunnuan Wu Zhonggui He 2015Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2015,10,1:1
6An intra-articular injectable phospholipids-based gel for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis显示文摘Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a chronic inflammatory and destructive arthropathy with a high deformity rate.Despite numerous studies and clinical trials,no curative treatment is available for large weight-bearing joints.Intra-articular(IA)injections could deliver high concentrations of drug to the afflicted joint and improve the drug efficacy while reducing systemic toxicity.However,free drugs are rapidly cleared from synovial fluid and do not significantly halt the progression of joint disease.Herein,a phospholipids-based controlledrelease gel was prepared for sustained IA delivery of celastrol(CEL)and the therapeutic efficiencywas evaluated in a rheumatoid arthritis rabbitmodel.The CEL-loaded gel(CEL-gel)contained up to 70%phospholipids yetwas easy to inject.After injecting into the joint cavity,CEL-gel achieved sol to gel phase transition without special stimuli and gelling agent.In vitro release and in vivo pharmacokinetic studies evidenced the stable and sustained release action of CEL-gel.A single IA injection of CEL-gel could maintain therapeutic efficiency for about 25 d and showed much better anti-arthritic efficacy compared to repeated injections of free drug solution(CEL-sol).Furthermore,the IA injection of CEL-gel greatly reduced the systemic toxicity of CEL.With good biocompatibility and biodegradability,CEL-gel might be a promising IA drug delivery system.Yuping Yang Shiqin Luo Xiong Peng Ting Zhao Qin He Mengying Wu Wei Zhang Tao Gong Zhirong Zhang 2023Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2023,18,1:0
7Albumin-based multidrug delivery system enriched in Golgi apparatus against metastatic breast cancer显示文摘Breast cancer and metastasis remain great challenges in clinical therapy.Compared with monotherapy,combination therapy,especially mediated by nanomedicine delivery strategy,significantly improves the therapeutic efficacy and reduces undesired toxicity.Cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)inhibitors are widely used for adjuvant chemotherapy because COX-2 is overexpressed in virtually all cancer cell lines to regulate tumor progression by catalyzing prostaglandin E2(PGE2)synthesis.This drug combination strategy is still required to be improved due to some unsatisfactory clinical trial results.Intricate processes of tumor growth and metastasis are orchestrated by multiple proteins in addition to COX-2,which are modified and transported by Golgi apparatus.Hence,disrupting the structure and function of Golgi apparatus can inhibit the secretion of tumor-related proteins and further suppress carcinoma progression and metastasis.Since COX-2 is also enriched within Golgi apparatus in tumor cells,COX-2 inhibitors and Golgi disrupting agents can be co-delivered to Golgi apparatus to maximize the synergy.In this work,we developed a human serum albumin(HSA)nanoparticle encapsulating pirarubicin(THP),retinoic acid(RA),and indomethacin(IMC),called TIR-HSA,which was observed to be localized in Golgi complex of 4T1 cells.Owing to the synergistic effect of these three drugs,TIR-HSA inhibited the proliferation,migration,and invasion of tumor cells,enhanced the apoptotic rate,and improved the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment,which remarkably regressed the tumor growth and metastasis and prolonged the survival period of 4T1-bearing mice.Chenqi Guo Xiong Peng Ting Zhao Jiaxing Feng Zhaofei Guo Mengying Wu Rongping Zhang Xun Sun Yuan Huang Zhirong Zhang Tao Gong 2023Nano Research2023,16,4:0
8Enhanced oil recovery by low-salinity water spontaneous imbibition (LSW-SI) in a typical tight sandstone formation of mahu sag from core scale to field scale显示文摘Accelerating mass exchange between matrix and fractures is the essence of enhanced oil recovery(EOR)in tight formations after natural depletion.Low salinity water(LSW)injection has been commerciallyproven in conventional reservoirs EOR,with scale projects in progress worldwide.There is,however,a lack of understanding of the EOR effect in tight formations.Therefore,in this work,we introduced LSWEOR to a target tight formation using huff-puff mode.Spontaneous imbibition(SI)tests were firstly performed on homogenous Berea sandstone cores with decreasing salinity brine to observe the production response.The results indicated that the oil recovery of the tight rock was boosted by tuning brine salinity.Of all the used brines with salinity ranging from 0.021%to 2.1%TDS(total dissolved salinity),the 0.21%TDS brine showed a rapid increase in oil production over imbibing time,which finally led to an incremental oil recovery of 4.5%OOIP(original oil in place).Core-scale modeling was conducted by history-matching the oil recovery dynamics of the SI results through modifying capillary pressure and relative permeability.A full-scale reservoir model was constructed using micro-seismic data to model fracture geometry combing fracturing results and scaling parameters obtained from core scale historymatching.It is proven that LSW huff-n-puff stimulated the oil production after natural depletion and improved MEE(mass exchange efficiency)of the target formation,but the EOR benefit was not comparable to CO2 and surfactant-assisted water huff-puff methods.Bing Wei Lele Wang Tao Song Mengying Zhong Mikhail A.Varfolomeev 2021Petroleum2021,7,3:0
9Scavenger receptor A-mediated nanoparticles target M1 macrophages for acute liver injury显示文摘Acute liver injury(ALI)has an elevated fatality rate due to untimely and ineffective treatment.Although,schisandrin B(SchB)has been extensively used to treat diverse liver diseases,its therapeutic efficacy on ALI was limited due to its high hydrophobicity.Palmitic acid-modified serum albumin(PSA)is not only an effective carrier for hydrophobic drugs,but also has a superb targeting effect via scavenger receptor-A(SR-A)on the M1 macrophages,which are potential therapeutic targets for ALI.Compared with the common macrophage-targeted delivery systems,PSA enables site-specific drug delivery to reduce off-target toxicity.Herein,we prepared SchB-PSA nanoparticles and further assessed their therapeutic effect on ALI.In vitro,compared with human serum albumin encapsulated SchB nanoparticles(SchB-HSA NPs),the SchB-PSA NPs exhibited more potent cytotoxicity on lipopolysaccharide(LPS)stimulated Raw264.7(LAR)cells,and LAR cells took up PSA NPs 8.79 times more than HSA NPs.As expected,the PSA NPs also accumulated more in the liver.Moreover,SchB-PSA NPs dramatically reduced the activation of NF-κB signaling,and significantly relieved inflammatory response and hepatic necrosis.Notably,the high dose of SchB-PSA NPs improved the survival rate in 72 h of ALI mice to 75%.Hence,SchB-PSA NPs are promising to treat ALI.Rongping Zhang Shiqing Luo Ting Zhao Mengying Wu Lu Huang Ling Zhang Yuan Huang Huile Gao Xun Sun Tao Gong Zhirong Zhang 2023Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2023,18,3:0
