1镉胁迫对不同水稻基因型植株生长和抗氧化酶系统的影响显示文摘以籽粒镉积累水平不同的两种品种 (丙 972 5 2 ,低积累型 ;秀水 6 3,高积累型 )为材料 ,研究了镉胁迫对水稻植株生长和抗氧化酶系统的影响。采用水培试验 ,镉处理设 0 .0、0 .1、1.0和 5 .0 μmol/L 4个水平。结果表明 ,镉胁迫抑制植株生长和叶绿素合成 ,改变植株丙二醛 (MDA)含量和超氧物歧化酶 (SOD)、过氧化氢酶 (CAT)、过氧化物酶 (POD)活性。在抗氧化酶活性上 ,根和地上部对镉胁迫的反应存在着差异。总体上 ,SOD、CAT和POD活性随镉水平的提高而减少 ,而MDA含量则表现相反。根和地上部MDA含量随着培养液中镉浓度提高而增加 ,且增加幅度秀水 6 3明显大于丙 972 5 2。与对照相比 ,生长在 5 .0 μmol/LCd处理下的植株 ,SOD活性在孕穗期下降 4 6 %~ 5 2 % ,在分蘖期仅下降 13%~ 19%。高浓度镉胁迫下 ,两品种在MDA含量的增加幅度和叶绿素含量的降低幅度上表现不同 ,显示出它们对镉的耐性存在着差异。邵国胜 MUHAMMAD Jaffar Hassan 章秀福 张国平 2004中国水稻科学2004,18,3:107
2Personal Review:Sources of sulfide in waste streams and current biotechnologies for its removal显示文摘Sulfide-containing waste streams are generated by a number of industries. It is emitted into the environment as dis- solved sulfide (S2- and HS-) in wastewaters and as H2S in waste gases. Due to its corrosive nature, biological hydrogen sulfide removal processes are being investigated to overcome the chemical and disposal costs associated with existing chemically based removal processes. The nitrogen and sulfur metabolism interacts at various levels of the wastewater treatment process. Hence, the sulfur cycle offers possibilities to integrate nitrogen removal in the treatment process, which needs to be further optimized by appropriate design of the reactor configuration, optimization of performance parameters, retention of biomass and optimization of biomass growth. 3Ginkgolide B promotes the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells following cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury,both in vivo and in vitro显示文摘Neural stem cells have great potential for the development of novel therapies for nervous system diseases.However,the proliferation of endogenous neural stem cells following brain ischemia is insufficient for central nervous system self-repair.Ginkgolide B has a robust neuroprotective effect.In this study,we investigated the cell and molecular mechanisms underlying the neuroprotective effect of ginkgolide B on focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury in vitro and in vivo.Neural stem cells were treated with 20,40 and 60 mg/L ginkgolide B in vitro.Immunofluorescence staining was used to assess cellular expression of neuron-specific enolase,glial fibrillary acid protein and suppressor of cytokine signaling 2.After treatment with 40 and 60 mg/L ginkgolide B,cells were large,with long processes.Moreover,the proportions of neuron-specific enolase-,glial fibrillary acid protein-and suppressor of cytokine signaling 2-positive cells increased.A rat model of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury was established by middle cerebral artery occlusion.Six hours after ischemia,ginkgolide B(20 mg/kg) was intraperitoneally injected,once a day.Zea Longa's method was used to assess neurological function.Immunohistochemistry was performed to evaluate the proportion of nestin-,neuron-specific enolase-and glial fibrillary acid protein-positive cells.Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction was used to measure m RNA expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor and epidermal growth factor.Western blot assay was used to analyze the expression levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor and suppressor of cytokine signaling 2.Ginkgolide B decreased the neurological deficit score,increased the proportion of nestin-,neuron-specific enolase-and glial fibrillary acid protein-positive cells,increased the m RNA expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor and epidermal growth factor,and increased the expression levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor and suppressor of cytokine signaling 2 in the ischemic penumbra.Together,the in vivo and in vitro findings suggest that ginkgolide B improves neurological function by promoting the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells in rats with cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury.Pei-Dong Zheng Rajneesh Mungur Heng-Jun Zhou Muhammad Hassan Sheng-Nan Jiang Jie-Sheng Zheng 2018Neural Regeneration Research2018,13,7:21
4Energy-efficient Virtual Machine Allocation Technique Using Flower Pollination Algorithm in Cloud Datacenter:A Panacea to Green Computing显示文摘Cloud computing has attracted significant interest due to the increasing service demands from organizations offloading computationally intensive tasks to datacenters.Meanwhile,datacenter infrastructure comprises hardware resources that consume high amount of energy and give out carbon emissions at hazardous levels.In cloud datacenter,Virtual Machines(VMs)need to be allocated on various Physical Machines(PMs)in order to minimize resource wastage and increase energy efficiency.Resource allocation problem is NP-hard.Hence finding an exact solution is complicated especially for large-scale datacenters.In this con text,this paper proposes an Energy-oriented Flower Pollination Algorithm(E-FPA)for VM allocation in cloud datacenter environments.A system framework for the scheme was developed to enable energy-oriented allocation of various VMs on a PM.The allocation uses a strategy called Dynamic Switching Probability(DSP).The framework finds a near optimal solution quickly and balances the exploration of the global search and exploitation of the local search.It considers a processor,storage,and memory constraints of a PM while prioritizing energy-oriented allocation for a set of VMs.Simulations performed on MultiRecCloudSim utilizing planet workload show that the E-FPA outperforms the Genetic Algorithm for Power-Aware(GAPA)by 21.8%,Order of Exchange Migration(OEM)ant colony system by 21.5%,and First Fit Decreasing(FFD)by 24.9%.Therefore,E-FPA significantly improves datacenter performance and thus,enhances environmental sustainability.Mohammed Joda Usman Abdul Samad Ismail Hassan Chizari Gaddafi Abdul-Salaam Ali Muhammad Usman Abdulsalam Yau Gital Omprakash Kaiwartya Ahmed Aliyu 2019Journal of Bionic Engineering2019,16,2:13
5冬小麦抗倒春寒性能鉴定方法和指标的比较显示文摘倒春寒是限制黄淮冬麦区小麦稳产和丰产的主要因素之一,选育抗倒春寒小麦新品种是降低倒春寒危害的重要手段,建立简单易行、易推广且全面系统的小麦抗倒春寒性能鉴定方法和指标体系对保障粮食安全有着重要意义。本文系统总结了冬小麦抗倒春寒鉴定的方法和指标,进行了比较和评价,并提出鉴定原则和程序。(1)鉴定方法方面,主要包括直接鉴定法、间接鉴定法和综合鉴定法等,直接鉴定法有田间自然鉴定法(引种栽培应用最广,但周期长、工作量大)、人工模拟气候室法(周期短、可重复性强,但对设备与技术要求较高)和生长恢复法(冬前冻害鉴定较多,抗倒春寒鉴定方面较少,一般与其它鉴定方法配合使用)等;间接鉴定法有助倒春寒危害温度阈值的研究,但目前指标与抗寒性关系还未有明确定论,应用受到限制;综合鉴定法鉴定结果全面而准确,但对技术、成本要求较高且工作量较大。因此,在鉴定过程中要结合实际情况合理搭配、综合运用。(2)鉴定指标方面,主要包括形态与农艺、生理生化、气象与生态指标等,形态与农艺指标一般用于田间自然鉴定法,常以数量、质量、颜色和形态变化等作为参考项;生理生化指标一般用于间接鉴定法,包括活性氧、渗透调节物质、内源激素含量、抗氧化酶活性以及光合与呼吸特性等;气象与生态指标常应用于各种鉴定方法,气温、地温、冠层温度、半致死温度和恢复生长最低温度常作为鉴定指标,而光照、CO2、湿度和肥力等因素会影响结果准确性。(3)关于鉴定原则与程序,本文提出了鉴定结果的地域性、指标选用的针对性、鉴定方法与指标的综合性和实用性等鉴定原则,并以易灾期、品种敏感期、敏感器官、鉴定方法和指标、低温程度、田间/盆栽试验、数学分析方法、抗寒性能评价与分级为主要流程的鉴定程序。最后,从抗寒生理研究、新兴技术鉴定研究与应用和鉴定产品的研发等方面做了展望。张乐乐 陈翔 柯媛媛 柳彬彬 Muhammad Ahmad Hassan 张妍 许辉 李金才 2021中国农业气象2021,42,2:13
6药隔期低温胁迫对小麦干物质积累、转运和分配及产量的影响显示文摘为探明药隔期低温胁迫对小麦产量的影响,以烟农19、新麦26为供试材料,在小麦药隔期进行不同程度(T1:2℃/4h、T2:0℃/4h、T3:–2℃/4h)的低温处理,研究药隔期低温胁迫对小麦干物质积累、转运和分配及产量的影响。结果表明:药隔期低温胁迫显著降低小麦干物质积累量,不同抗倒春寒性小麦品种间干物质积累量存在差异,抗倒春寒性弱的小麦品种降幅更大。其中烟农19的T1、T2、T3处理分别降低33.4%、46.2%和54.7%,而新麦26则分别降低了50.1%、59.3%和72.4%。不同处理小麦籽粒、穗轴+颖壳、茎鞘+叶的干物质积累量均低于CK,且随着低温胁迫程度的加重呈明显降低趋势。小麦花前干物质的转运量、转运效率以及花前贮藏干物质对籽粒的贡献率均随着低温胁迫程度加重呈降低趋势。同时低温胁迫显著降低小麦籽粒和穗轴+颖壳的干物质分配比例,增加茎鞘+叶的分配比例。T1、T2和T3处理显著降低了小麦的穗粒数和千粒重及籽粒产量,烟农19的T1、T2和T3处理分别减产56.06%、86.36%和98.10%;新麦26的T1、T2和T3处理分别减产96.15%、98.07%和98.46%。药隔期低温胁迫显著降低小麦干物质的积累量、花前干物质的转运量、转运效率以及花前贮藏干物质对籽粒的贡献率和籽粒干物质分配比例,严重减少光合同化物向穗部的转运和分配,影响穗部小花的正常发育,从而导致穗粒数的减少,这是造成小麦减产的主要原因。柯媛媛 陈翔 张乐乐 张妍 许辉 Muhammad Ahmad Hassan 江港 林非非 魏凤珍 李金才 2021安徽农业大学学报2021,48,5:12
7Psychophysiological Effects of Bamboo Plants on Adults显示文摘The present study was conducted to clarify the psychophysiological relaxation effects of viewing bamboo on university students. Forty healthy Chinese participants enrolled in this study to clarify the psychophysiological relaxation effects of viewing bamboo. The effects of visual stimulation using a pot both with and without a bamboo were recorded by measuring the student's blood pressure, EEG and STAI. We observed that viewing bamboo plants resulted in significantly lower systolic(female, P < 0.001; male, P < 0.001; P < 0.05) and diastolic(female,P < 0.001; male, P < 0.001; P < 0.05) blood pressures, but no changes in the pulse rate(female, P = 0.09; male, P = 0.07; P > 0.05) were observed. The results of the EEG analysis indicated brainwave variation(all P < 0.05) and lower anxiety scores(P < 0.01) after 3 min of viewing bamboo compared with the control. 8Naturally Occurring Self-Reactive CD4^+CD25^+ Regulatory T Cells: Universal Immune Code显示文摘Naturally occurring thymus-arisen CD4+CD25+ regulatory T (Treg) cells are considered to play a central role in self-tolerance. Precise signals that promote the development of Treg cells remain elusive, but considerable evidence suggests that costimulatory molecules, cytokines, the nature of the TCR and the niche or the context in which the T cell encounters antigen in the thymus play important roles. Analysis of TCR from Treg cells has demonstrated that a large proportion of this population has a higher avidity to self-antigen in comparison with TCR from CD4+CD25- cells and that peripheral antigen is required for their development, maintenance, or expansion. Treg cells have been shown to undergo expansion in the periphery, likely regulated by the presence of self-antigen. Many studies have shown that the involvement of Treg cells in the tolerance induction is antigen-specific, even with MHC-mismatched, in transplantation/graft versus host disease (GVHD), autoimmunity, cancer, and pregnancy. Theses studies concluded a vital role for self-reactive Treg cells in maintenance of the body integrity. Based on those studies, we hypothesize that self-reactive Treg cells are shared among all healthy individuals and recognize same self-antigens and their TCR encodes for few dominant antigens of each organ which defines the healthy self. 9Development of image-based wheat spike counter through a Faster R-CNN algorithm and application for genetic studies显示文摘Spike number(SN) per unit area is one of the major determinants of grain yield in wheat. Development of high-throughput techniques to count SN from large populations enables rapid and cost-effective selection and facilitates genetic studies. In the present study, we used a deep-learning algorithm, i.e., Faster Region-based Convolutional Neural Networks(Faster R-CNN) on Red-Green-Blue(RGB) images to explore the possibility of image-based detection of SN and its application to identify the loci underlying SN. A doubled haploid population of 101 lines derived from the Yangmai 16/Zhongmai 895 cross was grown at two sites for SN phenotyping and genotyped using the high-density wheat 660 K SNP array.Analysis of manual spike number(MSN) in the field, image-based spike number(ISN), and verification of spike number(VSN) by Faster R-CNN revealed significant variation(P < 0.001) among genotypes, with high heritability ranged from 0.71 to 0.96. The coefficients of determination(R^(2)) between ISN and VSN was 0.83, which was higher than that between ISN and MSN(R^(2)= 0.51), and between VSN and MSN(R^(2)= 0.50). Results showed that VSN data can effectively predict wheat spikes with an average accuracy of 86.7% when validated using MSN data. Three QTL Qsnyz.caas-4 DS, Qsnyz.caas-7 DS, and QSnyz.caas-7 DL were identified based on MSN, ISN and VSN data, while QSnyz.caas-7 DS was detected in all the three data sets. 11基于组合赋权和AHP法的农机化可持续发展研究显示文摘[目的]通过定量分析,明确不同准则层对农业机械化可持续发展的影响,衡量农机化可持续发展在时间维度上的演变趋势。[方法]建立了新疆农机化可持续发展评价指标体系,并构建了2001~2015年可持续发展水平评价指标关系数据模型。提出了组合赋权和专家法相结合的判断矩阵构建方法,并基于层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)分别定量分析了2001年和2015年农机化可持续发展状态。[结果](1)2015年新疆农机化可持续发展水平达到了80.31,和2001年相比提高了1.284 7倍。(2)从准则层来看,新疆可持续发展水平在农机化作业能力、农机化经济效益和农机化发展能力方面分别提高了69.70、85.94和48.64,但资源消耗方面的得分下降了1.12。[结论]2001~2005年新疆农业机械化可持续发展水平在作业能力、经济效益和发展能力等因素推动下进一步提升;揭示资源环境影响是约束农机化可持续发展的主要因素。从新疆农业机械化发展现状来看,文章方法得出的量化结果与实际情况较接近,表明研究方法有效和可行。吐尔逊.买买提 丁为民 艾力.哈斯木 Muhammad Hassan 2018中国农业资源与区划2018,39,4:5
12槟榔子中抗血小板聚集及抑制乙酰胆碱酯酶活性的有效成分(英文)显示文摘目的:研究槟榔子(Areca catechu)粗提取物中所含的抗血小板聚集及抑制乙酰胆碱酯酶活性的有效成分及其作用机制。方法:使用70%甲醇水溶液对槟榔子进行粗提取。使用生物发光血小板凝集仪在富血小板血浆中测定槟榔子粗提取物的抗血小板聚集作用,使用分光光度计在试管内测定槟榔子粗提取物对乙酰胆碱酯酶活性的抑制作用。检测槟榔子中的多种化合物以测定槟榔子中抗血小板聚集及抑制乙酰胆碱酯酶活性的有效成分。结果:槟榔子粗提取物能够抑制花生四烯酸、二磷酸腺苷、血小板活化因子、肾上腺素及钙离子载体引起的血小板聚集,尤其对二磷酸腺苷及钙离子载体引起的血小板聚集的抑制最为明显;槟榔子粗提取物能够显著抑制乙酰胆碱酯酶的活性。在所检测的槟榔子所含化合物中,只有儿茶素对肾上腺素引起的血小板聚集有显著的抑制作用,而这种抑制作用显著弱于槟榔子粗提取物,提示槟榔子中的其他成分参与了这种抑制作用;鞣酸、没食子酸、薯蓣皂苷元和异去甲槟榔次碱能够抑制乙酰胆碱酯酶的活性,其中鞣酸的抑制作用强于槟榔子粗提取物。结论:槟榔子中含有抗血小板聚集及抑制乙酰胆碱酯酶活性的有效成分,而发挥这些功效的确切成分有待进一步的研究证实。Muhammad Nabeel Ghayur Syed Faraz Kazim Huma Rasheed Asaad Khalid Maliha Iqbal Jumani Muhammad Iqbal Choudhary Anwarul Hassan Gilani 2011中西医结合学报2011,9,6:4
13Recent advances and emerging trends of rare-earth-ion doped spectral conversion nanomaterials in perovskite solar cells显示文摘Organic-inorganic lead halide based perovskite solar cells(PSCs)have attracted unprecedented research interest over last decade.The high performance,combined with merits of low fabrication costs and ease of synthesis make PSCs promising alternate to state of the art silicon(Si)based solar cells.Howeve r,some inherent shortcomings of PSCs are hindering their market dominance over conventional photovoltaic technologies such as transmission loss of sub-bandgap photons,poor stability and hysteresis effects.Recently,use of rare earth(RE)ions doped nanomaterials in PSCs,has been identified as an effective means to address the aforementioned issues by expanding the range of absorption spectra minimizing the non-absorption loss of solar photons,enhancing light scattering and improving operational stability.This article reviews the recent progress in doping rare-earth(RE)ions in the building blocks of PSCs such as semiconductor electrodes and photoactive perovskite layers,and its use as a separate spectral conversion layer in PSCs.The effect of size,shape,constitution and concentration of RE-nanoparticles on the overall performance and device stability will be analyzed in detail.Moreover,we provide an outlook on the opportunities this newly developed field offers and the critical challenges faced in rationally and effectively using RE-ion-doped nanomaterials in PSCs for better operational stability and enhanced performance.Syed Afaq Ali Shah Muhammad Hassan Sayyad Jinghua Sun Zhongyi Guo 2022Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,11:4
14反相高效液相色谱法同时测定片剂中的加替沙星与盐酸氨溴索(英文)显示文摘A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was developed, validated, and used for the quantitative determination of gatifloxacin (GA) and ambroxol hydrochloride (AM), from its tablet dosage form. Chromatographic separation was performed on a HiQ Sil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), with a mobile phase comprising of a mixture of 0.01 mol/L potassium dihydrogen orthophosphate buffer and acetonitrile (70∶30, v/v), and pH adjusted to 3 with orthophosphoric acid, at a flow rate of 1 mL/min, with detection at 247 nm. Separation was completed in less than 10 min. As per International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines the method was validated for linearity, accuracy, precision, limit of quantitation, limit of detection, and robustness. Linearity of GA was found to be in the range of 10-60 μg/mL and that for AM was found to be 5-30 μg/mL. The correlation coefficients were 0.999 6 and 0.999 3 for GA and AM respectively. The results of the tablet analysis (n=5) were found to be 99.94% with ±0.25% standard deviation (SD) and 99.98% with±0.36% SD for GA and AM respectively. Percent recovery of GA was found to be 99.92%-100.02% and that of AM was 99.86%-100.16%. The assay experiment shows that the method is free from interference of excipients. 15Germline mutation analysis of MLH1 and MSH2 in Malaysian Lynch syndrome patients显示文摘AIM: To investigate the protein expression profi le of mismatch repair (MMR) genes in suspected cases of Lynch syndrome and to characterize the associated germline mutations. METHODS: Immunohistochemical analysis of tumor samples was performed to determine the protein expression profile of MMR protein. Germline mutation screening was carried out on peripheral blood samples. The entire exon regions of MLH1 and MSH2 geneswere amplifi ed by polymerase chain reaction, screened by denaturing high performance liquid chromatography (dHPLC) and analyzed by DNA sequencing to characterize the germline mutations. RESULTS: Three out of 34 tissue samples (8.8%) and four out of 34 tissue samples (11.8%) showed loss of nuclear staining by immunohistochemistry, indicating the absence of MLH1 and MSH2 protein expression in carcinoma cells, respectively. dHPLC analysis followed by DNA sequencing showed these samples to have germline mutations of MSH2 gene. However, no deleterious mutations were identifi ed in any of the 19 exons or coding regions of MLH1 gene, but we were able to identify MLH1 promoter polymorphism, -93G > A (rs1800734), in 21 out of 34 patients (61.8%). We identified one novel mutation, transversion mutation c.2005G > C, which resulted in a missense mutation (Gly669Arg), a transversion mutation in exon 1, c.142G > T, which resulted in a nonsense mutation (Glu48Stop) and splice-site mutation, c.2006-6T > C, which was adjacent to exon 13 of MSH2 gene. CONCLUSION: Germline mutations were identified in four Malaysian Lynch syndrome patients. Seeds of maize hybrid FH-810 were soaked in water(hydropriming), Ca Cl2(2.2%, osmopriming), moringa leaf extracts(MLE 3.3%, osmopriming) and salicylic acid(SA, 50 mg L–1, hormonal priming) each for 18 h. Untreated and hydroprimed seeds were taken as control. Seeds primed with SA took less time in emergence and had high vigor in early planted maize. Amongst treatments, hormonal priming, reduced the electrical conductivity, increased the leaf relative and chlorophyll contents followed by osmopriming with Ca Cl2 at seedling stage. Likewise, plant height, grain rows and 1 000-grain weight, grain and biological yield and harvest index were also improved by seed priming; however hormonal priming and osmopriming with MLE were more effective in this regard. Improved yield performance by hormonal priming or osmopriming with MLE in early planting primarily owed to increased leaf area index, crop growth and net assimilation rates, and maintenance of green leaf area at maturity. 17Predicting the presence of adenomatous polyps during colonoscopy with National Cancer Institute Colorectal Cancer Risk-Assessment Tool显示文摘AIM To evaluate the National Cancer Institute(NCI)Colorectal Cancer(CRC)Risk Assessment Tool as a predictor for the presence of adenomatous polyps(AP) found during screening or surveillance colonoscopy.METHODS This is a retrospective single center observational study.We collected data of adenomatous polyps in each colonoscopy and then evaluated the lifetime CRC risk.We calculated the AP prevalence across risk score quintiles,odds ratios of the prevalence of AP across risk score quintiles,area under curves(AUCs)and Youden’s indexes to assess the optimal risk score cut off value for AP prevalence status.RESULTS The prevalence of AP gradually increased throughout the five risk score quintiles:i.e.,27.63%in the first and 51.35%in the fifth quintile.The odd ratios of AP prevalence in the fifth quintile compared to the first and second quintile were 2.76[confidence interval(CI):1.71-4.47]and 2.09(CI:1.32-3.30).The AUC for all patients was 0.62(CI:0.58-0.66).Youden’s Index indicated the optimal risk score cutoff value discriminating AP prevalence status was 3.60.CONCLUSION Patients with the higher NCI risk score have higher risk of AP and subsequent CRC;therefore,measures to increase the effectiveness of CRC detection in these patients include longer withdrawal time,early surveillance colonoscopy,and choosing flexible colonoscopy over other CRC screening modalities.Hassan Tariq Muhammad Umar Kamal Harish Patel Ravi Patel Muhammad Ameen Shehi Elona Maram Khalifa Sara Azam Aiyi Zhang Kishore Kumar Ahmed Baiomi Danial Shaikh Jasbir Makker 2018World Journal of Gastroenterology2018,24,34:3
18Estimating the basic reproduction number for single-strain dengue fever epidemics显示文摘Background:Dengue,an infectious tropical disease,has recently emerged as one of the most important mosquito-borne viral diseases in the world.We perform a retrospective analysis of the 2011 dengue fever epidemic in Pakistan in order to assess the transmissibility of the disease.We obtain estimates of the basic reproduction number R0 from epidemic data using different methodologies applied to different epidemic models in order to evaluate the robustness of our estimate.Results:We first estimate model parameters by fitting a deterministic ODE vector-host model for the transmission dynamics of single-strain dengue to the epidemic data,using both a basic ordinary least squares(OLS)as well as a generalized least squares(GLS)scheme.Moreover,we perform the same analysis for a direct-transmission ODE model,thereby allowing us to compare our results across different models.In addition,we formulate a direct-transmission stochastic model for the transmission dynamics of dengue and obtain parameter estimates for the stochastic model using Markov chain Monte Carlo(MCMC)methods.In each of the cases we have considered,the estimate for the basic reproduction number R0 is initially greater than unity leading to an epidemic outbreak.However,control measures implemented several weeks after the initial outbreak successfully reduce R0 to less than unity,thus resulting in disease elimination.Furthermore,it is observed that there is strong agreement in our estimates for the pre-control value of R0,both across different methodologies as well across different models.However,there are also significant differences between our estimates for the post-control value of the basic reproduction number across the two different models.Conclusion:In conclusion,we have obtained robust estimates for the value of the basic reproduction number R0 associated with the 2011 dengue fever epidemic before the implementation of public health control measures.Furthermore,we have shown that there is close agreement between our estimates for the post-control value of R0 across the different methodologies.Nevertheless,there are also significant differences between the estimates for the post-control value of R0 across the two different models.Adnan Khan Muhammad Hassan Mudassar Imran 2014Infectious Diseases of Poverty2014,3,1:3

20基于灰色神经网络和MIV的农机总动力影响因素研究显示文摘[目的]以顷均农业机械总动力及影响因素为研究对象,量化各因素对顷均总动力的影响强度,进而为定量分析顷均农机总动力影响因素提供途径。[方法]以新疆1990~2014年顷均农业机械总动力及其影响因素作为数据源,建立关系数据模型。构建嵌入式灰色神经网络(Embed grey neural network,EGNN)模型,并与EGNN与平均影响值(Mean impact value,MIV)方法相结合,建立了EGNN-MIV影响因素重要度计算模型,并对新疆25年顷均农机总动力的影响因素MIV进行测度。[结果]新疆1990~2014年顷均农机总动力受各种影响因素的交叉影响。各影响因素标准化后的MIV分别为0.70、0.39、0.39、0.46、0.20、0.50、0.90、0.74。顷均农机总动力影响最大的前3个因素分别为:劳均土地面积、最大种植面积农作物比重以及耕地均顷GDP。对顷均农机总动力的影响最小的因素为农业比较劳动生产率。[结论]建立的EGNN-MIV模型在量化模型输入对输出的影响程度方面有效和可行。顷均农机总动力主要受土地面积分布、农作物种植结构和均顷GDP等因素的显著影响。为定量分析顷均农业机械总动力等时间序列的影响因素提供了思路和方法,同时为农机管理部门提供决策参考。吐尔逊.买买提 丁为民 Muhammad Hassan 2017中国农业资源与区划2017,38,11:3
