1High-Strength and High-Plasticity TWIP Steel for Modern Vehicle显示文摘In this paper new high-strength and high-plasticity twinning induced plasticity (TWIP) steel for modern automobile body was investigated. Some basic experimental results were given. The results indicate the TWlP steel has excellent properties. It exhibits high ultimate tensile strength (600~1100 MPa) and extremely large elongation of 60% to 90%. 3Effects of annealing temperature on the microstructure and properties of the 25Mn-3Si-3Al TWIP steel显示文摘Microstructures and mechanical properties of the 25Mn twinning induced plasticity (TWIP) steel at different annealing temperatures were investigated. The results indicated that when the annealing temperature was 1000°C,the 25Mn steel showed ex-cellent comprehensive mechanical properties,the tensile strength was about 640 MPa,the yield strength was higher than 255 MPa,and the elongation was above 82%. The microstructure was analyzed by optical microscopy (OM),X-ray diffraction (XRD),and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Before deformation the microstructure was composed of austenitic matrix and annealing twins at room temperature; at the same time,a significant amount of annealing twins and stacking faults were observed by TEM. 4The distribution of the oil derived from Cambrian source rocks in Lunnan area,the Tarim Basin,China显示文摘There are great differences in biomarks between Cambrian oil and Middle-Upper Ordovician oil. In this stuty, the authors analyzed 40 oils found in Lunnan area by GC-MS and calculated the content of Cambrian oil in the 40 oils according to the steroid indexes of typical oil mixture and match experiment. The results show that it is a general phenomenon in Ordovician reservoir that the oil derived from Cambrian source rock mixed with the oil derived from Middle-Upper Ordovician source rock in Lunnan area, the mixture degree of the two oils is lower in Carboniferous reservoir than in Ordovician reservoir, and the oils kept in Triassic reservoir have single source, Middle-Upper Ordovician source rock. The mixture oils mainly composed of Cambrian oil (>50%) distributed in Sangtamu fault zone, and the oils found in Lunnan fault zone are Middle-Upper Ordovician oil. This distribution of oils in Lunnan area is owing to that Lunnan fault zone is located in anticline axis part, Lunnan fault zone underwent serious erosion, and the oils from Cambrian source rock accumulated in Lunnan fault zone were degraded completely during Caledonian-Hercynian movement. But the Cambrian oil accumulated in Sangtamu fault zone was not degraded completely and some of them were left for the location of Sangtamu fault zone is lower than Lunnan fault zone. 6Accumulation and speciation of selenium in Cardamine sp. in Yutangba Se Mining Field, Enshi, China显示文摘A naturally selenium-accumulating Cardamine sp. is growing in Yutangba Selenium Mining Field, Enshi area, Hubei Province, China, where the geochemical environment is selenium-enriched and endemic selenosis ever occurred in humans. The present study investigated the characteristics of accumulation, speciation and quantity of selenium in Cardamine sp. with HPLC-ICP-MS. Results show that Cardamine sp. can accumulate Se at most 1427 mg/kg in seedling leaves. Even after the biomass incensement of growing up, the plant still could accumulate Se up to several hundred of mg/kg in concentration. Moreover, the biomass enrichment coefficient(BEC) of Se is exceedingly high, in the seedling leaves mostly, higher than 50 mg/kg; in the range of 43.7–68 mg/kg; and the lowest value is higher than 3 mg/kg in mature fronds. Se is present in the plant predominantly in form of Se Cys2 with the highest concentration in seeds; up to 1081 mg/kg as Se. In contrast, Se Cys2 levels are low during early growth period; they are 136.1 mg/kg as Se in seedling fronds and 39.4 mg/kg as Se in mature fronds, respectively. Se Met concentration is comparatively low; 10.6 mg/kg as Se in seedling frond and 5.3 mg/kg as Se in half mature fronds, respectively. This indicates that Cardamine sp. is extremely efficient in extracting Se from soil and translocating it into its above-ground biomass. Therefore, Cardamine sp., found in Yutangba Se Mining Field may be a new Se hyperaccumulator. It is still uncertain whether the Se-accumulation or detoxification of Cardamine sp. happens through the pathway of Se Cys methylated to form Se-methylseleno Cys or through the formation of Se-carboxymethyl- selenohomocysteine. 7Schistosoma japonicum egg antigen up-regulates fibrogenesis and inhibits proliferation in primary hepatic stellate cells in a concentration-dependent manner显示文摘AIM:To investigate the effects of different concentrations of Schistosoma japonicum(S.japonicum) egg antigen on fibrogenesis and apoptosis in primary hepatic stellate cells(HSCs).METHODS:A mouse model of schistosomiasis-associated liver fibrosis(SSLF) was established by infecting mice with schistosomal cercaria via the abdomen.HSCs were isolated from SSLF mice by discontinuous density gradient centrifugation,and their identity was confirmed by immunofluorescence double staining of α-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA) and desmin.The growth inhibitory effect and 50% inhibitory concentration(IC50) of S.japonicum egg antigen for primary HSCs(24 h) were determined using a cell counting kit-8(CCK-8) assay.The expression levels of α-SMA,matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMOL/LP-9) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases-1(TIMP-1) in HSCs in response to different concentrations of S.japonicum egg antigen were detected by Western blotting and real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction.The levels of phospho-P38(P-P38),phospho-Jun N-terminal kinase(P-JNK) and phospho-Akt(P-AKT) in HSCs were detected by Western blotting.RESULTS:An SSLF mouse model was established,and primary HSCs were successfully isolated and cultured.S.japonicum egg antigen inhibited HSC proliferation in a concentration-dependent manner.The IC50 of the S.japonicum egg antigen was 244.53 ± 35.26 μg/mL.S.japonicum egg antigen enhanced α-SMA expression at both the mRNA and protein levels and enhanced TIMP-1 expression at the mRNA level in HSCs(P < 0.05),whereas the expression of MMOL/LP-9 was attenuated at both the mRNA and protein levels in a concentration-dependent manner(P < 0.05).A high concentration of S.japonicum egg antigen enhanced P-P38,P-JNK and P-AKT activation(P < 0.05).The changes in α-SMA and MMOL/LP-9 expression induced by S.japonicum egg antigen were closely correlated with P-P38 and P-JNK activation(P < 0.05).The attenuation of MMOL/LP-9 was also correlated with P-AKT activation(P < 0.05),but the increase in α-SMA expression was not.TIMP-1 expression was not correlated with P-P38,P-JNK or P-AKT activation.CONCLUSION:S.japonicum egg antigen promotes fibrogenesis,activates the P38/JNK mitogen-activated protein kinase and AKT/PI3K signaling pathways and inhibits proliferation in primary HSCs isolated from SSLF mice in a concentration-dependent manner.Ping Liu Mi Wang Xiao-Dan Lu Shu-Juan Zhang Wang-Xian Tang 2013World Journal of Gastroenterology2013,19,8:8
8SUMOylation of RIG-I positively regulates the type I interferon signaling显示文摘Retinoic acid-inducible gene-I(RIG-I)functions as an intracellular pattern recognition receptor(PRR)that recognizes the 5'-triphosphate moiety of single-stranded RNA viruses to initiate the innate immune response.Previous studies have shown that Lys63-linked ubiquitylation is required for RIG-I activation and the downstream anti-viral type I interferon(IFN-I)induction.Herein we reported that,RIG-I was also modified by small ubiquitin-like modifier-1(SUMO-1).Functional analysis showed that RIG-I SUMOylation enhanced IFN-I production through increased ubiquitylation and the interaction with its downstream adaptor molecule Cardif.Our results therefore suggested that SUMOylation might serve as an additional regulatory tier for RIG-I activation and IFN-I signaling.Zhiqiang Mi Jihuan Fu Yanbao Xiong Hong Tang 2010Protein & Cell2010,1,3:6
9Preparation of Mg-Li alloys by electrolysis in molten salt at low temperature显示文摘A new technology for preparation of low cost Mg-Li alloys was studied. The alloys were prepared by electrolysis in molten LiCl-KCl (weight ratio is 1:1) electrolyte with Mg rod severing as the consumed cathode. Main factors that affect current efficiency were investigated, and optimal electrolysis parameters were obtained. Mg-Li alloys with low lithium content (about 25%) were prepared by the unique method of a higher post-thermal treatment temperature after electrolysis at low temperature. 10INFLUENCE OF COLD ROLLING REDUCTION ON MICROSTRUCTURE AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF TWIP STEEL显示文摘The influence of cold rolling reduction on microstructure and mechanical properties of the TWIP (ttwinning induced plasticity) steel was investigated. The results indicated that the steel had better comprehensive mechanical properties when cold rolling reduction was about 65.0% and the annealing temperature was 1000℃. The tensile strength of the steel is about 640MPa and the yield strength is higher than 255MPa, while the elongation is above 82%. 11SHR-A1403, a novel c-Met antibody-drug conjugate, exerts encouraging anti-tumor activity in c-Met-overexpressing models显示文摘Emerging evidence demonstrates that a c-Met antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) has superior ef?cacy and safety pro?les compared with those of currently available small molecules or antibody inhibitors for the treatment of c-Met-overexpressing cancers. Here we described both the in vitro and in vivo ef?cacies of SHR-A1403, a novel c-Met ADC composed of a humanized IgG2 monoclonal antibody against c-Met conjugated to a novel cytotoxic microtubule inhibitor. SHR-A1403 showed high af?nity to c-Met proteins derived from human or monkey and potent inhibitory effects in cancer cell lines with high c-Met protein expression. In mice bearing tumors derived from cancer cell lines or patient HCC tissues with con?rmed c-Met overexpression, SHR-A1403 showed excellent anti-tumor ef?cacy. Antibody binding with c-Met contributed to SHR-A1403 endocytosis;the subsequent translocation to lysosomes and cytotoxicity of the released toxin are speculated to be predominant mechanisms underlying the anti-tumor activity of SHR-A1403. In conclusion, SHR-A1403 showed signi?cant anti-tumor activity in cancer cell lines, xenograft mouse models and an HCC PDX model, which all have high c-Met levels. 13Carbonyl polymeric electrode materials for metal-ion batteries显示文摘Benefiting from the diversity and subjective design feasibility of molecular structure, flexibility,lightweight, molecular level controllability, resource renewability and relatively low cost, polymeric electrode materials are promising candidates for the next generation of sustainable energy resources and have attracted extensive attention for the foreseeable large scale applications. The conductive polymers have been utilized as electrode materials in the pioneer reports, which, however, have the disadvantages of low stability, low reversibility and slope voltage due to the delocalization of charges in the whole conjugated systems. The discovery of carbonyl materials aroused the interest of organic and polymeric materials for batteries again. This review presents the recent progress in carbonyl polymeric electrode materials for lithium-ion batteries, sodium-ion batteries and magnesium-ion batteries. 14In-situ observation on the deformation behaviors of Fe-Mn-C TWIP steel显示文摘The microstructure and crack behaviour of twinning induced plasticity (TWIP) steel during tensile deformation was investigated with in-situ scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that there are two modes of plastic deformation during tensile test in the Fe-Mn-C TWIP steel: dislocation gliding and deformation twins. During the process of tensile deformation, secondary deformed twins are found. 15Small Peptides Catalyzed Direct Aldol Reactions of Aldehydes with Hydroxyacetone with Regiocontrol in Aqueous Media显示文摘 Very recently, we[1] found that L-proline amides and dipeptides acted as efficient catalysts for the asymmetric direct aldol reaction. We report here that L-proline-based peptides 1~5 can catalyze the aldol reactions of hydroxyacetone with aldehydes 6 in aqueous media, to give 1,4-diols (7), the disfavored products with either aldolase or L-proline. 16Microstructure Characteristics of an Fe-Mn-C TWIP Steel After Deformation显示文摘The microstructure characteristics of an Fe-Mn-C TWIP steel after deformation are investigated.The results show that the hot-rolled,cold-rolled and then annealed sample of the Fe-Mn-C TWIP steel has excellent mechanical properties,and the true stress-true strain curve from tension tests exhibits repeated serrations.The deformed microstructure exhibits the typical planar glide characteristics such as no cell formation,dislocation pile-ups on a single slip plane,mechanical twins and stacking faults.There are equiaxial and deep dimple structures in the fractograph,indicative of a ductile fracture.Microcracks initiate from inclusions and twin-twin intersections.Deformation and fracture processes are the formation,growth and coalescence of microvoids.DAI Yong-juan TANG Di MI Zhen-li LU Jian-chong 2010Journal of Iron and Steel Research(International)2010,17,9:3
17Carbon coated ultrasmall anatase TiO_2 nanocrystal anchored on N,S-RGO as high-performance anode for sodium ion batteries显示文摘Anatase TiO_2 has been investigated as one of the most promising anode materials for sodium ion batteries(SIBs)with low cost and high theoretical capacity.Herein,a composite material of TiO_2 /N,S-RGO@C with carbon coated ultrasmall anatase TiO_2 anchored on nitrogen and sulfur co-doped RGO matrix was successfully prepared by a rational designed process.The composite structure exhibited ultrasmall crystal size,rich porous structure,homogeneous heteroatoms doping and thin carbon coating,which synergistically resulted in elevated electron and ion transfer.The anode exhibited high rate capacities with good reversibility under high rate cycling.The carbon coating was investigated to be effective to prevent active material falling and lead to long term cycling performance with a high capacity retention of 181 m Ah g^(à1)after 2000cycles at 2 C.Kinetic studies were carried out and the results revealed that the superior performance of the composite material were derived from the decreased charge transfer resistance and elevated ion diffusion.Results suggested that the TiO_2 /N,S-RGO@C composite is a promising anode material for sodium ion batteries.Lingfei Zhao Tong Tang Weihua Chen Xiangming Feng Liwei Mi 2018Green Energy & Environment2018,3,3:2
18Lutein delays photoreceptor degeneration in a mouse model of retinitis pigmentosa显示文摘Retinitis pigmentosa is a retinal disease characterized by photoreceptor degeneration.There is currently no effective treatment for retinitis pigmentosa.Although a mixture of lutein and other antioxidant agents has shown promising effects in protecting the retina from degeneration,the role of lutein alone remains unclear.In this study,we administered intragastric lutein to Pde6brd10 model mice,which display degeneration of retinal photoreceptors,on postnatal days 17(P17)to P25,when rod apoptosis reaches peak.Lutein at the optimal protective dose of 200 mg/kg promoted the survival of photoreceptors compared with vehicle control.Lutein increased rhodopsin expression in rod cells and opsin expression in cone cells,in line with an increased survival rate of photoreceptors.Functionally,lutein improved visual behavior,visual acuity,and retinal electroretinogram responses in Pde6brd10 mice.Mechanistically,lutein reduced the expression of glial fibrillary acidic protein in Müller glial cells.The results of this study confirm the ability of lutein to postpone photoreceptor degeneration by reducing reactive gliosis of Müller cells in the retina and exerting anti-inflammatory effects.This study was approved by the Laboratory Animal Ethics Committee of Jinan University(approval No.LACUC-20181217-02)on December 17,2018.Hui-Jun Zhang Xiao-Bin Liu Xiong-Min Chen Qi-Hang Kong Yu-Sang Liu Kwok-Fai So Jian-Su Chen Ying Xu Xue-Song Mi Shi-Bo Tang 2022Neural Regeneration Research2022,17,7:2

20Texture and Microstructure Evolution During Tensile Testing of TWIP Steels with Diverse Stacking Fault Energy显示文摘Texture and microstructure evolution in two kinds of the twinning induced plasticity(TWIP)steels(Fe-MnSi-Al and Fe-Mn-C)with diverse stacking fault energies during tensile testing were investigated by interrupted testing.The strain-hardening rate curves of the two steels were quite similar,but the texture characterization curves(maximum of pole density measured by X-ray difraction)were varied.According to the curvature of max pole density curves,the evolution of the texture and the microstructure can be divided into three stages:low strain stage,medium stage and high stage.In low strain stage the diference of the microstructure came from the intensity of dislocation,which was much smaller in Fe-Mn-Si-Al.The main diference of the microstructure in medium and high strain stages originated from the numbers of activated twin systems.There were more than one twin systems activated in Fe-Mn-C,while only a single twin system activated in Fe-Mn-Si-Al.Texture showed various diferences in the whole tensile process because it was afected by their micromechanism,such as concentration of the dislocation and the activation of twin systems.Texture in low strain stage was connected with annealing twin;the evolution ofthe texture was mainly induced by deformation twin generation.More than one activated twin systems in medium and high stages may counteract each other in the view of concentration of the grain orientations.Yanxin WU Di TANG Haitao JIANG Zhenli MI Haitao JING 2013Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2013,26,6:2
