2Oxadiazole-Functionalized Polyacrylonitrile Fiber as Selective Adsorbent for Mercury Ion显示文摘A new oxadiazole-functionalized polyacrylonitrile fiber(PANAOF)was successfully fabricated by immobilizing the organic molecule 2-chloromethyl-5-phenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole on aminated fiber(PANAF).The fibers were characterized completely by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy,elemental analysis,X-ray diffraction,and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy techniques.Compared with PANAF,PANAOF showed a higher adsorption capability for Hg^2+ions in aqueous solutions.The functionalized fiber PANAOF exhibited a highly selective adsorption for Hg^2+when coexisting with other metal ions viz.Pb^2+,Cd^2+,Cu^2+,Zn^2+,Ni^2+,Co^2+,Cr^3+,Ca^2+,and Mg^2+.The PANAOF presented the best adsorption capacity for Hg^2+at pH 5.Moreover,the adsorption experimental data fit well with the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and Langmuir isotherm.Notably,the PANAOF almost retained its original adsorption capacity(112 mg/g)after five cycles,indicating its excellent reusability in practical applications.Liping Hou Minli Tao 2020Transactions of Tianjin University2020,26,1:1
3Phenylboronic acid functionalized polyacrylonitrile fiber for efficient and green synthesis of bis(indolyl)methane derivatives显示文摘The use of fiber as a catalyst carrier to construct heterogeneous catalysts with good catalytic activity and recycling performance has received wide attention.In this study,three phenylboronic acid functionalized polyacrylonitrile fiber(PANF)catalysts were synthesized by amination and quaternization.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffractometry,scanning electron microscopy,and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy were used to verify the successful grafting of phenylboronic acid and the structural integrity of the fiber catalyst after recycling.The activity of the catalysts was explored with the Friedel–Crafts alkylation between indole and aromatic aldehydes.The results indicate that the synthesized catalyst(PANp-BAF)in which the phenylboronic acid functional group was linked at the para position,exhibited the highest catalytic activity for the Friedel–Crafts alkylation.The substrate scope experiments confirmed that the catalyst has outstanding catalytic activity for most aromatic aldehydes,especially for those containing moderate electron donating groups.Moreover,the catalyst can be reused eight times in water without significant decrease in its catalytic activity.Further,the scale-up experiment confirmed that the fiber catalyst has a certain potential for industrial application.Haonan Zhang Haotian Zhang Minli Tao Wenqin Zhang 2022Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2022,,11:0
