1Adaptive block dynamic surface control for integrated missile guidance and autopilot显示文摘A novel integrated guidance and autopilot design method is proposed for homing missiles based on the adaptive block dynamic surface control approach. The fully integrated guidance and autopilot model is established by combining the nonlinear missile dynamics with the nonlinear dynamics describing the pursuit situation of a missile and a target in the three-dimensional space. The integrated guidance and autopilot design problem is further converted to a state regulation problem of a time-varying nonlinear system with matched and unmatched uncertainties. A new and simple adaptive block dynamic surface control algorithm is proposed to address such a state regulation problem. The stability of the closed-loop system is proven based on the Lyapunov theory. The six degrees of freedom (6DOF) nonlinear numerical simulation results show that the proposed integrated guidance and autopilot algorithm can ensure the accuracy of target interception and the robust stability of the closed-loop system with respect to the uncertainties in the missile dynamics.Hou Mingzhe Liang Xiaoling Duan Guangren 2013Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2013,26,3:56

4Principle and theoretical analysis of continuous roll forming for three-dimensional surface parts显示文摘Continuous roll forming(CRF) is a novel forming process for three-dimensional surface parts,in which a pair of bendable forming rolls is used as sheet metal forming tool.By controlling the gap between the upper and lower forming rolls,sheet metal is non-uniformly extended in the longitudinal direction while it is bent in the transverse direction during the rolling process.As a result,longitudinal bending is gained and a doubly curved surface is formed.With the rotations of the forming rolls,the sheet metal is deformed consecutively,and a three-dimensional surface part is shaped continuously.In this paper,the mechanism of the three-dimensional surface formation in CRF is set forth.Through theoretical analysis of the CRF process,the governing equations for the bending deformation in rolling process are presented.Based on the simplification on the deformation and material model,the formulation to calculate the longitudinal bending deformation is derived,and the methods to design the compression ratio and the roll gap are given,the effects of compression ratio of rolling and the width of blank sheet on the longitudinal bending curvature are analyzed.The forming experiments on typical surface parts and measured results show that forming results with good precision can be obtained by CRF process.CAI ZhongYi LI MingZhe 2013Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,2:9
5Displacement mechanisms of enhanced heavy oil recovery by alkaline flooding in a micromodel显示文摘Enhanced oil recovery (EOR) by alkaline flooding for conventional oils has been extensively studied. For heavy oils, investigations are very limited due to the unfavorable mobility ratio between the water and oil phases. In this study, the displacement mechanisms of alkaline flooding for heavy oil EOR are investigated by conducting flood tests in a micromodel. Two different displacement mechanisms are observed for enhancing heavy oil recovery. One is in situ water-in-oil (W/O) emulsion formation and partial wettability alteration. The W/O emulsion formed during the injection of alkaline solution plugs high permeability water channels, and pore walls are altered to become partially oil-wetted, leading to an improvement in sweep efficiency and high tertiary oil recovery. The other mechanism is the formation of an oil-in-water (O/W) emulsion. Heavy oil is dispersed into the water phase by injecting an alkaline solution containing a very dilute surfactant. 8DELLA proteins interact with FLC to repress flowering transition显示文摘Flowering is a highly orchestrated and extremely ct critical process in a plant's life cycle. Previous study has ademonstrated that SUPPRESSOR OF OVEREXPRESSION OF pCONSTANS 1(SOC1) and FLOWERING LOCUS T(FT) integrate m-I the gibberellic acid(GA) signaling pathway and vernalization higpathway in regulating flowering time, but detailed molecular Hmechanisms remain largely unclear. In GA signaling pathway,DELLA proteins are a group of master transcriptional regulators, while in vernalization pathway FLOWERING LOCUS C(FLC) is a core transcriptional repressor that down-regulates the expression of SOC1 and FT. Here, we report that DELLA proteins interact with FLC in vitro and in vivo, and the LHRI domains of DELLAs and the C-terminus of MADS domain of FLC are required for these interactions.Phenotypic and gene expression analysis showed that mutation of FLC reduces while over-expression of FLC enhances the GA response in the flowering process. Further,DELLA-FLC interactions promote the repression ability of FLC on its target genes. 10On-line optimal autonomous reentry guidance based on improved Gauss pseudospectral method显示文摘The on-line optimal autonomous reentry guidance of the hypersonic vehicle is proposed based on the improved Gauss pseudospectral method(IGPM).The autonomous reentry guidance requires the hypersonic vehicle can generate the optimal trajectory for the latest flight mission on line and track the new trajectory well under the uncertainty.These two problems are simplified into a nonlinear optimal control problem with nonlinear constraints.The IGPM is introduced to solve the above two problems.The trajectory has to change according to the flight mission and therefore the new optimal trajectory can be obtained by IGPM within about10 s.The optimal feedback guidance law is used to track the reference trajectory to handle the uncertainty.In order to deal with the CPU time delay,which comes from optimizing the new trajectory,the new on-line optimal autonomous reentry guidance is depicted.Finally,the numerical simulation shows that the proposed autonomous guidance can generate optimal trajectory for the new flight mission and have a high tracking accuracy.SUN Yong HOU MingZhe DUAN GuangRen LIANG XiaoLing 2014Science China(Information Sciences)2014,57,5:6

12Clinicopathological analysis of metaplastic meningioma: report of 15 cases in Huashan Hospital显示文摘Objective: Metaplastic meningioma is a rare subtype of benign meningiomas, classified as WHO grade I with well prognosis. Here we presented our experiences on 15 cases of metaplastic meningioma, to investigate the clinicopathological features, therapies and prognosis of these cases. Methods: 15 patients underwent surgical treatment for intracranial metaplastic meningioma between 2001 and 2010 at Neurosurgery Department of Huashan Hospital, Shanghai, China. The clinical data, radiological manifestation, treatment strategy, pathological findings and prognosis of all patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Among the 15 cases (10 males and 5 females), the age ranged from 22 to 74 years old (the mean age was 50.67-year old). The clinical manifestations include headache, dizziness, seizure attack, vision decrease, and weakness of bilateral lower limbs. All the patients received surgical treatment, combined with radiotherapy in some cases. In the follow-up period, recurrence occurred in 2 cases, of which 1 patient died of other system complications. Conclusions: Metaplastic meningiomas are characterized by focal or widespread mesenchymal differentiation with formation of bone, cartilage, fat, and xanthomatous tissue elements. Surgical removal is the optimal therapy, and the overall prognosis is well. 15Difference in full-filled time and its controlling factors in the Central Canyon of the Qiongdongnan Basin显示文摘Based on the interpretation of high resolution 2D/3D seismic data,sedimentary filling characteristics and fullfilled time of the Central Canyon in different segments in the Qiongdongnan Basin of northwestern South China Sea have been studied.The research results indicate that the initial formation age of the Central Canyon is traced back to 11.6 Ma(T40),at which the canyon began to develop due to the scouring of turbidity currents from west to east.During the period of 11.6–8.2 Ma(T40–T31),strong downcutting by gravity flow occurred,which led to the formation of the canyon.The canyon fillings began to form since 8.2 Ma(T31) and were dominated by turbidite deposits,which constituted of lateral migration and vertical superposition of turbidity channels during the time of8.2–5.5 Ma.The interbeds of turbidity currents deposits and mass transport deposits(MTDs) were developed in the period of 5.5–3.8 Ma(T30–T28).After then,the canyon fillings were primarily made up of large scale MTDs,interrupted by small scale turbidity channels and thin pelagic mudstones.The Central Canyon can be divided into three types according to the main controlling factors,geomorphology-controlled,fault-controlled and intrusionmodified canyons.Among them,the geomorphology-controlled canyon is developed at the Ledong,Lingshui,Songnan and western Baodao Depressions,situated in a confined basin center between the northern slope and the South Uplift Belt along the Central Depression Belt.The fault-controlled canyon is developed mainly along the deep-seated faults in the Changchang Depression and eastern Baodao Depression.Intrusion-modified canyon is only occurred in the Songnan Low Uplift,which is still mainly controlled by geomorphology,the intrusion just modified seabed morphology.The full-filled time of the Central Canyon differs from west to east,displaying a tendency of being successively late eastward.The geomorphology-controlled canyon was completely filled before3.8 Ma(T28),but that in intrusion-modified canyon was delayed to 2.4 Ma(T27) because of the uplifted southern canyon wall.To the Changchang Depression,the complete filling time was successively late eastward,and the canyon in eastern Changchang Depression is still not fully filled up to today.Difference in full-filled time in the Central Canyon is mainly governed by multiple sediment supplies and regional tectonic activities.Due to sufficient supply of turbidity currents and MTDs from west and north respectively,western segment of the Central Canyon is entirely filled up earlier.Owing to slower sediment supply rate,together with differential subsidence by deep-seated faults,the full-filled time of the canyon is put off eastwards gradually.SHANG Zhilei XIE Xinong LI Xushen ZHANG Daojun HE Yunlong YANG Xing CUI Mingzhe 2015Acta Oceanologica Sinica2015,34,10:5
16Rheostatic Control of ABA Signaling through HOS15-Mediated OST1 Degradation显示文摘Dehydrating stresses trigger the accumulation of abscisic acid(ABA),a key plant stress-signaling hormone that activates Snf1-Related Kinases(SnRK2s)to mount adaptive responses.However,the regulatory circuits that terminate the SnRK2s signal relay after acclimation or post-stress conditions remain to be defined.Here,we show that the desensitization of the ABA signal is achieved by the regulation of OST1(SnRK2.6)protein stability via the E3-ubiquitin ligase HOS15.Upon ABA signal,HOS15-induced degradation of OST1 is inhibited and stabilized OST1 promotes the stress response.When the ABA signal terminates,protein phosphatases ABI1/2 promote rapid degradation of OST1 via HOS15.Notably,we found that even in the presence of ABA,OST1 levels are also depleted within hours of ABA signal onset.The unexpected dynamics of OST1 abundance are then resolved by systematic mathematical modeling,demonstrating a desensitizing feedback loop by which OST1-induced upregulation of ABI1/2 leads to the degradation of OST1.This model illustrates the complex rheostat dynamics underlying the ABA-induced stress response and desensitization.Akhtar Ali Jae Kyoung Kim Masood Jan Haris Ali Khan Irfan Ullah Khan Mingzhe Shen Junghoon Park Chae Jin Lim Shah Hussain Dongwon Baek Kai Wang Woo Sik Chung Vicente Rubio Sang Yeol Lee Zhizhong Gong Woe Yeon Kim Ray ABressan Jose MPardo Dae-Jin Yun 2019Molecular Plant2019,12,11:5

18Sequencing barcode construction and identification methods based on block error-correction codes显示文摘Multiplexed sequencing relies on specific sample labels,the barcodes,to tag DNA fragments belonging to different samples and to separate the output of the sequencers.However,the barcodes are often corrupted by insertion,deletion and substitution errors introduced during sequencing,which may lead to sample misassignment.In this paper,we propose a barcode construction method,which combines a block error-correction code with a predetermined pseudorandom sequence to generate a base sequence for labeling different samples.Furthermore,to identify the corrupted barcodes for assigning reads to their respective samples,we present a soft decision identification method that consists of inner decoding and outer decoding.The inner decoder establishes the hidden Markov model(HMM)for base insertion/deletion estimation with the pseudorandom sequence,and adapts the forward-backward(FB)algorithm to output the soft information of each bit in the block code.The outer decoder performs soft decision decoding using the soft information to effectively correct multiple errors in the barcodes.Simulation results show that the proposed methods are highly robust to high error rates of insertions,deletions and substitutions in the barcodes.In addition,compared with the inner decoding algorithm of the barcodes based on watermarks,the proposed inner decoding algorithm can greatly reduce the decoding complexity.Weigang Chen Lixia Wang Mingzhe Han Changcai Han Bingzhi Li 2020Science China(Life Sciences)2020,63,10:4
19Probing primordial gravitational waves: Ali CMB Polarization Telescope显示文摘In this paper, we will give a general introduction to the Ali CMB Polarization Telescope(Ali CPT) project,which is a Sino–US joint project led by the Institute of High Energy Physics and involves many different institutes in China. It is the first ground-based Cosmic Microwave Background(CMB) polarization experiment in China and an integral part of China's Gravitational-wave Program. The main scientific goal of the Ali CPT project is to probe the primordial gravitational waves(PGWs) originating from the very early Universe. The AliCPT project includes two stages. The first stage, referred to as AliCPT-1, is to build a telescope in the Ali region of Tibet at an altitude of 5250 meters. Once completed, it will be the highest ground-based CMB observatory in the world and will open a new window for probing PGWs in the northern hemisphere. The AliCPT-1 telescope is designed to have about 7000 transition-edge sensor detectors at 95 GHz and 150 GHz. The second stage is to have a more sensitive telescope(Ali CPT-2) with more than 20 000 detectors. Our simulations show that AliCPT will improve the current constraint on the tensor-to-scalar ratio r by one order of magnitude with three years' observation. Besides the PGWs, Ali CPT will also enable a precise measurement of the CMB rotation angle and provide a precise test of the CPT symmetry. 20Spatial and temporal temperature variations in Xinjiang,China during 1961-2008显示文摘This study examines spatial and temporal changes in 16 extreme temperature indices at 37 weather stations in Xinjiang and their associations with changes in climate means during 1961-2008.Linear regression analyses reveal that significant increasing trends in temperature were observed over Xinjiang,with the rate of 0.13 °C/decade,0.24 °C/decade,and 0.52 °C/decade for annual mean temperature,annual maximum,and minimum temperature,respectively.Annual frequency of cool nights(days) has decreased by 2.45 days/decade(0.86 days/decade),whereas the frequency of warm nights(days) has increased by 4.85 days/decade(1.62 days/decade).Seasonally,the frequencies of summer warm nights and days are changing more rapidly than the corresponding frequencies for cool nights and days.However,normalization of the extreme and mean series shows that the rate of changes in extreme temperature events are generally less than those of mean temperatures,except for winter cold nights which are changing as rapidly as the winter mean minimum temperatures.These results indicate that there have been seasonally and diurnally asymmetric changes in extreme temperature events relative to recent increases in temperature means in Xinjiang.YanWei Zhang WenShou Wei FengQing Jiang MingZhe Liu WenWen Wang Lei Bai KaiFeng Li Rui Shao ZhiWen Dong 2012Research in Cold and Arid Regions2012,4,1:4
