1点阵激光联合富血小板血浆治疗痤疮瘢痕显示文摘背景富血小板血浆(PRP)因其富含大量的生长因子,已经被应用于增强激光治疗痤疮瘢痕的临床疗效,但是其具体作用机制尚不得而知。目的 本研究旨在探讨PRP联合点阵激光治疗痤疮瘢痕背后的分子机制。方法 受试者的痤疮瘢痕程度从轻度到中度,采用自身对照的方法,受试者在使用点阵CO_2激光治疗后,一侧面部使用PRP辅助治疗,另一侧不使用PRP。设立患者皮肤活检状态的基线,在治疗后第1天、第3天、第7天和第28天分别获得皮肤活检标本并进行检测,研究激光联合PRP后皮肤相关变化的分子层面因素。结果 激光联合PRP治疗痤疮瘢痕的临床疗效更佳,降低了红斑、肿胀和渗出等不良反应的严重程度。Min S Yoon JY Park SY 2018中国医疗美容2018,8,1:12
2桑螵蛸脂类提取物对铜绿假单胞菌的抗菌活性和抗生物膜作用(英文)显示文摘目的:探究桑螵蛸脂类提取物的成分及对铜绿假单胞菌的抗菌和抗生物膜作用。创新点:中国传统中药桑螵蛸一直广泛应用于肾病的治疗,在抗菌领域未见报道,本实验首次证明桑螵蛸脂类提取物对铜绿假单胞菌有明显的抗菌和抗生物膜作用。方法:采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术,测定桑螵蛸脂质提取物的化学成分及其相对比例。采用纸片扩散法和琼脂平板稀释法观察桑螵蛸脂类提取物对铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌效应并测定最小抑制浓度(MIC)。采用结晶紫染色法和扫描电镜(SEM)进行抑制生物被膜的试验。结论:桑螵蛸脂类提取物中含有16种化合物,最丰富的成分分别是倍半萜类化合物、单萜和微量芳香族化合物。桑螵蛸脂类提取物对铜绿假单胞菌的MIC为4 mg/ml,对铜绿假单胞菌生物被膜的抑制作用明显。Wen-dong WANG Nan-nan ZHANG Warren CHANDA Min LIU Syed Riaz ud DIN Yun-peng DIAO Lei LIU Jing CAO Xiao-li WANG Xing-yun LI An-hong NING Min HUANG Min-tao ZHONG 2018Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2018,19,5:6
