| 5 | Behavior of noncircular tunnels excavated in stratified rock masses-Case of underground coal mines显示文摘The amount of tunnels excavated along stratified/sedimentary rock masses in Quangninh coal mine area,Vietnam, is gradually increasing. Rock mass in Quangninh is characterized by beddings between rock layers. The behavior of stratified rock masses surrounding the tunnels depends on both the intact rock and the beddings between rock layers. The main characteristics of stratified rock masses that need to be considered are their heterogeneity and anisotropy. Depending on the dip angle of rock layers, movements and failure zones developed surrounding the tunnels can be asymmetrical over the vertical axis of tunnel. This asymmetry causes adverse behaviors of the tunnel structures. The objective of this study is to highlight convergences and yielded zones developed in rock masses surrounding noncircular tunnels in Quangninh coal mine area using a finite element method. The presence of bedding joints is explicitly simulated. The numerical results indicated that with the increase in dip angle of bedding joints, the stress asymmetry over the tunnel vertical axis increases. It gradually leads to an asymmetry of the failure zone surrounding the tunnel. An increase of rock mass quality means a decrease of rock mass sensitivity to the discontinuities. | 7 | 不同薏苡品种光合特性及其与氮素利用效率的关系显示文摘为明确薏苡品种的光合特性及与氮素利用效率间的关系。2015年早季和晚季,分别以从大田试验中筛选出来的氮素利用效率较高和较低品种各2个为材料进行盆栽试验,在分蘖期、抽穗期和成熟期测定功能叶片光合速率及叶绿素荧光参数,抽穗期测定顶部4片功能叶的光合速率,成熟期测定氮素积累量和氮素利用效率。结果表明,氮高效品种西林1号(XL)与黔饮1号(QL)早季和晚季成熟期单株氮素吸收量平均分别比氮低效品种隆林1号(LL)与品种10号(CU)高125.5%和96.0%,其氮素利用效率平均比品种LL与CU分别高出17.7%和18.0%,品种间差异显著。氮高效品种在分蘖期、抽穗期和成熟期功能叶片的光合速率和叶绿素含量均明显高于氮低效品种。同时,氮高效品种在分蘖期后的光合速率、叶绿素含量衰减速率比氮低效品种小。不同品种在分蘖期、抽穗期和成熟期功能叶片的叶绿素荧光参数及抽穗期顶部4片功能叶光合速率也存在一定的差异,但品种间的变化规律不明显。综上所述,氮高效薏苡品种各生育期功能叶片的光合速率和叶绿素含量较高,其中后期光合速率及叶绿素含量衰减较慢。薏苡品种氮素利用效率与功能叶片的叶绿素荧光参数及顶部4片功能叶光合速率的变化没有显著的相关关系。 | Nghiem Tien Chung 江立庚 孔飞扬 Bui Ngoc Anh | 2018 | 中国农业大学学报2018,23,11: | 8 |
| 8 | Aerodynamic design optimization of helicopter rotor blades including airfoil shape for hover performance显示文摘This study proposes a process to obtain an optimal helicopter rotor blade shape for aerodynamic performance in hover flight. A new geometry representation algorithm which uses the class function/shape function transformation (CST) is employed to generate airfoil coordinates. With this approach, airfoil shape is considered in terms of design variables. The optimization process is constructed by integrating several programs developed by author. The design variables include twist, taper ratio, point of taper initiation, blade root chord, and coefficients of the airfoil distribution function. Aerodynamic constraints consist of limits on power available in hover and forward flight. The trim condition must be attainable. This paper considers rotor blade configuration for the hover flight condition only, so that the required power in hover is chosen as the objective function of the optimization problem. Sensitivity analysis of each design variable shows that airfoil shape has an important role in rotor performance. | 9 | An executive review of sludge pretreatment by sonication显示文摘Ultrasonication(US), which creates hydro-mechanical shear forces in cavitation, is an advanced technology in sludge pretreatment. However, there are many factors affecting the efficacy of cavitation and ultrasonication disintegration of sludge as a consequence.The objective of this work is to present an extensive review of evaluation approaches of sludge US pretreatment efficiency. Besides, optimization methodologies of related parameters,the differences of optimum values and the similarities of affecting trends on cavitation and sludge pretreatment efficiency were specifically pointed out, including ambient conditions,ultrasonic properties, and sludge characteristics. The research is a prerequisite for optimization of sludge US pretreatment efficiency in lab-scale and practical application. There is not-yet a comprehensive method to evaluate the efficiency of sludge US pretreatment, but some main parameters commonly used for this purpose are degree of sludge disintegration, proteins,particle size reduction, etc. Regarding US parameters, power input PUS, intensity IUS, and frequency FSseem to have significant effects. However, the magnitude of the effect of PUSand probe size in terms of IUShas not been clearly detailed. Investigating very low FSseems interesting but has not yet been taken into consideration. In addition, static pressure effect has been marginally studied only and investigation on the effect of pH prior to US process has been restricted. | 11 | Propulsion Modeling and Analysis of a Biomimetic Swimmer显示文摘We have studied a biomimetic swimmer based on the motion of bacteria such as Escherichia coli (E. coli) theoretically andexperimentally. The swimmer has an ellipsoidal cell body propelled by a helical filament. The performance of this swimmer wasestimated by modeling the dynamics of a swimmer in viscous fluid. We applied the Resistive Force Theory (RFT) on this modelto calculate the linear swimming speed and the efficiency of the model. A parametric study on linear velocity and efficiency tooptimize the design of this swimmer was demonstrated. In order to validate the theoretical results, a biomimetic swimmer wasfabricated and an experiment setup was prepared to measure the swimming speed and thrust force in silicone oil. The experimentalresults agree well with the theoretical values predicted by RFT. In addition, we studied the flow patterns surrounding thefilament with a finite element simulation with different Reynolds number (Re) to understand the mechanism of propulsion. Thesimulation results provide information on the nature of flow patterns generated by swimming filament. Furthermore, the thrustforces from the simulation were compared with the thrust forces from theory. | 16 | Complex Network Analysis of the Robustness of the Hanoi, Vietnam Bus Network显示文摘Many complex networks exist to facilitate the transport of material or information. In this capacity, the authors are often concerned with the continued flow of material or information when a fraction of the links in the complex network is disrupted. In other words, the authors are interested in the robustness of the complex network. In this paper, the authors survey measures of robustness like the average path length, the average clustering coefficient, the global efficiency, the size of largest cluster and use these to analyze the robustness of the bus network in Hanoi, Vietnam. The authors find that the bus network is robust against random failure but sensitive to targeted attack, in agreement with its scale-free character. By examining sharp drops in the average path length within the largest cluster of the Hanoi bus network under successive targeted attack, the authors identify five nodes whose loss lead to the fragmentation of the network into five or six disconnected clusters. These isolated clusters represent geographically the Central, Western, Southern, and Northwestern districts of Hanoi. | 18 | 新型器官保存液低温保存猪小肠的实验研究显示文摘目的探讨Lifor器官保存液对猪小肠的低温保存效果。方法 24只白色杂种猪,随机分成Lifor液组和威斯康星大学保存液(University of Wisconsin solution,UW液)组,分别采用4℃的Lifor液和UW液灌洗并低温保存移植小肠,每组再根据供肠保存时间的不同随机分成两个亚组,分别为保存6h、9h组,每个亚组6只动物。建立猪自体节段性小肠移植模型。比较低温保存小肠结束时Lifor液组和UW液组小肠黏膜的组织病理学及三磷腺苷(ATP)含量的改变,并测定移植小肠造口输注麦芽糖后各时间点的血糖水平,观察移植后小肠吸收功能情况。结果供肠保存6h和9h后,Lifor液组与UW液组的小肠组织病理学改变基本一致,比较差异无统计学意义(均为P>0.05),保存9h的小肠黏膜形态异常,损伤较保存6h的小肠黏膜严重。供肠保存6h和9h后,Lifor液组与UW液组的小肠黏膜ATP含量比较差异无统计学意义(均为P>0.05),小肠黏膜的ATP含量随保存时间的延长逐渐降低。移植后7、14d两组小肠吸收功能差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Lifor液低温保存小肠的效果与UW液相当,且成本低廉,具有一定的临床应用前景。 | 郭明晓 李幼生 王志梁 THAI Ngoc L 黎介寿 | 2013 | 器官移植2013,4,1: | 4 |
