| 1 | 不同时期颅内动脉瘤患者入院后再破裂风险的对照研究显示文摘目的 对比分析不同时期住院治疗的颅内动脉瘤患者的临床资料,探讨入院后动脉瘤再破裂率下降的可能原因.方法 回顾性纳入2005年1月至2008年12月(2005~2008年组,458例)和2013年1月至2014年12月(2013~2014年组,1 446例)四川大学华西医院神经外科收治的颅内动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血(aSAH)患者.比较2组患者入院后动脉瘤的再破裂率,分析年龄、性别、Hunt-Hess分级、入院的收缩压、是否使用抗纤溶药物、动脉瘤部位、院前等待时间、术前等待时间及总体住院时间等指标对动脉瘤再破裂的影响.结果 2005~2008年组入院后动脉瘤的再破裂率为13.8% (63/458),2013 ~ 2014年组为2.8% (40/1 446),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).2005~2008年组与2013~2014年组院前等待时间中位数(四分位数间距)分别为4(9)、1(4)d;术前等待时间分别为5(4)、3(2)d;整体住院时间分别为14(9)、11(7)d,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01).其余指标比较差异均无统计学意义(均P >0.05).结论 提高动脉瘤处理效率是减少入院后再破裂风险及提高患者预后的重要手段. | 伍聪 Narasimha Murthy Trishul 梁锐超 王焱超 李进 贺民 | 2017 | 中华神经外科杂志2017，33，8： | 8 |
| 2 | Contrast induced neurotoxicity following coronary angiogram with Iohexol in an end stage renal disease patient显示文摘Neurotoxicity is an infrequent adverse reaction to iodinated contrast agents. Contrast induced neurotoxicity following coronary angiogram is very rare. Renal disease is a risk factor for contrast induced neurotoxicity. We report a case of contrast induced neurotoxicity following coronary angiogram and intervention using Iohexol(Omnipaque 350) in an end stage renal disease patient on peritoneal dialysis who had prior exposure to iodinated contrast without any adverse reaction. Hemodialysis had to be initiated for rapid removal of the contrast agent with subsequent complete resolution of neurological deficits. This case highlights the need for interventionalists to be aware of an important adverse reaction to iodinated contrast agents, especially in individuals with renal dysfunction, and that neurotoxicity is a possibility even with prior uneventful exposures. | 3 | 膜荚黄芪种子中2种几丁质酶的分离纯化及活性测定显示文摘运用传统的层析技术对膜荚黄芪种子中两种几丁质酶进行分离纯化,并对分离纯化中各个步骤得到的蛋白进行了活性研究。结果表明:(1)粗提液的硫酸铵沉淀经再生几丁质亲和柱和凝胶过滤层析Sephadex G-75得到几丁质酶A。(2)粗提液的硫酸铵沉淀经离子交换色谱DE-52、CM、凝胶过滤层析Sephadex G-75得到几丁质酶B。(3)几丁质酶A、B的比活性分别为35.6 U/mg和4.1 U/mg。(4)从膜荚黄芪种子中分离纯化的几丁质酶A和B均为糖蛋白,含糖量分别为6.1%和5.8%。(5)SDS-PAGE显示,几丁质酶A、B的分子量分别为35.5 ku、39.6ku;凝胶过滤层析测定几丁质酶A、B的分子量分别为36.9 ku4、0.8 ku;表明几丁质酶A、B均为单亚基蛋白。 | 费凡 闫巧娟 江正强 Kumar Narasimha | 2009 | 西北植物学报2009，29，12： | 5 |
| 4 | Effect of dietary incorporation of n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids rich oil sources on fatty acid profile, keeping quality and sensory attributes of broiler chicken meat显示文摘The present study was undertaken to investigate the effect of dietary replacement of commonly used vegetable oil(sunflower oil, SFO) with n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFA) rich oil sources on broiler chicken performance, carcass yield, meat fatty acid composition, keeping quality and sensory attributes of meat. In the current experiment, 300 day-old Krishibro broiler chicks were randomly distributed to 5 dietary groups(50 replicates with 6 chicks in each) prepared by replacing SFO(2% and 3% of diet during starter and finisher periods, respectively) with n-3 PUFA rich soybean oil(SO), mustard oil(MO), linseed oil(LO) or fish oil(FO) on weight basis. Variation in oil sources had no influence(P > 0.05) on performance and carcass yield. Supplementation of MO, LO or FO significantly(P < 0.01) increased the n-3 PUFA, lowered the n-6 PUFA deposition and n-6:n-3 ratio in breast and thigh without affecting the organoleptic characters(appearance, flavour, juiciness, tenderness and overall acceptability) of meat.However, thiobarbituric acid reacting substances concentration in meat was increased(P < 0.01) with LO and FO supplementation compared with SFO. | 6 | Intracellular biosynthesis of Au and Ag nanoparticles using ethanolic extract of Brassica oleracea L. and studies on their physicochemical and biological properties显示文摘In this present study, we reported broccoli(Brassica oleracea L.) as a potential candidate for the synthesis of gold and silver nanoparticles(NPs) in green chemistry method. The synthesized metal nanoparticles are evaluated their antimicrobial efficacy against different human pathogenic organisms. The physico-chemical properties of gold nanoparticles were analyzed using different analytical techniques such as a UV–Vis spectrophotometer, Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and a Fourier Transform Infrared spectrophotometer. In addition, gold and silver NP antimicrobial efficacy was checked by disc diffusion assay. UV–Vis color intensity of the nanoparticles was shown at 540 and 450 nm for gold and silver nanoparticles respectively. Higher magnification of the Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy image shows the variable morphology of the gold nanoparticles such as spherical, rod and triangular shapes and silver nanoparticles were seen in spherical shapes. The average spherical size of the particles was observed in 24–38 nm for gold and 30–45 nm for silver NPs. X-ray diffraction pattern confirmed the presence of gold nanoparticles and silver nanoparticles which were crystalline in nature. Additionally,the functional metabolites were identified by the Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy. IR spectra revealed phenols, alcohols, aldehydes(sugar moieties), vitamins and proteins are present in the broccoli extract which are accountable to synthesize the nanoparticles. The synthesized gold and silver NPs inhibited the growth of the tested bacterial and fungal pathogens at the concentration of 50 μg/m L respectively. | 8 | Seroprevalence of syphilis in patients attending a tertiary care hospital in Southern India显示文摘Objective:To report our experience with two tests,anti-cardiolipin antibody test[venereal disease reasearch laboratory(VDRL) test]and specific treponemal test(Treponema pallidum hemagglutination assay),used for screening antenatal,high risk cases and cases from sexually transmitted infection in a tertiary care hospital from January 2006 till December 2008.Methods:A total of 14639 samples received from various patient groups including antenatal cases,patients attending sexually transmitted disease(STD) clinic,blood donors and HIV positive patients were screened.Results:Among the 14639 samples collected,103 were positive by VDRL test.Of these 89 cases were confirmed by quantitative VDRL test and Treponema pallidum hemagglutination assay.The cumulative seroprevalence over two years was found to be 0.61%in this study.The syphilis seroprevalence reduced from 0.88%in 2006 to 0.40%in 2008.Among the various sub-populations studied,patients attending the sexually transmitted infection clinic showed a seroprevalence of 2.62%.The seroprevalence decreased significantly from 4.00%in 2006 to1.39%in 2008.Conclusions:Our study showed a statistically significant declining rate of syphilis in STD clinics as well as the overall seroprevalence.These findings could be interpreted as indicators of improved programmes for prevention and management of STDs. | Sadia Khan Godfred Antony Menezes Rahul Dhodapkar Belgode Narasimha Harish | 2014 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Biomedicine2014，4，12： | 2 |
