2Selective laser melting 3D printing of Ni-based superalloy: understanding thermodynamic mechanisms显示文摘A mesoscopic model has been established to investigate the thermodynamic mechanisms and densification behavior of nickel-based superalloy during additive manufacturing/three-dimensional(3D) printing(AM/3DP)by numerical simulation, using a finite volume method(FVM). The influence of the applied linear energy density(LED) on dimensions of the molten pool, thermodynamic mechanisms within the pool, bubbles migration and resultant densification behavior of AM/3DP-processed superalloy has been discussed. It reveals that the center of the molten pool slightly shifts with a lagging of 4 lm towards the center of the moving laser beam. The Marangoni convection, which has various flow patterns, plays a crucial role in intensifying the convective heat and mass transfer, which is responsible for the bubbles migration and densification behavior of AM/3DP-processed parts. At an optimized LED of 221.5 J/m, the outward convection favors the numerous bubbles to escape from the molten pool easily and the resultant considerably high relative density of 98.9 % is achieved. However, as the applied LED further increases over 249.5 J/m, the convection pattern is apparently intensified with the formation of vortexes and the bubbles tend to be entrapped by the rotating flow within the molten pool, resulting in a large amount of residual porosity and a sharp reduction in densification of the superalloy. 3Influence of additive multilayer feature on thermodynamics, stress and microstructure development during laser 3D printing of aluminum-based material显示文摘A transient three dimensional model for describing the temperature behavior,thermo-capillary convection,microstructure evolution and the resultant mechanical properties during selective laser melting of Al N/Al Si10 Mg composite is proposed.The powder-solid transformation,temperature dependent physical properties and the preservation of the heat are taken into account.The effect of the additive manufacturing multilayer feature on the molten pool dynamics,cooling rate,crystal size,microstructure morphology,micro-hardness and types of the residual stress has been investigated.It shows that the operating temperature and the thermo-capillary convection obtained within the molten pool generally increases as the processing multilayers are successively added,while the thermal effect depth is negatively reduced.The preferential direction of the heat diffusion generally changes from a downward pattern,then to the slightly strengthened horizontal direction and finally to a typically horizontal one for various deposited layers being processed.Therefore,the microstructure of the solidified part along the building direction(Region I to Region V) undergoes an interesting transformation:directional columnar cellular microstructure,crosswise-extended cellular microstructure,refined cellular microstructure,fragmentation microstructure and the coarse cellular microstructure.The tensile stress and the compressive stress are comprehensively obtained within the finally solidified layers,significantly influencing the microhardness.Donghua Dai Dongdong Gu Reinhart Poprawe Mujian Xia 2017Science Bulletin2017,62,11:6
4Anisotropic corrosion resistance of TiC reinforced Ni-based composites fabricated by selective laser melting显示文摘Electrochemical measurements on three planes of TiC/Inconel 718 composites fabricated by selective laser melting(SLM) were performed to study the corrosion property. The results showed that the YZplane with dense and fine columnar structures possessed high microhardness and superior corrosion resistance in 3.5 wt% NaCl solution. For the XZ-plane, a decreased anti-corrosion property was observed owing to its inhomogeneous microstructures. While the XY-plane with large irregular pores and clustered ring-like structures was more susceptible to corrosion compared with the other two planes. 5The Contribution of Opal-Associated Phosphorus to Bioavailable Phosphorus in Surface and Core Sediments in the East China Sea显示文摘To improve the burial flux calculations of bioavailable phosphorus(P) and study opal-associated P(Opal-P) in the East China Sea(ECS), surface and core sediments were collected in the Changjiang Estuary(CE) and the south of the Cheju Island. In this study, sedimentary P was operationally divided into seven different forms using modified sedimentary extraction(SEDEX) technique: LSor-P(exchangeable or loosely sorbed P), Fe-P(easily reducible or reactive ferric Fe-bound P), CFA-P(authigenic carbonate fluorapatite and biogenic apatite and CaCO_3-bound P), Detr-P(detrital apatite), Org-P(organic P), Opal-P and Ref-P(refractory P). The data revealed that the concentrations of the seven different P forms rank as Detr-P > CFA-P > Org-P > Ref-P > Opal-P > Fe-P > LSor-P in surface sediments and CFA-P > Detr-P > Org-P > Ref-P > Fe-P > Opal-P > LSor-P in core sediments. The distributions of the total phosphorus(TP), TIP, CFA-P, Detr-P are similar and decrease from the CE to the south of the Cheju Island. Meanwhile, Org-P and Opal-P exhibit different distribution trends; this may be affected by the grain size and TOM. The concentrations of potentially bioavailable P are 9.6-13.0 μmol g^(-1) and 10.0-13.6 μmol g^(-1), representing 61%-70% and 41%-64% of the TP in surface and core sediments, respectively. The concentrations of Opal-P are 0.6-2.3 μmol g^(-1) and 0.6-1.4 μmol g^(-1) in surface and core sediments, accounting for 5.3%-19.8% and 4.2%-10.6% of bioavailable P, respectively. The total burial fluxes of Opal-P and bioavailable P are 1.4×10~9 mol yr^(-1) and 1.1×10~10 mol yr^(-1) in the ECS, respectively. 10Binary Image Steganalysis Based on Symmetrical Local Residual Patterns显示文摘Residual computation is an effective method for gray-scale image steganalysis.For binary images,the residual computation calculated by the XOR operation is also employed in the local residual patterns(LRP)model for steganalysis.A binary image steganalytic scheme based on symmetrical local residual patterns(SLRP)is proposed.The symmetrical relationships among residual patterns are introduced that make the features more compact while reducing the dimensionality of the features set.Multi-scale windows are utilized to construct three SLRP submodels which are further merged to construct the final features set instead of a single model.SLRPs with higher probability to be modified after embedding are emphasized and selected to construct the feature sets for training the support vector machine classifier.The experimental results show that the proposed steganalytic scheme is effective for detecting binary image steganography.LUO Junwei YU Mujian YIN Xiaolin LU Wei 2022Chinese Journal of Electronics2022,31,4:0
